Customers beware! I was given gift cards for the Mariners team store that we decided today to redeem for tickets to an upcoming game. When it came time to pay we were told they couldnt accept gift cards for tickets - their system wasnt set up for it. This conflicts directly with what is printed on the back of the cards.The staff has been instructed to direct customers with gift cards to the Mariners information phone line, which directs you to the online ticket sales which is run through Ticketmaster who charges all their normal (outrageous) fees. We drove 1 hour round-trip to make this purchase at the Team Store at Southcenter and ended up having to paying cash. Were now left with $150 to spend on popcorn and beer. Be very wary of Mariners Team Store gift cards.

The MAriners store has moved around in the mall -- hopefully it is in a more permanent location. The items are pricey, but it is in support of the Mariners, after all.
