Tiffany & Jonathan were very helpful explaining to me why my old phone will no longer work on the AT&T network. There was no pressure from them trying to selling me a new phone, they just answered all my questions & set me up with a free phone so I have something to use. Their costumer service was very good.
I was treated with the utmost respect, care,and knowledgeable experience at this store. Staff made sure that my daughter experience is well cared for in the store. Me being an African American cherish the fact going in the store when staff is skilled,educated, knowledgeable on all there products which leads me to buy 3 and buy more phones because of this. My daughter as that she always wants to go back to this store because on how she was Treated. I have 2 email accounts, a primary & a secondary. I was able to load my secondary acct on my Android phone but could not get my primary acct setup. Stopped at AT&T and was greeted by friendly Crystal as soon as we walked in. Alan was my super hero. He established my email acct in just a few minutes! We were in and out in less than 5 minutes! Great experience 👍.
I visited AT&T to purchase a few accessories for my new phone. I was assisted by Alan, who was very helpful, patient AND polite! He helped me choose the accessories that were perfect for my lifestyle and situation, really made it easy to outweigh the pros and cons! Let me know that returns and exchanges were easy and left you with nothing to lose. Gotta love that. They also took the hassle out of applying that damn screen protector! Knowledgeable staff and quick service. Southcenter Parkway AT&T is definitely my go-to location from now on. Highly recommend.
Alan was great, knows his job perfectly,helped very quick, but their manager was NOT! (Forgot her name.)No one needed her help,but she kept putting her nose into our conversation. Even my kids said:Mom, that lady is mean She can wear her 2masks or 10 if she wants, but treat everyone nicely. Customers are always right!

The staff was incredibly helpful. Maria (believe she was a supervisor or manager) was incredibly helpful and nice explaining options and answering questions. Ousman was a tremendous help as well. He was helping me start to finish 2+ hours and was polite and friendly throughout the multiple things we had to do. I normally do not like visiting cell stores, but these two made it a great experience and I will be going back to them whenever I can

I had some technical difficulty transferring my old phone to my mew IPhone. Alan was very patient and helpful throughout the process. I just want to say hands down this was the best service I received at this location.I felt the first time they didn’t care at all but this time I had my bill broken down and explained in a way I could understand. I bought a new phone two months ago and my bill was not what was promised, I came in each month and they kept telling me to call customer care and customer care kept sending me back to the store (very unorganized)Thank you to the young man and manager, I believe her name was adrianna. I received great service from Abdul, David, Misty and Maria at the Tukwila location on Southcenter Parkway. They helped me when I returned a phone several times. Their agenda was truly for me to be a satisfied customer. David was particularly welcoming every time I returned. I won’t bore with the details. Be decisive or it will cost you. I did have to pay a restock fee but they were fair and went by policy. Thanks!

We were desperate to restore my wife’s service since visible mobile aka Verizon affiliate decided to no longer work!! We went into this location and was immediately greeted by sales rep Nick. We told him everything that was going on and our price range for service. Nick gave us amazing customer service through out (he went above and beyond to make sure we we’re getting the phones we absolutely wanted), and I am very pleased with att service/prices for first responders. I definitely recommend this location and a big shoutout to Nick, again thank you for everything.

Outstanding customer service, David Brown helped me yesterday get all of my information from an old phone transferred over. He was extremely helpful and welcoming. other places had told me it was irretrievable . This gentleman took his time and troubleshooted, trying many different ways to find a result. I went into this AT&T store to upgrade my phone I was helped by Abdul and he went over the store promotions and helped me upgrade to the right phone for me, he was polite and very personable, and very knowledgeable. I went there since I wanted to get my iPhone 8 screen fixed and I met the guy that would repair my screen he had long hair tied up in a little pony tail and he was super friendly and helped me with the details! He said it would take 2 hours to fix the 2 phone I brought and he fixed it in a hour! I would totally recommend him but I don’t know his name but I really appreciate you!

I hav been customer for over 15 years with at&t. And I am done because At&t does not care of their loyal customers who’ve stuck by them even when T-Mobile and Verizon are cheaper. All my family have Verizon and tell me to switch but I stay because I like At&t. This location does not care at all. I got scammed into adding line at this location.I got con. The guy and the Asian manager has said to me if I get a “free” line added to my account Is the only way to save and get discount on my bill. They lie it wasn’t free. Im paying for this line. I don’t have any use for the line. I had call customer care after I got my bill in my email. And they told me I did not have to add the line and the store lied to me. Customer care take care of me and credit me for my troubles. I am taking my business to Verizon.
Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had with any store. Was waiting for a good 30 minutes before anyone said anything to me or recognized I was even in the store. When I was approached by Maria. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone talk down to me like I was oblivious of everything happening around me. She was super rude and short with me and told me that I would have to go somewhere else because there system wasn’t down even thought I was watching them work with other people. I find this service lazy and unprofessional and would not recommend going into this store unless you want to be disregarded as a customer

I have been an at&t customer for 5 years. This store is closest to me. Every time I have visited in this store I have never got a good customer service. The stuff is not helpful at all I think they need more training. Also the mangers too last week when I went upgrade my phone. The manger was helping me she added insurance and upgrade charge in my account without telling me. I suggest people please dont waste your time to go there.

