Overall great experience. The doctor was patient when I asked questions if I didnt fully understand. She ensured I left knowing my eye health was important to her. The staff at the check in desk was amazing. Very curteous and friendly. And the lady that helped me pick out my glasses was also amazing!!

Great experience! Customer service was amazing! The were attentive and did not have to wait long. I didnt feel like I was getting a sales pitch like other places. Great selection of designer frames. I was promised my glasses in 3 weeks but they came in a week and a half early! Definately will be using them as my go to for eye wear. I will say that if you are looking for budget low quality glasses this is probably not the place to go

I went to Pearl vision to swap my lens on to a new frame since my Ray-Ban frame broke. Wendy was very helpful and provided beyond excellent service in helping me swap the frame. She was really friendly to talk with.Ask for Wendy if you need any help from this store.

I took my daughter there a few years ago and wanted to get updated prescription for my daughter (and myself). Scheduled online and was called way TOO MANY TIMES (at least 3 calls on Saturday) and no less than 6 calls last week. It was SUPER annoying. Saturday they called BEFORE 9:30 am. I was sleep and didnt answer, they immediately called again - I answered. They asked for last four of my social for insurance reasons (as if they needed to verify my insurance in advance instead of waiting until I came for my appointment with my card). I gave it to them. Two hours later, Im on a conference call and they called (i didnt answer) and they again called a second time. I answered and explained that they were calling too frequently. The person got rude and said well Im calling because you have an eye appointment with us. I explained that I was aware that I had an appointment based on the emails and previous 6+ calls...but that I wanted to cancel it. She said okay and I hung up (to return to my conference call).

I was hesitant to come here because I had read negative things a while back but I had a great experience. Check in was quick and the medical history form wasn’t overly long and involved. I was seen on time by Dr. Crowell. He was extremely personable but also quick and efficient. The equipment in the exam room was higher tech than I had ever seen elsewhere; it made the process a lot easier and less tedious. He recommended some new contacts and sent me away with a pair of them as well as a pair of the brand I previously wore just in case. He even wrote a prescription for both brands so I could choose whichever I preferred. Not only that but I was sent away with a couple weeks worth of two types of contact lens solution to try out.I’ll definitely be coming back for glasses soon and I’ll plan on making this my regular place for eye exams as long as I’m living here!

I usually see Dr. Ma but was informed that shes no longer here. The new doctor, Dr. Nguyen was able to get me in right away and her front desk was quick to locate my insurance information. Very pleased with Dr. Nguyen- she was very nice and informative regarding my astigmatism and helped me find the best contact lens options. Impressed with her and her staffs efficiency

I make it a point to be on time. When I arrive they quickly check me in, then I look over the many selections. Once I decide on my glasses, Dr. Ma calls me in, professionally addresses needed protocol, with friendly conversation and funny stories, then we proceed with the prescription specifics. Go here!!! Under new ownership and doctors!!Dr. Crowell is awesome, so knowledgeable and very very personable. He knew all about my complicated eye condition and is very articulate.I went here over a year ago and did not have a good experience.It’s an incredible experience with new doctor and the staff is soooo sweet! I highly recommend please ignore prior reviews as they were for the previous doctor. Great selection of lenses and good pricing.

I have always come to this store for my glasses and continue to go back because of Mark. He is beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He is helpful in finding the right frame that not only looks great but fits perfectly, is comfortable, and stylish. I really appreciate that he takes the time to assist and am happy to see a familiar face each time I need new glasses. I recommend that you ask for Mark to ensure the best experience.

Dr. Ma is really nice. I took my 2 kids and my self in December. Then my husband went in January of this year. Gigi has helped me every time Ive been there. I think I have gone 2 years straight now and will keep going.

The Doctor was weird. It was a real life Dr. Jykle Mr Hyde. Really nice when in the lobby back in the exam room was different.Didnt ask questions, just accused me of ruining my eyesight by not visiting in 2 yrs. She said it in a scolding, degrading tone. She was not like this last time I went. I didnt say anything. Thought she was having a bad day but these reviews make me double think that decision. no one should be talked to in that tone. Taking my business elsewhere.

The people are nice and I came here a few times already and their service is great! However, I hate the idea that they don’t have their own “private” space/corridor space when talking to their client. The place is very echoey and you can here what everyone is talking about so it would be nice if there was some private places so we don’t get to here everyone’s information. Also, there’s no receptionist and I hate the idea when an employee asks if they can help you out loud and everyone in the room (plus customers) looks at you and hears what you want you from them.

Dr. Kent and Alan were amazing to deal with which is why this place got even two stars. I was in there picking out glasses and the lady Margo was being so loud and obnoxious making fun of another lady for stressing out and saying if the other lady had nearly as many things to stress out about as Margo did she would go crazy. Very awkward and unprofessional. I called later in the week to see if my glasses were ready and of course Margo answered. I told her I was just calling to see if my glasses were ready and she literally laughed at me! Then said uh well did we call you saying they were ready yet? I told her no I was just curious and she scoffed and said she would check and wouldnt you know it my glasses were there and I had not received a call and she picked up saying oh they are here but we have just been so busy thats why you havent got a call yet. When I went in to pick them up she was just as unprofessional telling other customers there are only two of us you are going to have to wait when people were just letting her know that when she was free they needed help. She made that place miserable and I feel bad for the people there who have to bear working with her. On a Positive note though Alan was awesome and dr Kent was amazing as well. I would go back if I knew I would only have to work with them.

