I will never do business with that say there going to file charges for theft, even i had told them to come get it temporary till i pick it back it up..and i ended up working some overtime and i didnt get off till late and i get a letter. Saying that charges willbe filed on me for rental embezzlement. Nothing but complete disrespect abd unprofessional courtesy..and i still have the letter that was left on my door and i keep it as constant reminder..

Obviously, they are overpriced, but thats business for you. Managers and staff have been very friendly and understanding of situations and helped out in any way they could. Alex is always friendly and helpful. The manager is as well.

Told me I was approved and that they would deliver my items in the morning between 10am and 4pm, I went in to see about the delivery around 230 and they told me because my friends that went in with me went to a different store they assumed I was too and cancelled my delivery, I explained that I hadnt called and changed anything and I was a separate person and I still wanted my items so they said they could still have them to me by four so I went home and waited, at 4 I called them they knew I had to be at work at 5, I still had no delivery they called the truck and got no answer, then at 430 I called again still no word from the truck, so I called to say I was going to be late to work, 5 came I had to find a replacement for me at work because there still was no delivery, I call back at 515 and explain that I am now missing work to wait on this and they tell me that they cant rent to me now ...They are LIARS!!!!!!!! Plus I am a good customer have paid off items before with Rent A Center, just not this location, and this is the way they treat their good customers I hate to see how they treat new ones

Excellent customer service. I went in right after a big sale looking for a laptop form daughter for christmas. They were out but the manager called all over town to find me one. He found one.

They want $100 a mth for 15 mths for a queen size mattress n box spring.

They are horrible come to your house and dont even knock to let you know they are there. Leave a paper on the porch saying they are filing charges in you for theft. I will never do business with these people ever again. Also I was way over charged and when they delivered the television it didnt have screws for the base. They were suppose to come back and fix it and they never did. Very unprofessional and the manager is very Rude.

I always deal with trey over my payments hes always nice but when i called today someone else answered. He was rude to me. Tried to tell me he needed a two week payment from me even tho my payment isnt do till tomorrow. Umm excuse me jerk but if re there just have trey handling my payments.

I havegreat history with buying from them im new to Tulsa where im from i dont recall them calling landlord i feellike it not the landlords biz to know what im buying for my home... Where im staying landlord want approve it because shes right its a trap Ive tried to biy from Rac here in tulsa twice each time they called my landlord she told me to cancel with Rac And end up helping me instead lol Rac Your loosing customers putting more people in other peoples business .. If your worried about some taking your property what to just taking them to court.... Just my opinion paying rac 2 times more money ...

The girl that works bere, Kristen, is terrible. She walked into my house making insulting comments, asked where my kitchen was, asked if the house was always messy, picked up my personal belongings, and made my house sitter very uncomfortable.Im reporting her first thing tomorrowThis is beyond ridiculous and she should be reprimanded.
