Came here this morning for the release of the new Nintendo Switch OLED. Long line since before the store opened and only 1 staff was there but he was on top of everything & was friendly to everyone. This man deserves a shoutout and a raise.

I enjoy this Game Stop very much. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful! I am a casual gamer at best, but my spouse and child are fairly hardcore. More than once I have been guided to the right things for gifts...gifts that are truly enjoyed. Thats full marks for those helping me with ideas and suggestions!

Meh. I dont know why I go in game stop only to find games for sale that are the same price as downloads. Used games are only like $5 off. I just feel like its not worth going in these stores anymore.

GameStop at SouthCenter Mall is awesome what a sweet store . This is a sweet place to visit with your family and friends. Theres so much cool stuff there . Its very easy to find and theres plenty of parking places to park your car at . Theres so many things to do at the mall . I love this store. #love

I am an unusual gamer; I still love to go to game stores and shop for video games. So why do I want to give this particular spot five stars? Well, for one thing, its a smaller location so I feel much less overwhelmed by crowds! On top of that, its supper friendly staff will always be on top of your questions!Go on, live a little and get something nice here!

Not so professional staff.... I called to ask about an item they sold and when I asked the question, the staff just gave me a one word answer without any elaboration like they were not in business to sell.

One of the last few games retailers where you can hold games in your hands as you browse IRL. Online shopping has its uses, but there is no substitute for reading the box and weighing your choices in your own two hands. This particular location manned by a harried but nevertheless jovial English fellow singlehandedly fending off the mass hordes of children under age 17 attempting to purchase mature titles without a parent. Go show this unsung hero some support and buy something from him.

Jarrett and Ryan were tested with a very unreasonable and unrealistic customer in front of me and were magically able to turn the experience into a net positive. I was able to make my exchange in a short period of time during that interaction and I forgot my receipt so Jarrett was kind enough to run and make sure I had it because I had multiple games on the same receipt. Thats what I consider customer service and support. Great work guys.

Doesnt have much of a selection. Usually have to go to the GameStop across from Barnes and Noble.

Southcenter Gamestop was super awesome. Huge selection and the girl who was there was a joy to work with.She even called another gamestop to preserve a VR for me.Will be back!!

We just had an amazing experience at the Southcenter Game Stop this weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of product. When in to buy a Nintendo switch light. customer service was so horrible I dicided to take my money elsware, the lady is one of those drama-filled fake insecure type. They guy who is helping me seems like you didnt even care about his job. Both so so rude I hope GameStop goes bankrupt soon Im going to boycott them and just go to local games stores instead

Decent game selection. Staff helpful while we were in the store but when we got home and found one of the games we purchased wasnt in the case, we tried calling the store for over an hour. We are still trying. Still no answer. Very frustrating. Time to look for an upper management number.

Well its a gaming store for all your videogame needs, they also carry wearable merch. Then theres other techies they sell in the store that you might find amusing or useful. staff are friendly and helpful. Not as pushy when it comes to the protection plans they offer unlike other stores ive been to.