Both my husband and I have gone to Pearle Vision to get eye exams. Weve only ever worked with Alan and hes been amazing each time weve gone in. Very friendly, informative, and willing to work with our insurance (VSP) which they are not yet contracted with but run a really nice reimbursement policy for. Hes always been very patient with us and prompt to call when our orders were in. In fact, he knew that I really needed either my glasses or contacts and didnt wait until they were both in to call me before I could pick up the first to arrive. Weve never had a problem getting a timely appointment to see the doctor and always get a very reasonable price on our purchases. I was surprised to see so many poor reviews.

Tried to make an appointment to get contacts the Asian lady doctor was SOOOOOOO RUDE I ask to speak to someone else and she left me on hold until I hung up. I wish I would have red the reviews before I called I will NEVER go back to them. I wish I could give them zero stars!I would never come back here even if you have me contact lenses for free you already have my prescription AND OT WAS NOT EXPIRED!!!! I dont even know what youre talking about! Do your research and educate yourself on your customers or ex customers before responding!

Their staffs are so rude as well as their store manager. They just sell you their glasses ! No customer service at all! It will be so hard to get refund from them. They will tell you you can return and get fully refund if you are not satisfied with your glasses before your purchase but after you paid they will find all kinds of excuses to deny your return request. Dont go to this store if you are expecting good customer service!!

I called to get new glasses I was paying cash I was put on hold well they thought they put me on hold and I can hear them talking about me not having Insurance then talked about somebody who was blind and couldnt see your people are unprofessional thats why you didnt get my business. And by the way you guys have terrible reviews on Yelp and your website I should have just read that and kept it moving!

Last summer, I picked up my glasses. I put them on and the lenses were super distorted. I told the optician helping me- her response, “Well there’s nothing I can do about it”.She didnt ask me what was wrong with them or even checked them before she said this to me. I was totaly shocked at her response and I called her out bigtime, her coworker had to step in because she was still arguing about how I was wrong and my glasses were fine and it was just me.After all her defensiveness, turns out, the lab did not cut my glasses correctly. In the end, I had to get a refund bc even after they supposedly fixed it(I am skeptical) the lenses were still distorted. It took an hour to get my refund back.Keep in mind, I have been wearing glasses virtually my entire life- and my prescription had not changed from the last pair I bought. This place is a ____show. You fill in the blank. Don’t get your glasses here if you expect competency and respect from a business.

Grossly Incompetent!I really didnt have a problem with Dr Ma, but the Obstetrician that served me was incompetent. They failed to make my glasses. Failed to notify me that they couldnt make my glasses and then made me want 30 minutes to get a refund.Ill never trust Pear again.

Worse experience ever. First, the employee that helped me (Mark, I think) acted like he did not really want to provide services to me. He acted annoyed. But since I have a baby and I do not have a lot of time to shop around, I tried to make the best out of the experience. After taking my insurance and prescription information, he proceeding to place the order, except he did not explain what he was ordering. I had to stop him and ask what exactly I was getting. Reluctantly he went over the order and my insurance information. Never asked me if I wanted to add the no scratch, HD, or transition options. I requested add-ons based on a flyer that was on the desk. Anyway, after a few short answers and quick explanations he placed the order and told me it was going to take about a week, and that he would call me as soon as the glasses were ready.A week went by and did not hear from Pearl Vision. I called to check in on my glasses as I really need them. The same employee answered the phone and told me they were expecting a shipment later that day and that my order would probably be in it, and that he would call me. Another week went by. I called again to inquire about my order. The SAME employee answers the call and in a scolding tone told me that he had been trying to reach me for over a week...what?! Apparently, he wrote down my prescription incorrectly (and failed to update my phone number), therefore, he had to take my prescription over the phone or call my eye doctor and get the prescription from her. Then place the order again. I was furious. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. To which he stated that their computers went down but as soon as they came back up (tomorrow or next week) then he would process the refund. So I asked, if the computers are down then how were you going to place my order? He said that he would do it tomorrow.I will definitely file a complaint with corporate and notify the district manager about this awful customer service. Somehow I feel that complaining to the store manager wont accomplish a thing. Please take your business somewhere else.

Pearl Vision the doctor only writes your prescription for one year. It is at the Doctors discretion whether to write it for two years or one year. If you had a medical condition I could see one year. However there are other doctors & other places that will write a prescription for two years but NOT pearl vision. Also saves money. Just a friendly tip

Dr. Ma is incompetent and rude. She rushed me during my appointment and gave me a wrong lens prescription. She didn’t even explain anything in detail and has no customer service skills. When I went back to ask for a refund, both Dr. Ma and the store manager refused and were rude. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. STAY AWAY!!!

I was notified that my eye appointment was canceled about an hour before my appointment time after having waited over an entire week since I made the appointment. I needed the prescription right away because my glasses broke unexpectedly. Now Im stuck without being blind for who knows how long still. Cant drive without them.

Visit to store, talk with manager, call to 1-800 number, email complaint form is all I got . Sold us a warranty to my sons frames after they broke . Now they have broke again they say sorry we no longer carry that frame you will have to purchase a new glasses but we have a new sale you only have to buy a new frame (that I have warranty on ) and we will give you free lenses (that I already have ) 🙄
