Really loved this store. I always buy something whenever I go in, but that stops today.I wore a mask into this store. I was browsing when I pulled my mask away about an inch from my my nose to take a deep breath because of my asthma. At this point I was about to retrieve my rescue inhaler from my bag when a sales person saw me do it and said I needed to have my face mask on if I wanted to shop there. I explained that I have asthma and before I could say anything more she cut me off to say it doesn’t matter. I said fine and as I was walking out she spoke loud enough for everyone to hear that it was the law.I must say I was embarrassed and angry. Having been in front of customers before retiring I would have never made a customer feel unwelcome. Clearly did not value me this customer so I will never walk into this store in Tukwila or SeaTac airport again.

Great experience...store taking precautions against Covid, requiring masks and social distancing...employees greet customers and offer assistance.

Great products, lousy service. On two occasions I’ve attempted to shop there and on two occasions their math has been wrong and they’ve tried to drastically overcharge me. Today, I bought four greeting cards and some lip balm. Total should have been $74.65, but the cashier tried to charge me $141. Seriously, you have the merchandise down. Now just try some basic math.

This place always has tons of cool stuff. I found a few really great deals in their discount section in the back but they all needed a little repair which I was ok with. Im really happy with the gloves I bought. When I used to live here this would always be my first stop for gifts.

My husband walked in the door and said there is nothing in here we need, but a Ton of things we want. Perfect description of this fun store. I dare you to NOT find the perfect silly gift for any one you know. Plus the staff went out of their way to be helpful and nice.

I always find something quirky and fun to give as a birthday or Christmas gift.

Idiot SJW employee had a clear attitude with me for buying a Trump eraser. Im an eraser collector.. I dont even follow politics at all. I got it so hed match the Kim Jong Un eraser I have. They are parody items... not meant to celebrate who they represent.
