Southcenter location champs is super annoying. I never get greeted whenever I go in because it’s a bunch of little kids as employees who think they are too cool working at a shoe store. They are always chatting it up with fellow employees and could care less about you. I avoid this store because of that.

The selection for products is low they used to have more for customers to look at and buy . I feel like I have seen the same products in the store for a year now

I went into this store yesterday with my sister to get her a pair of shoes. As soon as we entered the store the associates began giggling and speaking under their voices about us. We couldn’t pick any shoes comfortably because every time we picked out a shoe to look at or try on the associates were either whispering about us or they were following right behind us, jumping at our every move. As soon as we checked out and were headed the door with our purchase a couple associates blocked off the door making harder for us to leave as if we stole the product. As far as I’m concerned we should be social distancing and wearing masks none of those were apparent in this store. I will not be shopping here again if the associates are hired to be harassing POC.

Would not let me use my military discount even after I had proof of verification. Worst service ever why advertise a discount you wont give even after I jumped through hoops.

Awesome place for shoe collectors

Fantastic customer service. Extremely patient and helpful staff. Good selection of shoes at about 10 bucks cheaper than Finish Line and Foot Locker. They had a hand scanner to zap a barcode to see if they had sizes in stock instead of going to the back.

Came to the place on my day off dressed like it was my day off and I had a thousand people trying to help came to the place after work dress like I just got off work and everybody ignored me I thought that was odd and they did not have my shoe size bummer

I came in looking for some shoes that I could wear all day and got just what I needed. One of the associates recommended the Nike Pegasus and I agreed to try them on. The associate then put an insole in it and by far made the shoe a lot better. I bought some shorts too, the guy who helped me I think his name was Louis and also this one girl helped me too, they were more than helpful. I recommend this store, they will take care of you.

Went into this Champs tonight (I’m a store manager at a store in this same mall and am a regular customer at this same store) I was harassed by 2 teenage employees joking and making fun of me while I was trying to make a purchase and were so disrespectful I felt uncomfortable being in the store and had to leave while the 2 employees laughed. Never have I ever felt so disrespected in a retail environment up until then, this champs has been my favorite place to shop for sneakers but I will not go back to this location if those employees Are on site, this makes me question the employees champs is bringing into their retail environment.

Cant believe this place is owned by Footlocker with the terrible service they provide. Just stopped by twice to ask about a sneaker release and after following all their protocol the manager said I “harrased” their employees and rejected to sell me the sneaker after waiting 4 hours for the release.

Selection was very good. Had a hard time finding something I *really* liked, but that wasnt a fault of the store. Sales people were pretty attentive. I got upsold some products, but they were actually relevant. They didnt just try to pitch random things to me.I noticed they really paid attention and made recommendations to people that seemed to matter. Good store.

It took them a solid couple minutes to help me out after they finished their sweet dance moves.

They had what we wanted but there was nothing else. The staff were pretty darn terrible. They clearly had ZERO idea what they are doing or about shoes. It also took forever to help my friends and we’re way to busy just chit chatting with people.

Always has shoes we are looking for.. Also great section of sweat outfits and tees

The only place I can find that carries a decent selection of PUMA shoes. Can get crowded quickly since half the store is for kids but again it carries PUMA

Shoe selection sucked anything I liked they didnt have in the correct size. Employees were rude and acted like I was wasting thier time.

The worst customer service ever we NEVER get help. One time we went in one of the workers nearly stepped on my son while talking to another person over us and trying to walk through us.

What can be better in the mall. This is the go to place for me every visit. I get thermals white trees occasional shoe but the thing with the shoes they never have my size so its always ordering and waiting which isnt very fun. Jordan sweatpants are a favorite buy here as well. Some of the most comfy sweatpants for ppl with BDE haha

Stopped by today to get shoes. ghetto service. no professional staff there. so I went to footlocker and received great service and bought several pairs. go to footlocker because they got exceptional deals.

Usually there are more than enough employees in the store to help you find shoe sizes and such, but yesterday there were only three so it took me longer than usual to get what i needed. I needed help getting clothes down off the wall and get shoes which took 10 plus minutes. This is the first time this has eber happened to me in the many years Ive shopped there so Im not upset. Im assuming theyve got less employees because of the holiday break and it was also a Monday. The employees are always very nice either way and still helpful. I only wish i could have gotten the t-shirt in the size i needed but thats nothing they can help they said since its a team shirt. Other than that, i always love shopping there since they have the biggest selection and best deals. If only they had womens clothes!!! 😕

I stood patiently in line and i ended being helped when the line cleared. I was told by the cashier to stand aside because apparently what i needed can take a while. Poor service. Got my money back.

I dont know why this store still open in southcenter mall. The customer service is just that bad and they dont pick up their phone. Really?!Bellevue Champs customer service is pretty good!

I was trying to get the space jams and I called on Sunday 12/4 and they said they were raffleing them off day of release then I called in on Thursday to check again and they said they raffled them Monday and Tuesday so I asked why the other guy said Saturday and he said it was my fault for not double checking sooner

Why is this disgusting service here? Probably because they dont care about customers, even no one will say “welcome” or just hello to you. Sellers stand and discuss their affairs among themselves, in the meantime, as you stand and wait when they are willing to pay attention to you! Do not ever go here, there are places much more interesting!
