I walked in just to browse for refrigerators after browsing for a few minutes the associate working that evening offered to show me refrigerators in the back which were not on display in the showcase room. He found one with a red tag discount due to a few scratches and a small dent on the rear corner. I asked if he was willing to drop the price more he said shot me a number I didnt and he accepted the price. At checkout the cashier looked at the invoice and called over the associate and talked it over and I was given an additional discount on the refrigerator. I was Wow great and extremely happy with customer service and the discount. Great place to purchase appliances. 5*****. Thank you Jesse

The difference between Metro and Lowe’s/Home Depot is the knowledge of the sales people. It’s amazing how well educated they are at Metro. My salesman explained name brands, simplified the specs to make my decisions very easy for me. I spent an hour there and had all my appliances ordered and I felt confident in what I chose. I didn’t feel the need to shop around or 2nd guess myself. Their prices are excellent and you get a discount for buying several appliances.
James Ring went out of his way to provide us with Great Service. We were in need of counter depth fridge and did not think there was one readily available as we couldnt remember the depth. James was able to look up the purchase of the sellers original purchase over 15 years ago to make sure we would choose the correct fridge. Great Service and very much appreciated.
Whoever installed my dishwasher (I didn’t get his name) was so nice. My son even made a comment to me that he seems like a really nice guy. Before he left he fixed 2 broken hinges on my kitchen cabinets just because he noticed they were broken! It was a huge blessing!

When we came yesterday to buy a refrigerator, Tarah quickly understood our desires and needs and guided us. to the selections that Metro had in stock. She has always been very knowledgeable. She pointed out the small differences in these models that we would not have seen on initial inspection. She was able to deliver within two days. We also wanted to consider a garage refrigerator for the kids and grandkids. Tarah was able to find us a discounted unit in the “marked up” group. Great purchase for us.

Going to start with the good. Pricing is the best in town. Did a lot of shopping around at the big chain stores and found their pricing to be the best. The delivery and installation was seamless and they treated my fridge and home like their own. The buying experience is where we were not too happy. We walked in to the store with two associates sitting at their computers alone. We were not greeted or acknowledged. After about 10 minutes l we were approached and asked if we needed help, but we already knew what fridge we wanted. They rang us up and we were on our way. Then on our way out we realized no one has even talked to us about warranties or extended coverage. So we had to return to the sales associate and ask for more information, and ask him to add it to our bill. In a nutshell we weren’t greeted or helped in the purchase of a fridge we felt like we were on our own.

Metro has been our first choice for appliances for many years. When we entered their store recently, no one greeted us and eventually we had ask for help. Due to supply chain issues, they did not have what we had hoped to buy but we ended up purchasing a new washer and dryer. The delivery men were delightful and competent, however after they left, we noticed that the dryer had a huge dent in the side! We have no idea at what point in the process this happened and it doesn’t seem to affect the functionality of the machine but it is sad to spend so much money to get a “scratch and dent” dryer. Overall, it was an okay experience and we will probably shop there again.
The folks at Metro Appliances were great! I came to Metro in March looking for specific brands and received pricing. I was finally able to make a purchase this September and Metro honored the pricing that was made in March. What a blessing! Thanks for being great and cant wait to get my appliances in.

Great experience! Was looking for a new refrigerator and a new dishwasher. Looked up products online, called Metro in Tulsa, salesperson was fantastic! So helpful! Didn’t have refrigerator I had originally selected but he found one similar with a 4.5 rating. Got a Bosch dishwasher. Didn’t have white but he had the same model in stainless steel so we got that one. Entire transaction was completed over the phone which was a great convenience to be able to purchase products without leaving my house. I give the salesman an A+!! Also a big thanks to Metro! They give a 10% discount to veterans which was a nice savings!!
Was in the market for a dishwasher. We first called to find out what kind of inventory was available. The sales rep that took my call was very slow to tell us about product information was slow to tell us about product availability. Then we asked about financing which he did not know the answer to that.So we came into the store. Our sales associate there showed us stuff but as we walked around it was a sigh every time we asked a question. Once the dishwasher we got it was a big hurry to write the ticket and move on we did not get asked if we need anything else. On to check out which the lady there was super nice she did ask if we needed anything else. We asked for the sales associate he was gone and not available. So when we were leaving our sales associate was back at his desk we told everyone to have a nice evening and thank you. And in a very condescending comment he said “good luck with hooking everything up on your dishwasher”We were able to take delivery of the dishwasher there which was great.Once we got home I started to get everything unloaded and hooking up the washer and no power cord was included this was a big inconvenience.Customer service here needs to be better before I return.

