Arrived at 3:10 p.m. on a Sunday. When we entered no one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help, no one said well be right with you. My husband and I spent about 10 minutes looking at the paint colors We made our own selection without any assistance since none was given or asked if it was needed. I said hello as one of the three employees walked past me back to the counter where she was helping someone on the phone. Barely got a response or an acknowledgment that I existed. The employee almost ran into my husband who said oh Im sorry excuse me still barely acknowledged we exist. My husband and I stood there patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge that we exist on this planet. Not one of the employees looked in our general direction even after getting off the phone. We promptly decided to take our business elsewhere since it doesnt seem to be important to help customers there are actually in front of them and the people on the phone were more important. Ive worked retail for most of my life and the number one rule is to let the customer who is in front of you know that youll be right with them. With three employees working the floor and no one else in the store this is was unacceptable in my opinion.

Its pricey but you should know that going in, and the two ladies I worked with were great.

Each time Ive gone here, a staffer goes out of their way to approach me, to kindly offer help or give me tips. This happened even when I showed up minutes before closing time.

Quiet and quaint shop...Manager is a good guy.

These guys deal mostly with contractors, I think, but have always been pleasant and helpful with this DIY paint newbie. I have also used the Mallory in Issaquah and gotten good service there. You can get the BMoore paint a little cheaper elsewhere, but for me the service is worth it.
