I just bought a new refrigerator yesterday at Hahn Appliances. Shawn, my salesman, was very helpful. No pressure. I gave him my measurements and price range and he took me right to an area with several to choose from, different colors, different styles, etc. He answered all my questions. I am very happy with the service I received and I highly recommend Hahn for any appliance needs you may have.

The sales person was very nice and professional. She went above and beyond to try and help me get my refrigerator delivered to me ASAP since I’ve been without a refrigerator for 7 months. Today, 5/19, they came to deliver my new refrigerator that I bought (overstocked) but to my surprise, my new refrigerator has a big crack inside the freezer side. Now I’m waiting for Hahn’s appliance to swap it out for me.

Went to the Hahns outlet on a Saturday morning, walked in was greeted with a welcome and a smile. A salesman named Jacob approached me asking if he could help. Jacob was very informative and listened to what I wanted, showed me numerous washers that fit my criteria. We talked he answered all the questions about warranties and how the washers worked and he sold me one. The process was easy, I bought a washer with a little bit of factory damage for an amazing price. The hardest part of the whole process was making up my mind. Hahns loaded and strapped the washer in the truck and sent me on my way. It was a great experience, friendly and informative employees no pressure to buy, but I promise it will be your first and last stop you will leave happy. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection. If I had to find a fault with the store it would be the restrooms are not handicap accessible, it would be hard for someone in a wheelchair to use, but they are clean. My washer works great and I am so happy to have my laundry done. Overall my experience was GREAT I would recommend Hahns to anyone for a new appliance. In fact Im and already budgeting for my next purchase and I will definitely be going to Hahns first.

Ben was the salesperson that helped us. He was wonderful. He pointed us in the direction we needed to go, then he backed off and gave us space to look around. He occasionally checked back with us, but was not hovering or pressuring at all. Great job Ben, thank you!

Great value, great service.We were new to town and had no refrigerator. Their deliveries were booked out for over a week. When we explained that we would be without a refrigerator they found a way to get us taken care of within 3 days.Thanks!

Our experience was fabulous. Dave was attentive without hovering. He explained the tags to us and what they meant (i.e. overage item, service item, etc.). Once we determined what washing machine we wanted, Dave was able to assist us quickly and get us out the door. He thanked us for our business and a handshake. Female associate, Sing (not sure of the spelling), assisted us when we paid for our washing machine. She was efficient, friendly, and helpful. She also gave us service with a smile. As we left the store, Dave thanked us again for coming in and invited us back. We felt like our business was appreciated and we WILL be back. We have actually purchased kitchen appliances at the 71st & 169 store and received great service there, as well. Highly recommend Hahn.

It’s always a good sign when you enter a business to purchase an appliance and you notice right away how conveniently the appliances are situated, and how you are allowed time to look before a sales person arrives. And then at an appropriate time, a sales person does arrive and can answer all your questions.We were very pleased with Hahn Appliance Outlet and did make the purchase we believe will be most satisfactory.

*THE* place for appliances. They have best prices on appliances and give a Military/Veteran Discount. Friendly and well staffed. Although there may be a wait at the busiest times, I have always been attended to in a realistically, timely manner. Product availability changes, but they always seem to have a good selection. If you need something not displayed, a rep would be happy to show you whats available at their main location. As always with an outlet location check the hours of operation and plan your trip accordingly.

The customer service was great! The guy from the warehouse did a great job loading and securing his my washer and dryer for us! I got a gray quality, Maytag set! Just wish they werent so expensive. Their prices were better than all the others I checked. 🙂

My sister told me I needed to just come from Alabama and shop at Hahn’s. Worth the trip in my bug truck for kitchen aide double wall ovens just what I was wanting and shopping at Hahn’s outlet they were in budget. I saved a ton of money and Sean was amazing. So much so I took my sister the next day so she could pickup a fridge for the garage. All the guys I had seen Friday recognized me on Saturday they laughed when I said the fridge is staying in OK.

The only reason I took off a star was because the delivery date options were pretty far out and it would be great to be able to get a sooner date than 2 weeks out. But in their defense I can only be available on weekends.

Great Customer service and Great Products. We found what we were looking for easily and asked if we could pick it up the next day. When we went to pick it up they had it wrapped in protective film and cardboard and loaded it for us. They even tied it down so it was secured properly.

Went in looking for a new range, we were in and out quickly and the help was awesome!! I don’t like overbearing up your rear salespeople and I didn’t encounter any here so that is a huge plus for me. We got an amazing deal on a range I love because it has a small dent on the side that will be hidden by the cabinets so it doesn’t matter to me that it is dented since it doesn’t affect the function.