I have been an AT&T customer for over a decade. Came in to get my phone screen repaired and wasted over 2 hours for the technician to tell me he couldnt help me because his system was down.
I went into the Tukwila store on 10-26-2020 and I only waited like 2 minutes for someone to assist me. Alan is the guy who helped me, and just let me tell you! He was quick knowledgeable, and very nice, as well as patient, next time I go in the store I will be talking to him about my needs. Workers like Alan need raises . He is definitely worth it. She quickly handled all my issues without complication ... Terrible dealings with the manager. Walked in for one of the free phone deals, was told during the process my phone would be completely free... turned into me handing in 2 of my own personal phones not purchased through this company and absolutely no reduction in the price of the phone. Got a letter in the mail months later with a gift card for under $800 of the value of the phones turned in and still no reduction in the over priced phone that was supposed to be free.
First I want to say I was given the run around by customer care and other locations about my phone account.I was ready to leave AT&T and so I stopped in to get my account information. I was greeted instantly by the manager Andrea. And I was told to wait for a rep to be available. After about 10 minutes Andrea actually came back out and helped outside because the store was at capacity. We ended up talking about why I was leaving and Andrea took the time to look through my bills and she helped me not only save money but also I was able to get my son on to my account and get us new phones. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and Was close to leaving but Andrea definitely took care of me. You want to be taken care of then this is the store for you.

I recently got my phone line split from a shared plan with an ex. I upgraded a new phone that wasn’t available so I had it mailed. I continued to use my old cell phone to find out I had no service when I drove away. The associate helped after three attempts on replacing my SIM card. The only solution their store manager Maria had was to open an Elite line temporarily until I got my phone in the mail. This did not make sense. I end up being financially responsible for activation fees. I revisited the store numerous times and had another manager named Andrea help me cancel a line and waive all the fees. I then received my final bill in the mail and revisited her again asking why did I spend hours in her store after she told me this was taken care of. I also returned my old phone so that I was able to get the $300 credit towards my bill. I did not see any credit issued nor my activation fees removed. I visited Andrea again and she took down my number and said she would call me in a few days. I then followed up at the store and she informed me that she looked over the bill and that I am responsible for all charges. I then replied “ even if your own store manager authorized this as a solution and told me that I would have fees waived?” She replies that the bill looks correct and there’s nothing they could do. I requested for the district managers number and she said she doesn’t have their contact number. She then went inside the store and had another associate bring out her store manager’s card which was Maria’s. After being so dissatisfied I decided to email Maria. She was away on a trip so another store manager name Misty immediately emailed me back saying she tried calling me. I called both numbers provided and instantly received a text message from her stating that she was with a customer. A few hours later I followed up and texted back the same number Misty messaged me asking if I should just visit the store in person. I had no response. The next following day I contacted Misty through email stating that she never got back to me and requested for the district manager. I have been trying to go through the chain of commands and have been denied about three times from AT&T managers. And still no email response after requesting to speak with someone that can properly handle my situation. I am left with a $340 phone bill that will be suspended if I don’t pay it in full. I have been a customer for about 10 years and I have never been so dissatisfied with their customer service. I was told by the store associates that this is a common issue with their network when splitting lines. There needs to be a proper procedure to fix this type of issue instead of forcing customers to open another “elite” line that was never asked for but responsible for all the activation fees and taxes. This is very frustrating I can’t even return my new phone back without paying it in full to cancel my plan.
Misty and Isabelle were amazing, they helped us through a difficult situation and I can’t recommend them enough. I’m seriously grateful for their work and persistence in helping my wife and I figure everything out.
I came into the store earlier this week to get my phone looked at since it hasn’t been working Abul was great! He walked me through the issue and then helped me get a screen protector on my phone while I was there the manager aundrea came over and asked where I worked and added a discount and with that I was able to get family insurance added such a great experience will be back here in the future.
I have been a customer for 14 years. They are the only people with coverage on Kent East Hill (near Trader Joe’s) and Normandy Park. They have helped me switch plans to save me money, they helped me figure out reception issues, and they helped me with my trade in. The lines are sometimes long but it’s always worth the wait and I love this branch. Thank you Tukwila team!!
Ive been going to this store for a few years now when I need anything that cant be handled online. Excellent service.
With Covid I have been attempting to call the store for service on my plan and devices. NO ONE will answer its been over 10 minutes with the automated system on loop trying to get the call threw. Previous to covid, going in person is always a hassle. Takes longer than the DMV and the staff is impersonal just looking to upsell or get rid of you. More of a hassle than helpful - gave up on the phone call after 15 minutes.

