Very frustrated by this store. This is the only Hat Club location in the entire state and I live pretty far from this location. I tried going on Wednesday and the store was closed 20 minutes early (8:40 pm). This is the second time this has happened to me, and I do not plan on returning in the future. I will stick with Lids.

I have a terrible customer service really really upset about the purchase the guy that charged us didnt gave the promotion bought 2 hats 37.99 each and there were a promotion buy one one 1/2 he rang them separate I asked him why he was ringing it separate and he said because there were different prices I was already really upset by the service but my husband love those hats I live 3hrs away and when I got home I was curious and looked on the prices and they were the same price but the receipt it said 2 different names on the associate which there was only one person working dont know if base on commission but definitely I am going to call the mgr 2 morrow but overall horrible service and messed up of the guy who did this

Really dope shop. The store feels like youre inside of your closet selecting a hat for the day. Nice selection of stuff you wont find at Lids/Just Sports etc. Fitteds, snapbacks, beanies, 5 panels, dad hats. Friendly staff.

I hadnt heard of Hat Club before. They deserve recognition!The folks here were nice. I was looking for a Yankees SnapBack, and despite their small footprint, they fit a large number and variety of caps using vertical space. They had a few, both SnapBack and fitted. They didnt have exactly what I wanted (many SnapBacks are Lids exclusives so they wouldnt stock them here). No problem.I was happy with how knowledgeable and helpful the salespeople were.

Very bad experience!!!!! In tukwila store hat club!! Bought the hat yesterday for $40 got it fitted and all.. once home tried the hat and its the wrong size.. even the receipt is not in the bag.. (payed cash btw) went back the next day to exchange the hat and the guy who sold us the hat denied us.. he just said we probably stole that stupid hat.. and he even said just give it to someone else as a gift.. like seriously dude?? You sold us the hat in the store and we payed cash for it.. ask to speak to the manager and the same guy said just come back tomorrow to talk to the manager.. bad customer service!! Got home and try to call the website customer service hotline and no one answer they just ask you to leave a message and they will call back blah blah.. no one called!!

A different kind of hat buying experience!Ive been on the search for the perfect hat for 3 weeks now, seeking a rare color combination on a Sonics throwback New Era 59fifty fitted hat or an equally rare Blazers Rip City 59fifty. Ive been to 4 malls with several hat and sport stores and all over the Internet.I came across this gem of a store as a bit of a surprise. Literally the size of a walk-in closet, its amazing how many hats they line the walls with. Whats impressive is its all hats. No clutter. Organized. Clean. Upscale. No racks or tables and no counters or tables. No socks, shoes or jerseys. Its just hats!Besides the focus on the art of the hat in just clean, organized merchandising, the real winning differentiator is the people. Who would believe you could walk into a mall store where they are quickly attentive and eager to help. Sure, I get it. Im getting sold. I know. Your job is to stroke my ego and tell me the hat looks great on my head but these guys do it in such a way thats respectful, encouraging and genuine. They attend to you as if they were helping you try on a pair of shoes. You need a size or a hat from the top, they are on it! They are patient and accommodating. It feels like youre in your favorite sports barbershop or hanging out at the local BBall court in between sets.My only regret is that I didnt take advantage of the 25% off when you buy two hats deal. I did get my hat protected for an extra $1 which seems like a no-brainer when they apply it for you. Man, I loved this buyi
