Literally the worst experience. We have bought several pieces from the Tacoma Jared. We needed a longer chain for a piece… seems simple.The lady would only show us gold options when we said we didn’t want to spend $400 on just the chain. Then we finally asked to see others and she reluctantly showed us. We picked one out and then (even though I called ahead to confirm they mailed) she told us they cannot mail it after they completed the work. We live in Yakima and there is no Jared. She was so stuck up about the whole thing we have NEVER been treated like this at Tacoma.So frustrating !!!!
Jeanne was an absolute pleasure today and helped us pick out some wedding bands. My fiancée is transgender and we immediately felt so welcome and she even made sure to use correct pronouns and show us the appropriate rings we were looking for. She was able to look at my engagement ring and select the best bands to compliment it. I did look at other bands, but the ones she picked were clearly superior. We were allowed to spend as much time looking at whatever we wanted. We left to go browse other stores, but eventually came back later in the day for a purchase. The consultant immediately remembered us and what rings we had looked at hours prior. We eventually decided to purchase the ring my fiancée loved. We werent pushed or forced into any purchases. I told her I was unsure about deciding between two different rings and she told me it would be no problem to go home and think about it for a few days. She even mentioned that I could have the bands sized, and just return the one I didnt like later. She gave us great options, made us feel super comfortable, and was so kind and personable. Highly recommend her and Jared!
Went to Jared for getting a ring resized, which I had bought from JamesAllen.com. It was a relatively straightforward job and it was done well. It was a diamond ring. So the store representative showed us the GIA serial number on the diamond with the microscope to document which exact diamond was being taken in. The ring was ready for pickup just the next day (24hr turnaround).At the time of pickup, Jared shows the serial number on the diamond again to verify the same diamond is being returned.
The store manager Manny went above and beyond to make sure while my family and I were given the best product possible. If you want to the best customer service available in the diamond industry I highly recommend Jared in Tukwila.

This is my favorite Jared location by far. Got my ring cleaned & resized which they did a fantastic job. My diamonds sparkle like no other! I will definitely be back for my next bling purchase!

Chris is amazing! Our family uses Chris at Jared for all of our high end jewelry purchases. Between three watches we’ve bought, my wedding ring, adding more diamond bands to my wedding ring, And about seven precious stone rings my husband bought for me as “I love you” gifts we only go to Chris because of the treatment that he gives us. There is never a question of price shopping or haggling we just always know if he’s getting us a great deal and always applies any sales that are going on for our purchases. He even calls us and let us know when there is a huge sale going on so if we wanted to buy some thing during that sale time we can hurry up and buy it to get a great deal. His years in the industry and years with the company are very apparent when you work with him. His professionalism and knowledge are extremely valuable to us. We will only use Chris for anything jewelry related for the foreseeable future. Jared as a company is lucky to have him.
Staff are super nice and helpful when I went to get to get my jewelry inspected and cleaned. The store is very clean. The staff were all wearing masks and gloves. There was also a station where people going into the store can use hand sanitizer and put on a provided disposable mask. I would suggest making an appointment beforehand though.

I made 5 orders on Jared.com- purchased Pandora jewelry on sale! What was a waste of my time! After 3 weeks, got 1 order and 4 orders got cancelled due to unable to full fill my orders! Total waste of my time!
I was a little embarrassed to take 2 rings I purchased from a different retailer to Jared to be sized. However, the staff was super nice! They offered me water or coffee when I dropped off and picked up the rings. They spent a lot of time with me making sure we got the right size. They showed me my diamonds under the microscope so I could verify my stones at pick up. I was very happy with the service at Jared!
Loved the experience. Wife and I were treated with the utmost respect. I had a question about ear rings, I have gauged ears and I would like to have diamonds to wear when the wife and I are out on the town. Spoke to the wonderful people there and was able to come up with an idea of what to get. Definitely will be giving them our business.