This was on WednesdayOn Fri, six hours before I might have expected them, two young men delivered the items. Less than an hour later, the old was gone, the new put in and tested, and peace was restored. A lovely young phone person, delightful delivery folk

Went to Metro this afternoon to buy a new refrigerator. We knew what we wanted but we couldn’t get anyone to help. We stood around for 15 to 20 minutes. The store wasn’t busy and the salesmen were standing around up in the front of the store just talking. We left and went to Hahn Appliance and in about 10 minutes bought the refrigerator we wanted. Very disappointed with Metro and their service.

We have a standard opening in our kitchen we bought a stove in 2017 and the salesman was very helpful and the installation was great. We decided we wanted a double oven and Metro had one for a standard opening which will be delivered and installed Friday,the salesman was very helpful.

Metro did a great job selling us an LG refrigerator. We needed to leave town for a funeral and they accommodated us. The only problem was that the faucet to hook the refrigerator hose was really old and had not been updated when the house was updated. We had to call a plumber in an emergency to update the faucet and they had to return to hook the refrigerator. Actually they returned twice so we really appreciated that. The delivery crew Carlos and Jay were excellent. Carlos explained how the settings on the fridge worked. He was extra caring. The crew was great. We will use Metro Builder supply again as we have used them in the past.All in all we have worked with two of the delivery crews and they were both excellent.
Our salesperson, James, was really helpful and really knew his stuff. He made the selection process much less intimidating and helped us narrow our choices down by eliminating what wouldn’t work for us and making us aware of all of the features.We wouldn’t buy anywhere else!

Our fridge went out & we had been everywhere trying to find one. We needed a specific size. No one had any in stock we could take home now & would not sell display model. We arrived just before closing & were desperate, walked in & met Clayton. He was very nice & helpful & said no problem. He helped us find a fridge that worked & we liked. Did not have in stock but said sure I will sell you the floor model. Wrapped it up & loaded it & off we went home with our new fridge. I will definitely shop Metro Appliances again. Called Metro Appliance to see the availability of a refrigerator. Another appliance store couldn’t get one in until October. Nate told me I could probably get one in a couple of days. That came and went. Then it was a week later. Got a call and Nate told me that he was sorry for the misinformation. He was really wanting the sale and gave me bogus information about the timeline I would get my fridge. Very disappointed. Honesty goes a long way. I will be hesitant to go back. Great selection of appliances, but I BIG on customer service.

I purchased a counter top gas burner cook top…I was excited about having it installed… Metro has sub contractors that are available to install..Received call and during our conversation was told that there is an electrical component to cook top, electrical igniters and that I will have to have electrician to put in a electric plug in under cabinet…This is something I think The sales person should have informed me about as this is an added cost. All aspects of appliances should be explained to buyer this includes what is required with installation… This is an added expense and should have been explained by sales person..Judy Woosley

Bought three appliances from Metro appliances in Tulsa and was advised to buy an extended 10 years warranty which we did.Five years after we tried to put a claim for the refrigerator we were bounced to two different companies with no answer.Called Metro appliances manager, Aaron, who was no help.Do not buy extended warranty from Metro appliances, they will not back you up.07/13/2021: a follow-up on my review. Aaron contacted us and offered to send us a technician to fix the refrigerator which he did.We thank Metroapplices for that they acted responsibly.I have to maintain the ten years warranty which we have the documentation for it. We are willing to present it to Metroappliances at anytime.

I am guessing my experience was a one off but it’s worth noting as it appears Metro isn’t going to deliver on their promise.I purchased a fire table from Metro. The most expensive piece they had at the time. It was also the only one they had and of course it was on the sales floor in the outdoor area in the back.The table was not put together properly and I was told I could get a 10% discount because of that. Fine. Thank you. There were also some other mix ups with the sales person leaving during the sale and others stepped to finish it.The issue is I bought this specific table because it 1. It had a lid, 2. It had an igniter. It was determined when I was loading it that the lighter was missing - I was assured that the igniter would be replaced.This purchase occurred in November. I have yet to receive the lighter. I often call and speak with various people about the problem. Many times I have called and asked to speak to the manager and have been told they are not available. So I speak with the sales person knowing I will get empty promises of “I will call you tomorrow.” Those call backs have never occurred. So I am frustrated that I bought my wife this expensive fire table that last just isn’t complete.Metro has had a good reputation but my experience with the outdoor furniture hasn’t been good.

As far as the $200 goes if you can show me where I was informed of this charge during the time of purchase I will be happy to update to 3 stars. For me as a business owner I always strive to set the correct expectations for the customers and was not made aware of this until months after closing.

