The best lavender latte ever.

My experience has been,most days the service is great but of course during peak shopping time will be more people and a line. Good coffee and treats.For a break during shopping or first thing in am before shopping its Great!! Thank you Nordy!!

Usually service is not spectacular but not awful either just an average coffee shop service except for today. I ordered a bagel and extra cream cheese, which I know costs a little extra. I got my bagel and cream cheese, left and started walking towards a table when the manager yelled at me that I didnt pay for extra cream cheese and needed to immediately return to pay for extra cheese....... She literally called out for the whole mall to hear like I stole it when her new employee she was still training forgot to charge me and I needed to pay for .50 cent cheese, seriously?! Im not trying to steal your cheese, I didnt take it myself. I ordered extra and it was given to me with my bagel. The manager needs to learn manners towards costumers, that was completely not my fault that was on her and her barista team not knowing their jobs. Needless to say I will not be coming back I would rather walk the 3 minutes to Starbucks in the mall.
