Vicky has always been delightful everything I have needed to get my ring Cleaned, works efficiently.Recently after Covid had to get my ring resized and another lady took care of me....she measured my finger and supposedly sent out my ring for resizing. Even before this while waiting notices she looked rushed.I got an email 1 week later saying its ready for pick up. Went to the store and the size is the same! Didnt have time to stay and do the paperwork process AGAIN for resizing send out so have to bring it another day....

Not really sure about the previous bad reviews but my experience there was exceptional. Vicky was very friendly and sweet, easy to work with. Had my wifes ring resized after purchase, she could tell we didnt want to wait long, less then 24 hours later it was ready for pickup... 2 thumbs up.

I came here to pick up a jewelry piece that broke the first time I wore it. I was next in line but they decided to help somebody else that was buying some thing because of sales. Terrible service. So then I ended up having to wait 30 minutes to pick up an item that they broke

This is the worst jewelry store by far so expensive and so tiny I have bought jewelry from Zales on-line before and I will NEVER AGAIN buy anything from Zales. I found jewelry on Amazon with way better quality and its real gold. I wish that I couldnt give Zales any stars. I bought the white gold finity necklace and it broke from the chain I proceeded to try Zales again by making another purchase of a white gold cross bracelet and I barely could see the cross due to how tiny it was. These jewelrys that I purchased was expensive Zales is a rip off. I will NEVER EVER AGAIN purchase anything from Zales.

The staff is extremely unattentive. Both times when we went to get my ring sized and pick it up. Not even an acknowledgement. We asked to have my ring finished three days earlier then what they initially told us then it wasnt done on that date. It took over 10 days for it just to be re sized. The whole staff is unfriendly. For some place that would spend literally thousands of dollars at they sure do know how to treat your like trash.

Went in to look for a wedding bad for my fiancee. Viki was nice at first after we explained that we wanted to take a lap around the mall and think about it. Came back 20 mins later and had to sit there for over an HOUR because no other associate could help us since Vicki already talked to us earlier that day. After waiting an hour Viki told her associate to just ring us up for a special order. However, we explained that we also wanted help picking out my wedding band. This new associate told us that she had to go on break because of WA 5hr break rule. We then sat there for another 20mins waiting for someone to help us. When someone finally came, they told me that my custom engagement ring wasnt worth buying a band for as it would cost too much to have the band customized. She then told me that I should just buy a whole new set as it would be cheaper between $1000-$1500. Very rude and and didnt stop to think how important/meaningful my original ring is. On top of all this they put in the wrong address for our ring we did order.Dont go here. Youll sit for forever waiting for help and then they will be super rude.

I am so mad at the Zales in Southcenter. Had my necklace checked and they said it was fine. Then after I got home my pendant fell of because it wore down from the necklace. When I took it in to the Spokane store they said my diamonds were all loose. REALLY? Nice check. Now they want to charge me $50 to fix the loose diamonds. Going to have them recheck my ring. Will not buy anything there again

They have good customer service when they want you to buy something but now 2 years down the road with a lifetime warranty on a ring now they cant even find me in their system so now Im stuck with a ring missing a stone with a lifetime warranty that Im still going to have to pay to get repaired

Loved the customer service in store, the people who work there are very willing to work with you and make sure you find the right ring. Not a full 5 star experience because I had called about my diamond having a chip in it and asked what I can do with my warrenty and was quickley dismissed and hung up on... needless to say not impressed with the lady who picked up.

I was told that if I am ever unhappy with my ring (and still going to my check-ins) I would get my ring replaced. A lady working there a few months ago fought me on every little thing and even told me and my husband that we do not have a number with them. I went to the Yakima store and after typing in the phone number we used, found the account. She was fighting us tooth and nail and said that I couldnt get a new ring because that isnt what they do. Overall dissappointed with how she handled the situation. Wont come back if I ever have to.

Zales at Southcenter Mall, Tukwila, Wa has terrible service after they sell you wedding rings. They will give you a lot of attention and caring attitude while you are shopping but after they sell you the rings everything changes. We bought wedding rings which had to be special ordered on 8/5/17. They promised they would be there in 6 weeks. We contacted them at this time and the rings were not in. They stated they would be in soon and were very uncaring. As time went on we found out the customer service person that sold us our rings quit and misplaced the paperwork. After multiple conversations with unhappy staff we got the manager who also only gave us half answers. Come out she ordered our rings on 9/27/17. Always giving promises the rings would be in soon, but not able to tell you where the rings were. My husbands came in on 10/13/17. The diamond ring still hasnt arrived and it is 11/22/17. Its been 15 weeks now and no ring. Do not shop at Zales.

Zales has terrible customer service. My fiancé and I went in to get my engagement ring resized on August 24th. My finger is small so the store manager Nanette said it had to be special ordered and that it would arrive in 6-8 weeks. After the 8 weeks passed we returned to ask her what was going on and she sent another employee to tell us that she would give us as call. We tried talking to her multiple times and called customer service to get in contact with her and she would ignore us or tell customer service that she would give us a call. Customer services had no update on our order either. We finally put in a case through customer service about 12 weeks after we originally ordered. Nanette finally called us after putting a case on her name and apologized. She asked for another opportunity to order the ring. This was in the first week of December. She said that by January 1st we would have our ring and that she would update us every week. She did not keep us updated. We went into the store on January 1st to see what was going on and we were told that she was on vacation. Nami said she would call the vendor about the ring the following day to get an update. She called us back and said it would be ready in 2 weeks. We went in yesterday and they still do not have the ring. We have spoke to every salesperson at that location and no one has helped. All they say is that they will call back or ask Nanette to call us. It has been almost 5 months since we first went in. This is ridiculous. We will be getting married in March and I still do not have my engagement ring! We definitely chose not to purchase the wedding bands with Zales. Do not shop there, they do not care about their customers! I put 1 star, only because it required a star. Otherwise I would give them a zero.

Take note on all the one stars, its not an accident at this point, scammers that cant speak English and still try and speak to you in a condescending manner, if you love the person your buying jewelery for dont go here, and for zeki if thats your real someone should give you an attitude adjustmentUpdate:The employee that goes by nonnie kept my down payment for herself(the down payment reappeared on the first statement) and trying to deal with the customer service line is like trying to talk to some one at the DMV a supervisor even hung up on me after stating that I cant be transferred to someone else, if you love the person buying your thing dont let them go there.

Watch out for these scammers! And probably want to stay away from this place! Its a huge scam, Parents bought rings “gold & diamonds” and traded their original pair and paid around $2000. Turns out there just a bunch of fakes and cheap material. Only worth $200

I have been waiting for one ring to get delivered and I ordered it may the 13th. It is now June 18th! Every time I call the store for an update the employees are rude and all they say is wait for an email. But when I look up the tracker it says its been delivered on May the 16th! Really really upset

My fiancé and I just spent a thousand dollars on my engagement ring, supposed to be the happiest moment of our lives and the employee had the worst attitude because we werent spending thousands. We just wanted to get out of there.. she was just lucky I loved the ring enough to purchase it or I would have, without a doubt, gone looking elsewhere.