Hahn Appliance was incredible. I already knew what I wanted when we walked through the door so that made the process easier. The sales associate took me over to where the washer and dryer I wanted were so I could see them in person. The whole process took about 10 - 15 minutes from us walking through the door to driving around back and having them load our appliances. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and threw in the extra accessories for free and even gave us an overstock discount. Will definitely be shopping at Hahn Appliance for all our future appliance needs.

Was greeted by Elizabeth and she answered each question about products with informative information. And we had many questions about the over the range microwaves we were needing and new washer and dryer. After reading as many negative reviews about these products online before we visited the outlet I had many concerns. I feel that we made good choices and at great prices. I especially like the 5 year warranty we purchased with the microwave and washer. Only disappointment was the dryer that matches the washer purchased was not available at the outlet. After the great savings I will now have to pay full price for the dryer that takes away the from the excitement of saving money at the outlet. I had purchased from the outlet in the past and will in the future.

I loved shopping here! Everyone was so nice, even though it was the very end of their day. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was they did not have a GE gas dryer to match my washer, because none available and no delivery until March due to the snow preventing deliveries, which had to be rescheduled! It was lovely and Mr. Lowery was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with!

We have bought a few appliances here. You can find good deals in general but great deals if you are patient and are willing to check out new stock every weekend. If it is dented check for internal damage. They seem upfront about everything and have a good return policy.The sales people have always been friendly and helpful, without being overbearing.Definitely worth putting on your list to check out when shopping for appliances.

I purchased a LG dryer from the Warehouse on 41st store, I was told it was an overstock model the purchase went ok till. My dryer was delivered to my house on a Tuesday, when this location is closed. When we started to put the machine into the house we noticed scratches on the machine and the paint job was very poor. There are very thin spots with very little paint. Then I noticed why this was NOT the machine I bought at the store the serial numbers where different!! I went back to the store and was giving some story oh we are sorry but the computer program puts the number on the invoice and we dont go by that number for anything nor do we track the serial numbers. Although one guy told me somehow my dryer ended up in Enid! So why do I get a scratch and dent model when I was sold an overstock model? I dont believe this is good business ethics.

Recently purchased a refrigerator and range from Hahn Appliance Outlet. I had been looking for some time and had an idea of what wanted and the price points that worked for me. I spoke with Jacob Moss who listened attentively to what I was looking for. He did not try to sell me what I did not need or wanted, nor did he try to put me in a price range I was uncomfortable with. He did speak knowledgeably about the products and opened my mind to possibilities and options. I had the luxury of time in not having to have something immediately so we checked in by phone and email as products came in to see if any were of interest. This was the most convenient, seamless and painless part of my kitchen remodel. As a former sales manager and sales trainer, I give him top marks. Its not the first time I purchased from Hahn, but Jacob left a positive and memorable impression and I strongly advocate for him as a sales professional.

I have bought 2 refrigerators 2 sets of washer & Dryer a Dishwasher & Ice makerall from the same salesman. The salesman was outstanding but your cashier was horrible no customer service at all. Dont smile at all. Was very hateful when ask for my driver license and my credit card . I just about walked out but I like the salesman and thats why I come back. The 5 Star is definitely is for him she gets a 0 star

The 41st St Outlet store is a step child. If you have a problem and call the main store for assistance they will tell you to call back on Friday and call that store direct. They want nothing to do with that store or its customers. I purchased a non working Frigidaire refrigerator right off the floor! After figuring out the freezer would not freeze it was a hassle to get help. No help whatsoever from anybody that I talked to. Was finally given a local number for warranty service. That company is much friendlier and helpful than Hahn.

I bought a new stove at their outlet store at a great price and am happy with my purchase. They will deliver it on the 26th of this month. But mom bought a vent hood and when we drove around to their warehouse to pick it up, they didnt have any in stock and we had to go back in the store and pick a different one.

This was the fastest and smoothest transaction I have ever made. I got exactly what I wanted and the staff was all friendly and efficient.

I purchased a refrigerator with an ice maker to be installed. Never when I was purchasing was I informed the delivery men only had a basic knowledge of installation. They came back a second time and made the situation worse causing a leak. When I called I was told nothing else they can do and manufacturer would send out tech since I have a warranty. Manufacturer said they don’t fix but Hahn’s needs to take care of it. So no one will help me, and I have no ice maker. So basically a waste of money.

Always a good experience here. Always have a helpful salesperson.