Recently, I had to replace my gas range. I shopped around, mostly online at first. Lauren was the sales person that helped me when I went to Metro. She was very knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions and helped me find a range with a lot of ‘bells and whistles’, yet is very easy to use. The installer was also amazing, offering tips that were beyond his responsibilities. It was two weeks ago today that it was delivered and I’ve really enjoyed getting used to it. All in all, my experience with Metro Appliances has been totally positive. They took great care of me and I’ll be back!

We appreciate the quality service we received from the staff at Metro Appliance when we recently purchased a new wash machine.Cory and Christian helped us through the process and answered all of our questions in regard as to which washer would serve our needs best. Christian took additional time and processed our warranty online. He helped setup a speedy delivery time that would best fit our schedule.Curtis and Chad made the delivery. They were quick and efficient. They took time to check all of the cycles and explain washer load levels to us. The men also assisted us in resolving another appliance issue while in our home. They were polite and knowledgeable.Everyone involved worked together to resolve a difficult situation. We appreciate their efforts and expertise. No doubt, we will continue to use Metro Appliances in the future.

Very pleasant buying experience
Spent some good money here, and was planning on spending more, but their sales guy Ive been dealing with (not throwing him under the bus), has been anything but helpful. Funny thing is, the other associates there were much more helpful than the one that took my money, I guess I got the wrong guy. I have an open quote for over $5k, meanwhile Ive left numerous voice messages for him to call me back in regards to the issues Ive been having, cant get one call back. Seems like he doesnt want to close anymore sales, nor deal with any post sales issues. As a sales guy you think he would he following up on open quotes; nope; not a peep. Nothing. Considering taking the rest of my kitchen appliance business elsewhere; which is too bad as one bad apple is ruining it for the whole bunch. I hate that feeling when people are eager to take your money, and the rest drops off there.
Spent $6000.00 on appliances GE washer shakes so bad when it spend metro wouldnt make it right were not happy customers I wouldnt refer no body to metro Aaron wont call us back General manager wouldnt return our call DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL NOT ANY SATISFACTION
We purchased a whirlpool washer and dryer from them. The staff were nice & helpful. They had what we wanted in stock and the delivery and installation was quick and efficient. We were able to pay it out with no interest. We definitely recommend them.

1/2/20- Metro Appliances was pretty good to do business with. Easy purchase process and easy to make arrangements for installation. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Delivery/installation guy was very pleasant and took great care with installation of our refrigerator. My only complaint was that when the delivery guy left he caught a hanging wire that runs over our driveway with the top of the truck and knocked it partially down. He did not try and repair and did not try to figure out what kind of wire it was to make arrangements to have it fixed. I have called the electric company and they came and looked at it but it is not one of their wires so they are unable to repair. So now I’m stuck with trying to figure out if it’s a cable, telephone, or TV wire and figure out the correct company to contact to come and repair. I would definitely rate higher had he taken the responsibility for getting it figured out since he was the one who did the damage.Update: 1/7/20 Metro Appliance just called and said they were coming out to look at the wire to see if they could figure out which company the wire belonged to. Will update and rate higher when it is taken care of.Update: 1/9/20 I was contacted again by Metro. They have figured out who the wire belongs to and made arrangements to have it repaired.Mistakes happen, thanks Metro for following up with the issue and taking care of it.
This was my first experience with Metro and I was very impressed and satisfied. Cory Weaver, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and patient. My home was built in the 60s and the refrigerator fit exactly with absolutely no room left at the top. I was beginning to think that the house was built around the refrigerator. Cory checked out 3 or 4 size options against the measurements I had taken and came to the conclusion that I needed to have the overhead cabinet scaled down. He even had one of the delivery men stop by to double check the measurements. He was also kind in that he held the stove and refrigerator in the warehouse for 13 days until I had the adjustment made and then had the delivery set up for the next morning.Mike, the delivery man, called that morning and came much earlier than expected. He came alone and had to remove the doors off both the old and new refrigerators as well as my back door. He also took time before he left to explain the features on both appliances. Well, my first experience was not so good and my fridge that was delivered on 10/4 still has a ding in the door. I accepted the fridge to tide us over until a new door was ordered. I called our salesman Nate in early November and he was supposed to return my call with a status on the replacement door. To date, I have not received any further communication or the replacement door.After moving to the area as a new resident, we were referred to Metro. I have purchased a new range and microwave that were installed and handled promptly.But, here I sit again awaiting a new door on my $2000 French door stainless steel refrigerator. Very poor customer service after the sale is made. Hopefully, I will receive a call in response to this and my voice mail.Update - 1/27/2020. Well, finally after working directly with LG and Factory Appliance the new door has been installed and is working properly. 16 weeks and 3 days from delivery to final resolution, but the issue is completed.
