The sandwiches i ordered came just as the menu described, i was very pleased with that and the coffee was extremely fresh,(sum of da best coffee)and very hot....

Quick and efficient. My only problem is you have to tip in cash and I dont always carry cash. Other wise I would have given enough 5 stars. You should really change that. I would go more often. Until then I only go when I have to. Bigfoot Java gets your business at least 4 times a week from me because they let me tip on my card! Do customers a favor and the people that work for you a favor and allow them to be tipped on debit cards. I worked as a server for over 30 plus years. We lived on our tips. Seriously Starbucks are you that selfish??? People who work on the service department often get treated badly by customers and the companies they work for. They work the hardest to make everyone happy at least give them there much deserved tips. Until then I only come in less than 4 or 5 times a year when I could be at Starbucks 4 times a week! Servers of all companies thanks for your hard work and for fake smiles bad customers and the rich companies that dont appreciate you I appreciate you and all that you do!Jenn.

This is a really busy store so Ill give them that but they make the hot food right away while the drinks take a lot longer. By the time you get your drink the hot food is cold. One day it was so cold in the center that I wondered if the microwave was broken or something. So this time I took it back and told them it was cold. The girl smooshed the bag in between her hands and in a really annoyed tone said it WAS warm. Then, instead of just making a new one, which is simply grabbing it out of the cooler, putting it in the microwave, and pushing a button, she proceeded to grab a random food bag (which could have been dropped on the floor for all I know) that was sitting on top of the microwave thing, looked inside it, and since it just happened to be the same sandwich I had ordered, she tossed it across the counter at me and said, here, you can have this one. I got to my car and opened the bag and the sandwich was all messed up with the bun nearly all the way off of the rest of the sandwich, which was also not warm at all so the cheese had hardened the bun into place and it ripped apart when I tried to fix it. Customer service has really taken a nose dive despite rising prices. I normally dont complain and will just deal with it because I know the job sucks, but when youre paying $15 for a mocha and a pre-made, microwaved sandwich... you should be getting quality products that are made correctly, and not getting attitude when you dont want to eat uncooked food.

The dining room was not open. Just the drive through was opened. It was a very long line. It moved reasonably well, but still quite a long wait. Staff was polite. The drink tasted ok. But with all Starbucks drinks, I always open the lid to see what it looks like. It was big bubbles instead of nice smooth foam. I wish the barister pay more attention to the quality.

Always good vibes from the employees here! The line is generally always long but they get through it quickly. They’re out of a lot of stuff right now but I think that’s due to distribution issues.

Great people. I ordered hot chocolate and 2 croissants and got coffee instead and never received croissants:(. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because the coffee they gave me instead of hot chocolate tasted good.

I will start by saying that I fully understand this is a high volume store and they are always incredibly busy. They never stop, it is loud, it is stressful. That being said 75% of the time I go in here people cant even be bothered to address the 5 or more people waiting for mobile orders. No hello, no are you picking up? One moment Ill be right with you. There are a handful of people who do and I appreciate you. Other people walk around like they couldnt be bothered to even acknowledge you. I also understand that people are adhd or have autism. Some people are just incredibly shy and I take that all into account. Today though was the 2nd time in 6 months my order was instore pick up and they said drive around. I dont have that extra 10 minutes planned in my morning so now I wasted my stars. Thanks. Theyre always out of what I want though so today I went to the batista down the street and I think Ill just give her my money from now on.

I love the team and excellent customer service I receive at my local Starbucks! Only reason Im not rating a 5 is because of the app. The app needs to reflect current availability. Today, the app told me a soy chai was not available and I went to the store and if course it was available. Other than that, I love the store and staff. Theyre wonderful! ❤️

No Dine, drive thru available I spent 15 min to get my hot pick coffee but they give me just cozy coffee not ice coffee and not hot, I have to stay in the line with another 15 min 😤 !!Really ? 30 min to get hot coffee ?

These guys are awesome especially the night crew. I had my boyfriend pick up a mobile order for me and when he got back home the drink was a little off and he didnt get the banana bread I ordered but I went back and explained to them what happened and they were more than happy to fix it and not give me a hassle about a receipt or taking too long to come back and say something about it. You guys really know how to keep a customer happy. And the girl with the light purple hair deserves a raise

My favorite Starbucks, always fast, and almost always exactly right with the order. I go to Starbucks at least 5 times a week probably more, and Id say maybe once or twice a year the drink is incorrect. Cant say that for all Starbucks locations

Quite possibly the slowest drive thru in the USA. Ordered for pickup and the line took 30 minutes to pick up a pre ordered drink. Okay, to be honest 30 minutes is being nice, it actually took 43 minutes. The only reason I waited was because I was stuck in line. Seriously the SLOWEST ever. There is no way to pull out once youre in line. Go somewhere else. Like the gas station to get your coffee. Trust me. Saving the 45 minutes that coffee will taste better knowing you saved time!

