I needed 2 outdoor dusk to dawn lamps for my garage door. I saw a couple on their web site & I thought I would stop by the store to see if they had it in store. And they did. Every1 in the store was very helpful. I visited a couple different web sites Lowes, Home Depot, Crescent Lighting& Seattle Lighting. And found that Lamp Plus web site was the most informative & helpful. I especially like the fact that I was able to view the lamp placed in the intended install location using their app. They had a large selection of exterior (& interior) lighting options. I was even able to purchase 2 smaller lamps the same style as the 2 larger lamps (garage door) to replace the ones by the entry ways.

What a great selection and wonderful customer service !I was able to find just what I had in mind for over my bath vanity. Allow plenty of time to browse, this store even has home accessories.

Excellent customer service! They dont do repairs any longer but the staff looked at my lamp and did a quick repair for me. Free of charge! I was shocked and super grateful! Very helpful staff and the light fixtures in the store are gorgeous!

While they have good selection and helpful sales people. After sales service is horrible. After waiting 3mo for backordered fixture they sent it to wrong address never to be seen again. Currently waiting for a second 3 mo BO. Then dont call tech support,, message say calls returned within 24hr..... a week later no call

I went to the store in Tukwilla just to look around but not expecting to find the perfect lamp, but thats what I did! Thanks to John, the patient and kind consultant, he brought me over to a lamp that had been returned by a previous customer and was very short for a pole lamp. Well, thats EXACTLY what I needed for a work bench! I was thrilled. Id been looking all over and just couldnt find anything that was going to work for me, but John knew the absolute right lamp for me. I set it up at home and it works better than I expected. Great experience!! A+ customer service from Kevin and the team there. We were greeted at the door and assisted with our return, then Kevin helped us shop for vanity lights until we had the perfect ones picked. Came down from Moses Lake to find a Pendant for my Moms Bedroom. Not only was the Showroom incredible, Kevin(Manager)andhis Staff were the Bomb! Super professional, Helpful & knowledgeable. Not much to report besides this place has lots of lamps, lights, light fixtures, and every variation you can think of. Personally, I didnt buy anything, but I can see how its a good place to go to touch and feel what youre buying versus Wayfair. Pricing seemed in line with much of what I saw online. Their power bill has to be a little higher than most other folks bills every month. Good place to come decide on what you want.

This is a cool store, but they dont have the greatest variety. I went in looking for a rectangular or square ceiling mounted fixture, and they only had 3-4 options to choose from. They do have a variety of styles from gaudy to modern to industrial.

They didnt have what I wanted in stock. They were nice and ordered it. So in 10 days I should be able to say if it was good.

This is such an amazing find! Lamps plus sells stuff that I never expected including Couches recliners fountains and rugs. As a bachelor this one stop shop was perfect and Im the best location as you can check competitors on pricing easily. But I must admit the prices were very affordable and they have a 60 day return and no restock fee on orders. I had called the store to get directions and was greeted warmly by Melissa who convinced me that the store was definitely worth a visit and boy am I glad I did. The employees are trained in design and offer free design help and the knowledge was vast. All of the employees here are fun and will laugh and banter with you as you shop. (Guys) it didnt feel like the typical shopping trip it felt like hanging out with friends. Take my word for it or go see for yourself! Thanks Lamps Plus for hooking up the bachelor pad.

I called before I came to the store about whether they have any tape lights in stock available to be purchased today. The associate on the phone answered promptly and politely saying yes they do have them in stock. Drive all the way to the store and discovered the whole shelf of tape lights all empty. I asked someone else and no stock at all in store. Wasted my 2 hours and many $ gas. Wont go again.

Just received my order for two drum shades, and because of the great packing and packaging, theyarrived in perfect condition. Always friendly and willing to do whatever they can if an item is unavailable. or not sold in the store. Ive always made orders over the phone and its been quick and easy every time. But a little on the pricy side.

As part of remodeling my apartment, I visited Lamps Plus to get new lighting and was greeted by several super helpful staff. I made my selections and purchased them and on my way back to my apartment, I thought to make a quick stop at Home Depot to see and price compare HDs selection. I ended up returning all but one light fixture back to Lamps Plus.

Not even a greeting when standing around at customer service desk, had actual eye contact with someone. Left with no assistance and discouraged. They lost my business.

I found a fountain online that was sold here. I called in advance to see if they had it in stock and the sales man who answered said yes, and we have a model on the floor. I thought that was great so that I could see and hear how the water falls before I buy it. I drove all the way to the store, which is not near my house, only to find their display model was just sitting, not hooked up or running water. When I told the salesman the issue he shrugged and said I could come back tomorrow when the lady who holds the fountains up is back. He was thoroughly unconcerned. Not great service.

Kevin was awesome. He handled a return perfectly and got me the right remote and tested it to make sure. I will be back.

Definitely room for improvement with customer service. The most frustrating part of my experience was being told we dont have that in stock, but we can order it for you & ship it to your home for $9.99.The item was ON the showroom floor, how difficult is it to do inventory & keep items in stock. Furthermore, if the store is unable to keep a suitable inventory, the shipping fee should be WAIVED AND the item shipped to my home.I should NOT have to make ANOTHER separate trip to the store to pick up the item, nor should i incur shipping charges because I store cant keep inventory in stock.Their items are pretty, but extremely pricey. I would expect better customer service when Im spending several hundred dollars on a light fixture.

O.M.GOSH. 10 STARS! First, I found my needle in a haystack here. I had been searching endlessly for over a year for a certain style floor lamp and viola - I found it here. I actually found it online and then wanted another one, and found out there was a brick and mortar store in town. The customer service online and in store were the same: superb, both knowledgeable and helpful. I know nothing of light bulbs and was happy to know that not just any cashier was selling light bulbs, but someone who could actually help me and they did! Not only do they have an endless selection of lighting fixtures and lamps, but they also have random home decor too! I need to go back and shop in sections.