My boyfriend and I had an incredible experience at Jared. We were helped immediately and felt as though we were the highest priority of the entire staff. The lady that helped us was extremely kind and took the time to sit down with us and inform us about the history of the diamonds we were going to be looking at. I tried on rings and we found one that we both LOVE!!The one complaint I have is that, while it is their job, they were trying to push the sale so hard...it was very uncomfortable. They were asking my boyfriend questions that they definitely shouldnt have asked in front of me - this obviously made him very uncomfortable. I tried to walk away and give them some privacy, but the lady put SO MUCH pressure on him, it was embarrassing. Maybe she just doesnt pick up on social cues? I know theyre supposed to make the sale, but my boyfriend had to say 4 different times, I am not going to buy today. I want it to be a surprise. He should have only had to say it ONE time. Ya know?Other that that issue, our experience as wonderful - Im pretty sure they will have our business for life. Their rings are beautiful, their staff is friendly and helpful, and the ring care you get is unmatched. I will always recommend Jared to friends and family.

I went to this location to have a ring serviced. All of the staff was friendly, accommodating, and patient. Everything went very smoothly, and my ring looks amazing! As good as new! I also like that they offer everyone water or coffee when they come in. No matter what youre there for.

I came to the Southcenter location in a hurry, with a very good idea of what I needed. The woman who helped me was wonderful, understood my situation, and did not try to get me to get something different that what I had basically already shopped for on line.I appreciated the way she conducted business, it was professional with a personal touch.
I had an incredible experience at Jared’s. I was only in town for 3 days and needed a baguette diamond of an unusual shape replaced in my ring before departing the States. Everyone was courteous and the price was not only great but they could have it ready the next day!! Unheard of anywhere else. I went in to drop off items for an appraisal. Even though I was not making a large purchase, the store manager dedicated a lot of time and knowledge consulting with me on my jewelry. Everyone I dealt with at the store made me feel valued.

Weve been shopping at Jareds for about 3 years now and rarely do we have a bad experience. I never thought Id be a regular at a Jewelry store, but their customer service is wonderful and brings us back in time and time again. We typically work with Chris and he is an absolute delight!
Every time I come to Jareds I am treated as if I had a million bucks. Even if I am just looking, I am never made to feel like I am wasting their time. Their inspection process is top notch and I have been very pleased with the results if anything comes up. I even had to wait for a couple of weeks because they wanted to make sure that they found sapphires that matched.
I thought I left with my ID and drove off. I’m out of Seattle 2 hours and was pulled over. For a tail light. The ticket cost more because they never gave me my ID. Fast enough to get me to pay by not fast enough to give my ID back. I have the person who was helping me my number 2 different times. I’m really annoyed with the way the phone call went. For the women not listening to me on the phone. She didn’t seem sorry one bit.I have been going here off and on for a year. I’m really disappointed by he way they handled this and will no longer be giving them any business. I really hope you honk twice about going here. Yes it’s about sales and it’s also about safety. That’s my ID she never gave back..... I even made sure to give them my new number 2 times. Horrible not worth service.
If youre going to close shop indefinitely the least you could do is take 5 minutes to update your hours so people dont drive to your store for no reason.

Bad experience.From the beginningWe came in with three rings selected and just wanted to take a look and then discuss things again.We showed the sales counselor the rings of interest and was not shown any of them until after the sales counselor had shown my future fiance a ring that would require a 2 carat diamond to look decent. That quickly pushed us from the 8-10k range to about 20k.My fiance quickly fell in love with a ring at that level.When the quote was written up a sale was mentioned in the process of 10% off. I looked at the write up thinking it was before trade in. I thought about the amount and how after trade it would not be too far past the budget. We supposedly came on the last day of the sale. So I figured the savings made it worth it to pull the trigger and make her happy.We proceeded with the purchase and when the first statement came in I figured it was a mistake. So I called the card services and asked them. They figured it would be corrected next statement.Next statement, still the same issue. I called several times. On one occasion a representative told me you cant have a trade in with the sale. This was not stated to me during the time of the purchase.So Jared basically manipulated me into a false deal and stole almost $2000 out of my pocket. Avoid all Jared locations.About the only thing they did right was transferring the warranty I purchased to the new owner of the ring.I just find it convenient that trying to resolve it, and the answer of no sale with trade in came after the return period was over.
Went in looking for a ring I saw on the online category, wasnt pressured into a different more expensive ring walked out with the one I wanted and a smile. Wonderful workers and felt like I was talking to actual people. Wont go anywhere else