The crew working here were great and had patience while I tried to figure out just what I wanted. My drink was delicious and helped me get to my next appointment on time.

The way you are treated here surpasses any other store. The staff actually cares about their customers. Im treated like a human not a number.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Ordered from the app, and the est pick up time was 10 minutes. I arrived to the store follow the pick up direction from the app, and try to pick up from the entryway. However the staff refused to hand it to me, and said I can only pick up from drive-thru. And it is the slowest drive-thru, I waited for over 40 minutes at drive-thru line with just four cars ahead of me. At the time I got my coffee was 50 minutes after placing my order from the app, and my ice coffee became a warm one with no ice, so I asked if they can remake it, but they just changed the cup and added extra ice only. I cant believe this is the customer service from Starbucks.

Could be better. Came here plenty of times to not being super satisfied. Only one time out of the 7+ times Ive been here tht I was super satisfied.Reasons for being low us because:1. Came in early (a little after 430am and sometimes 5 am) when it says on the DOOR and website that theyre open but when I try to open the door for my pick up order (ordered online) to find it closed! Had to go through the long line of people ordering through the drive thru. Waste of time. This has happened more than 3 times to me already. (But this is the most convenient location for me).2. The drinks. This is the ONLY place where my pink drink (with coconut milk) does not mix well together. They separate. I thought it was just looks but it certainly tastes different too. I experimented and ordered it a couple of times here and other places and find it that its just this location.Another issue with another drink (the matcha and the taste of powder)Most of the time the batista are pretty friendly. Some I would give tips.. and others not..Honestly this place could be better.

These guys are awesome. They also have a drive-thru. Which is awesome. They are fast, super nice. And one of the best Starbucks Ive been to.

For starters, people will cut you in the drive thru and they won’t do anything about it. (Refuse them service, they deserve it). Another thing, they are too busy to get your order right. I asked for a caramel mocha frappe double shot with the caramel and mocha drizzle on the inside of the cup and the top. Guess what, they failed.

Blonde Manager knows costumer service and does her best under the circumstances to make all costumer requests. I appreciate that one lady and the five stars in not for the Starbucks but for her cause she got me a fresh new coffee when I had to wait for 20 min to get the one I ordered online and was melted when they gave to me. They should have seen that and known that’s not what I paid for when they handed it to me. She took one look at it and said she would get me a new one. 5 stars to that one manager for making sure I got what I paid for👌🏼🙌🏼

Food and drinks are well prepared and always ready quickly. Only negative is wait times in the drive-thru can be long as they are incredibly busy all the time. Its worth ordering ahead with your app and running inside to get your to-go order. Parking can also be bad as the parking lot is usually packed.

This is a 24 hour location and the store is always busy. Located right off I-5, they get a lot of traffic in the store as well as in the drive thru. Locals, commuters, and tourists. The line does move quickly but you should definitely expect some sort of a wait.

This location was wonderful! The employees here are exceptional, especially Rebecca! She took such great care of me, I could really feel that she cared about the customers. Also this place is closing at 10 pm but the drive through is open for 24 hours for safety reasons. I got my usual half sweet Caramel Latte and a chocolate cake pop. The best!

Ordered $70+ of coffee travelers for a bunch of my healthcare colleagues through Uber Eats. They failed to give the driver the majority of the order (only showed up with 1 latte). Called them and they acknowledged the error but took zero accountability to fix it. Now I’m out the money but more importantly my colleagues miss out.....which is hard considering the circumstances these days.

They were very busy, but took their time with each customer and made sure the order was right.

I am addicted to chocolate son of course I MUST have the brownie at every visit-its to die for. I am super happy about the rewards (I just discovered it a month or so ago) and it is everything. Super convenient and worth it.

They are way too proud of their coffee. Sadly, some people dont mind paying $11.00 for a latte with burned milk when they could go less than a mile in any direction for the exact same cup of coffee (minus the burned taste), only spend $4.00 and have a barista with a better attitude.I guess some people have my more money than common sense.

Drive thru is always packed when I need my caffeine. Sitting at the corner waiting for enough space for my truck to make that Left turn so that my tail doesnt hang out, a Lexus LIC Plate AOM3288 Tan drives right in and takes my spot. Moved up right behind with my window down looking at the drivers exterior mirror. Driver opens his door and says WHAT! I said Really...This guys tone was very aggressive. He says that he didnt know of line. I said You didnt see my blinkers. He was ratting about the trucj this and that. He ask to back out to get my spot ..lol I said God bless you and his tone changed. God is good. I shared it with Starbucks employees and they were apologetic. I told them it wasnt their fault but dam he could of at least had bought my drink lol...Be safe everyone.
