I have never heard of an outlet jewelry company standing firm on a jewelry price especially when all I asked for was an additional $30 discount... $30 bucks Lol WOW!!!!! Buyers enjoy paying mark up and enjoy the over priced jewelry at this sad place. Funny thing is... I went right up the street to another KayS and bought the same piece for an incredible price. Ill be leaving them a 5 star review.

Terrible customer service! I recently attempted to enter their store to looking for a gift for my daughters step mother. The entrance was roped off as if they were allowing only a few people in the store at once due to Covid, however there was no one in the store! When I first arrived the manager (I later learned, was on the phone), she asked me to wait a sec. No problem. However, once she got off the phone she proceeded to ask me what she could do for me? I said I would like to come into the store. She again, asked me what she could help me with, BUT still DID NOT allow me to enter the store. I finally got frustrated and left, feeling defeated! Moral of the story, if you dont LOOK LIKE you have $$$$ to spend, do expect to be able to look at any jewelry, and dont expect any form of excellent customer service!!!

I went to look at a wedding band and earrings. I was helped by Tony. He had a great personal and very knowledgeable. I became very light headed and almost fainted during my visit due to a health condition. The staff was very quick to help. Thank you so much. I appreciate the help. I will definitely be back . I recommend coming here first for your jewelry needs. Plus they offer a lifetime warranty on their diamonds.

Went on road trip with my wife to Sequoia for Christmas this year. I had bought her a new ring to celebrate our 20 years married but didnt have a wedding band. Made a stop here on our way & I ran in while she shopped around. Explained my problem to the employees & Anas quickly looked at me ring and showed me all the bands they had that looked good with it. Shes very happy. Really helped me out. 10/10 would reccomend.

Been a to this location a hand full of times made purchases ! Did not get that warm welcome could have got what I wanted if the lady there wasn’t trying to force the warranty down my throat was very unhappy will probably visit the Visalia store 15 miles down the road!

Went in asking to see wedding ring styles and was told to draw a picture of what I was looking for. I didnt realize that the customers were expected to draw images and create rings before they can see what styles the store already had in stock. I was also asked what my budget was for rings and I said 5 thousand. He started showing me really small and cheap rings that I was not even slightly interested in looking at. Dont go here. The worst customer service and this was done by the store manager.