He has helped me with my diamond obsession more than once twice too many! No matter which specialist you get, rest assured you will be taken care of.If you are in the market for a new timepiece see Deep, she has a knack for matching certain styles to the wearer. Never knew I was a watch person till she introduced the whole TAG line to me.Overall a 10/10, not to mention they have a repair center inside the store so you can see your repairs/customizations firsthand.A great place to start your jewelry experience. I have been into this location several times now to have my ring sized and have experience very poor service. My fiance purchased the 1 year service, so that I could have my ring re-dipped and sized at my leisure. He purchased my band from Jared, because they have their own shop within their store.My ring is on the larger size (4.1 carats) and it turns out that there is only one person that can work on my ring in there shop due to its size and value. This was not explained to my fiance prior to purchasing the ring. Scheduling a time to bring my ring in and leave it for an extended period of time has become a problem; when they originally said that it would only take about 30 minutes to have my ring worked on if I brought it in.Please be aware of their low level of customer service prior to making a purchase. I will say that by speaking to the Manager of the store you will make progress in having your issue dealt with in a more timely manner.

Before I actually made the decision but I was on file for possible purchase I think my phone rang everyday. After when waiting for responses. .. crickets. Would not purchase from this jeweler again.

Summary: This company is GREEDY, MISLEADING and CROOKED. You should buy your jewelry elsewhere. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought a diamond ring from this location, and after up-selling me on everything under the sun, they told me that I could open a credit account with them that would be interest free for a year if I purchased this ring through them. I agreed and opened the account, bought the ring, and moved on with my life. After several months of paying on the account, I took a closer look at my statement and realized theyd been charging me a very high interest rate on this purchase for months. When I called their customer service line to find out what was going on, they told me that in order to get the interest free deal, I would have had to have put 20% down in the store. Theyd never mentioned 20% in the store, and if they had, I would have done that. So essentially, they LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE in the store about how this account would be interest free for a year. Then when I called and spoke with their customer service department, I heard things (in a very condescending tone) like Have you even been reading your statements? and Well, you should have put 20% down if you wanted interest free... etc. This company is greedy, misleading and crooked. You should buy your jewelry elsewhere. I know I will be in the future.

My husband and i went in to see what they had available for when we were ready to purchase. We worked with Tammie first, she was helpful and very nice, and helped us on the path to what we were looking for. When it seemed we werent going to find exactly what we wanted (we were very picky and stubborn) Bonnie came in and rocked it. We found the ring we wanted with a custom alteration, she also found -the- perfect diamond for us. Then we came up short on being able to afford it, and she worked some sort of magic and we were able to pick our ring and diamond up the next day!Weve had some trouble with the side settings I have but its a bit of a high contact area so that was bound to happen. We are in the process of getting it remade inset so it wont be a problem. The prongs seem to be poor quality in the fact that one keeps (2 times now) breaking off or bending. The diamond is better than all my friends and all the ones ive seen. absolutely gorgeous. :) So the two times ive gone in to get it fixed i have come across snotty rude people but Bonnie, or her second in command (forgive me if i cannot remember her name right now.) The service was AMAZING with Bonnie. Ill be coming back here for my jewelry needs as long as they have what i want. :)

This Jared location listed NYE hours, and I made special arrangements with my wife to sneak away as a surprise. But the real surprise was that it was closed after all.
I had an okay experience. The assistant manager with blond hair/shorter seemed to act like he was stuck up and snooty. When I did interact with him, he was short, unfriendly, and really didn’t make conversation.
