This is the best body shop in Tulsa. They constantly stayed in communication with me from the time of drop off to pick up. Brian and the young lady at the front desk were very understanding and really do work with you. My car is back in brand new condition. I will always come to them for any repair needs and will always recommend them. They are awesome. I cannot thank them enough.

I had a great experience with Auto Craft, they fixed my rocker molding and repainted a scratch on my bumper. My car looks great and Frank was extremely honest and fair with the price! The estimate was free and the rental car was free as well. Highly recommend!!

I brought my car in for an insurance covered door repair and while there had them estimate for an older accident claim on the bumper which turned into a completely unexpected total loss. I didnt have rental coverage on my insurance so having their loaner car was a huge relief and allowed me to car shop after I got the bad news on my 2nd insurance claim. I was worried that they would be upset I had the loaner (over a week) since they didnt make a ton of money off the repair bill like they would have if my insurance paid the claim, but they were very kind and didnt hassle me at all. Sometimes the waiting room is empty, but as soon as anyone comes in, they ask if you have been helped whether they work the front desk or not. Even though I cannot judge their actual body/repair work, my experience with them was fantastic and I will definitely recommend to others and choose them for any future repair needs!

I was involved in a hit and run recently and my car was nearly totaled. I dont have rental insurance, and to rent a car for the duration of my car being fixed would have cost $300+. Auto Craft gave me a nice loaner car to drive, and not only that, they did such an amazing job! My car even looks better now than it did before! The paint job is flawless and everything looks so good. They were very friendly, and kept me updated the whole time. As mentioned before, the car was nearly totaled, but they haggled with the insurance company and got them to cover fixing my car. I would definitely recommend to anyone thats been in an accident!

Worst car repair experience ever. Couldnt even get an estimate. Used online estimator tool and only got a generic e-mail about a preliminary estimate being a 2 hour charge, which is totally worthless.. When I asked about getting a firm estimate was told to bring the vehicle in between 8 and 4:30 by Crystal J. Then I noticed the estimate schedule tool online and used it.... Several days later and still no reply or call about scheduling an appointment. So for whatever reason an appointment was not an option for me... So I went by on my lunch break. Receptionist had me fill out a form for a THIRD time (Did one on the online estimator and one on the schedule and estimate tool). There was one person in the lobby. Waited over 20 minutes with no assistance. So I will take my business elsewhere. Dont waste your time at this place.

I took my truck in on Monday and called Thursday to check on the progress. They told me the work was completed and they were detailing it as we were speaking! When I went to pick it up on Friday I asked if I would be eligible for a AAA member discount and they gave me 10% off which made my total cost less than the insurance companys estimate. I wish I had known about Auto Craft Collision Repair a long time ago. Oh yeah, they guarantee all of their work and told me to call them if I was dis-satisfied with anything they had worked on. Hopefully I wont be in a position to need their services again but if I do - I wont go anywhere else!(Did I mention the free loaner car they let me use while my truck was in their shop? I guess I did now.)

Excellent customer service! We have a 20 year old pickup and the door jammed not quite open and not quite shut. I thought a collision shop probably dealt with this type of problem on a daily basis. After searching online and reviews I walked into auto craft and asked for help. All staff was extremely friendly and courteous, treated me like an old friend. I was repaired and on my way within 2 hours, they even gave me a loaner car to run errands. I highly recommend auto craft to anyone for their collision repair needs.

Revised ; I chose this place because of their good reviews. My experience was not a favorable one. I had to make several trips back and forth because of wrong parts being used, in addition to being installed improperly. Poor management.Update - I was contacted a couple months later by a representative who wad concerned about my experience and actually listened to the issues I had with Auto Craft. This was actually quite impressive in my opinion.

Wanted them to work on my truck so I called their office and was given the cell number of manager to send pictures of the damage to. Never got a response from the manager so I took my truck to someone else for the repair. Customer service that bad I dont want them working on anything for me anyway.

Just used their tool estimate to get a quote for paintless dent repair. The dent is slightly bigger than a softball. I was sent an estimate for $1,600 that included $750 in paint work and that it would take them 5 days. No paint damage in the area that I requested a fix for and the area that does have some damage are minor scuff marks that could be covered up with a good wax job. When I talked to the estimator and told him that I was just wanting the dent popped out he told me it was to big for paintless dent repair and he did not want to mess with it. I expressed my frustration with him as another shop is willing to do it for $300. Not sure if this place just jacks up the work or what.....

I’d been to 2 different body shops in Tulsa for various repair work before Ron at Metro and neither of them can compare. At the 2 previous shops one used old replacement parts and also damaged my car’s metallic paint job trying to blend the paint and then couldnt fix it after 2 retries while the other shop screwed up my sunroof alignment and left the interior of my car covered in soot.Ron has replaced my front bumper and didnt screw up my paint and also sent back a replacement bumper they tried to use in favor of a new one. Ive also had PDR work done at Metro which was exceptional.Ron is honest about your repairs, does quick work, and keeps you up to date. I couldnt believe how quickly my car got repaired and how good it looked. Whenever I need body work done on my car now I take it to Ron at Metro.
