Me and my sister came into the store yesterday to look at wedding bands to go with an engagement ring I purchased at another store. The sales woman that helped us was extremely friendly, helpful, and had a smile and was always willing to show is whatever we wanted to see. The woman behind the counter with the uneven shaved head is the reason for the lack of the other 3 stars. Everytime the friendly sales woman asked what I can only assume is her manager?, she was given an answer dripping in disregard. The manager had the worst attitude Ive encountered in a long time, so much so that it made me physically uncomfortable and I felt terrible for the sales woman for having to work under someone like that. Managers should lead by example, but in this case thank God the sales woman has chosen not to follow that example. Id liked to say Id be willing to give them my business, but if I walked in. And saw that woman I would turn around and walk out.

The fact that the online purchases and store purchases dont communicate to the da.e system and you cant look up your diamond bond information online is ridiculous!!!!

So today was the worst experience I ever had with Zales in the last 26 years. I originally bought a pendant necklace back in 11/2019 and then 4 months later I had to get the diamond replaced because it fell out. Today 5/1/2021 I went it to get the same diamond replaced on my wife’s necklace for the 2nd time in a years time and they refused to replace it even though I paid for the warranty under the mere fact that I did not get it inspected every 6 months. I’ve bought thousands of dollars of jewelry at this same Zales location over the last 16 years and to treat me this way was by far the one and only straw. I will never purchase anything ever again from Zales and will never again charge anything again on my Zales account.

Their customer service is the best!We went in to buy an engagement ring and the grooms ring. I accidentally purchased the grooms ring in the wrong size and they happily ordered me the correct size to exchange. They will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your purchase! Always a delight to work with. We even went back to purchase a watch. We will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks guys!

Terrible time to not display store operation hours. This location has no signage whether they open at a later time or if they are permanently closed. Have a warranty policy we needed seen and we drove + miles to this location because it’s required before grace period is over. Neighboring stores said they show up late and it’s not the first.

I went in yesterday to get my ring cleaned and inspected, the lady behind the counter had a terrible attitude and wasnt very helpfu . My husband was telling me to look at new jewelry and see if I wanted anything but I decided to just leave from the feeling of discomfort. 6 months ago when I got a new right I had the best lady ever help me, this time it made me not want to come bac .

Great customer service

Zales Outlets is an amazing place to pick up some of the finest jewelry in town. I was greeted right as I walk in the door (ps i love that) and was directed to exactly what I was looking for. Our jewelry consultant Melinda, is the best in the business! She composes a unique way of customer service with old fashion service. This makes for a great experience, if you want to walk out of that store happy, ask for melinda!

I had a great experience at zales I was assisted by melinda she did a great job and The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable and help full. I will definitely be a life long customer Keep the good work.

The kid Isaac is the best worker

Came in expecting to be harrassed like most jewelry stores do and was instead greeted with a nice smile and a knowledgeable staff Paul was very helpful and showed us all of our option and I’m happy to say we got our wedding bands at a amazing price