Horrible service at this location the assistant manager Andrea was very rude and unprofessional and argues with customers when asked for her name she wouldn’t give it. and Isabella Wihelm who claimed she worked their for 9 years couldn’t put a glass shield on after 2 times trying and 40 mins later. Someone else on the 3rd try had to do it. Not impressed with this location. We (customers) are the reason At&T is around and should be treated more professional as customers. VERY unprofessional and not friendly at all here.
I’ve visited the store last week and Francisco Cabrera helped me. He was very informative on deals and plans that I knew nothing about. I went there to buy a phone and he gave me choices of great phones of my liking, and helped me pick out the perfect phone. Thank you Francisco and AT&T for the service.

The main reason I am here now is Ousman the Serviceman at this AT&T store, I dealt with today. He’s fantastic. Took all necessary steps to get my needs addressed, which became complex. He stayed smooth, in control and was a great guy to deal with. As a salesman myself - I’ll be back to deal with Ousman anytime I need to visit AT&T.Great guy.

Chad at the store was amazing and took the time and care to put a replacement screen protector on my phone. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions about products, and as I mentioned earlier made sure the screen protector was placed perfectly and spent a good amount of time getting any lint out from the adhesive side of the screen protector. Insincere and do not keep their waiting times. Impossible to get things done in one day. There are like only 3 employees working there, one of which is just a waitress holding your time. Two others do not know what they are doing or don’t want to work so waste entire day by holding on to customers.

Super easy for a phone repair through asurion. Especially during these covid-19 times. Set up appointment. Park out front and wait for an associate to come out and speak with you for why you are there. They will have you come inside when ready. Make sure to remove passwords or locks on your phone so the repair tech can do his job.Its right next to the mall so if why youre there is for a phone repair, go check out the mall (if youre reading this post-covid at least) while you wait.

My phone needed a new battery. The guy lied and said it was in bedded in the phone and it was cheaper to buy a new phone. Didnt even bother to open up my phone. Went to a battery store down the street and low and behold he replaced the battery and my phone is working fine. Had to make another trip back to att to have them update the sims card. REALLY bad service! He just wanted to sell us a new phone and not bother helping fix the one we have.

Takes way to long just to get services
The in-store sales rep Fransico was awesome. However, the customer service ran us around in circles. A seemingly simple task of adding my pre-existing prepaid phone to a family members contract turned into a 2 hour ordeal because of AT&Ts lousy customer service line.
ATT wireless as a company is the worst I was considering switching from Verizon but after being on hold with two people for almost 2hrs for Sim set-up Ive decided to stay with Verizon. Sim card goes in the garbage.

This location has always had friendly service, but I have had a couple occasions when their tablets ran very slow and it took an extra 20 minutes to get out the door. The location is in southcenter too, so obviously its a busy area. I would probably recommend a different store/service location if its not to much more out of the way.

I was looking for a S galaxy 7, 8 or 10, they didnt have any, instead they offered me an apple iPhone with an insufficient memory and very expensive more than $600 ( didnt have the one I was searching for with more than 200 GB) and said another store in Renton had it. I better buy at amazon, best buy or another store. Not at this lil egg.

I waited a short time, and Gabriel assisted me in selecting a new iphone7 ... he was really awesome in explaining to me the differences in models and updating my plan as well.. Fixed a problem with a language problem with google maps that I could not figure out how to do. Employee checked my account and told me how much I still owed on the phone I bought a coupl of years ago. Checked my account to see if he could save me any money monthly.

I’ve been going here for about a month trying to get a simple modification to my account. Nobody seems to be competent to do it. After the 5th visit of wasting my time I’m done with ATT. The manager didn’t so much as bother to come out and handle this ongoing problem. You have competitors. I will give my money to them.

At&t are experts in horrifying bad customer service. They no longer care about great customer service and loyal customers. They feel comical in embarrassing and humiliation of customers. Leaving with nothing good to say after 25 yrs and never having any other carrier.
