Every time I have come here, the staff has been friendly and helpful. Cool items within the store to choose from. Good sales as well. Located on the first floor near one of the main entrances and Macys. Would recommend and would return again.

This is the only Boxlunch store in the area that DOES NOT DO HOLDS.Other stores in Lynnwood & Olympia can hold an item for you for a day, or at least until end of the day.But somehow this store wouldnt do that.Not just Funko / Loungefly. Anything. No holds, ever.I live 2 hour away from this store and I would hate having to drive 2 hours to pick up something thats not available in a closer store and be told, oh im sorry but we sold out of that just a few minutes ago.

If you love Disney or anime this is your place. Just know they are expensive. My friend bought a shirt for 38$ very over priced

Such a fun store with unique items.

This is one of the most amazing stores I have ever been to. They have merchanse for many disney movies, Harry Potter, Star Wars and more. They even have Ravenclaw merchandise which can be hard to find. Althoufh it is a small store, I spend a long time browsing their products. I got a Guardians of The Galaxy coffee mug for my dad and a bunch of high quality socks for myself. Everything was reasonably priced for the quality. Shirts were extremely soft. I literally wanted nearly everything in the store. I would certainly recommend going here and plan to go again.

Have gone here twice to get an item I ordered online and they were closed at open and mid afternoon the second visit. Someone is working because my item was received at the store. Today is the last day for pick up and no one is working here anymore are you guys just closed for good?

Such a FUN store! The employee was so nice and helpful to my 10 year old who wanted to shop there. When he did pick out his purchase, she pointed out a sale where he got to choose another item. He was so excited! She also helped him open the packaging and shared in his excitement when he got the mystery figure he was hoping for.

Great geek store with lots of cool pop culture tee shirts unfortunately most shirts they have are very small. Hope they stay carrying plus sizes and more that just small and medium.

The store itself is fun. Not that great of a selection, but not bad either. I had to give them two stars though because their manager, dude with the black nails, Dustin?, is very rude. Not friendly at all. Idk how hes a manager. I will buy my stuff online from now on.

You must have searched for the best gift store? Right? I must say this store really deserves a big like. Yes, I have bought so many gifts for my niece. All of them were really cute.

Great customer service, nice quality clothing, definitely what you pay for. Prices are slightly more than youd think, but they go to charity I believe and all clothing is officially licensed too.

Store is fun, but dont buy their loungefly exclusive mini bags as the stitching has totally come apart and apparently neither loungefly or box lunch wants to replace anything if its more than a few months old.

My family and I love love love coming to this location. The people who made BoxLunch also made Torrid, Hot Topic, and many other little stores we had known to love. I love coming here because they have a great selection for Sailor Moon merch. Also, I recently lost my cell phone and the ladies had held on to it for me. So, when I came back I was thrilled that they dont only provide great service, but also have honest and diligent employees. You guys ROCK and hope you get paid what you deserve!
