I had work done on the front end. Now its separating the bumper from the car. Also my inside airbag light remains on. And they forgot to connect the front speakers back. So. You be the judge and take your car at your own risk!

Everyone I met there is friendly. Im really grateful for the individuals who helped me communicate better with my insurance and dealt with my level of ignorance. The repair made and level of care taken with my vehicle is incredible, and the team even had it finished sooner than expected. Great place

Katherine was my CCR (customer care representative) and she was absolutely fabulous. She deserves a raise for the kind of hospitality and home feel she offers her clients. Ms.Tina was our estimator, she was highly professional. Extremely thorough, all the repairs were done in a timely manner. They never were rude. They kept me updated. They didnt leave 1 Stone unturned, like ANY customer would need and want for their vehicle. This was my first time ever dealing with insurance like this, or a repair shop. And they made the process painless and the absolutely perfect condition I got my car back in. No stuff was stolen, no stuff was broken. AND they even left some gas in my tank. I highly recommend you check this place out. Im not no damn robot. Ive lived here for 25 years. And they blew my expectations CLEAR away!

They are very helpful and friendly. They answer every question thoroughly and with a great attitude. Payton made sure I was completely taken care of and had great initiative. Jessie was very friendly and patient when taking me home and picking me up. This place is a delight!

I worked with Kathryn & Payton. They kept me abreast with weekly texts & calls. They answered my questions & even helped with the rental extension when my own adjuster was nowhere to be found! My car was horribly damaged in an accident. I was reassured that the damage was cosmetic only, which made me feel better. The repairs made my car look like new again. It was beautifully detailed when I picked it up…a week early than originally estimated, too! They work hard to provide great service, are friendly & professional. Oh, they’re very organized, too - we couldn’t access the trunk after the accident. We realized we needed the “stuff” in it. They had everything stored & we picked it up with ease.

Only went here because the other persons insurance was paying for it and progressive told me that if I didn’t go somewhere they recommended or what not they couldn’t guarantee the work and blah blah blah.So first off they fixed the wrong door(insurance didn’t specify so that was on them.) but when they fixed said door THEY MESSED UP MY WINDOW AND IF SCRAPES WHEN IT ROLLS UP AND DOWN. I told Brian the manager at the time(he’s now moved to the owasso store) and he said they would do something about it.Now time for round 2, they finally fixed the right door, it looks great, but they still DID NOT FIX MY WINDOW. Nothing was done about it and now the trim is coming off of the window of the door they fixed.I’m only giving 2 stars because of customer service and they were friendly but now I’ve gotta deal with progressive even longer.

Kathryn was amazing to deal with and super friendly and made me feel very comfortable choosing them for my repairs. The repairs went great and my truck looks brand new.

I love this place because they went above and beyond to get my car running and back on the road. I went through a lot deal with the insurance company and enterprise. I was hit twice ( in my vehicle then a few weeks later in the rental). The only ones I felt that had my back during this horrible time was Collision Works of Tulsa. They kept me updated several times a week about my car and if I called with concerns they always took time to talk to me and traduce anxiety and concerns. These are wonderful people and do what it takes to get you safely back on the road. If I ever need car repairs I will come here first you guys are freekin awesome 😃. Thanks so much to Payton and team( cant remember all the names but I love you all the same❤️) for taking care of my baby and getting her back to me.

I will never ever use this business again and I will actively discourage others from visiting here. I was needing to have a drivers side mirror replaced, and from start to finish the entire process took over one month - for which I paid up-front since an insurance claim was not involved. They had to order the part from a dealer and never once updated me on an estimated time of arrival (despite my calling to check 4 times in 2 week). We ended up ordering a used part from a salvage yard, and again they never once called me to let me know the part had arrived and was ready for repair. The part sat there for days, just waiting, until I physically visited their location since none of my phone calls proved to be effective. They then owed me $160 due to the difference in the quoted price of the new part versus the actual price of the used part. It took an entire week to even get in touch with the party responsible for cutting the check and it took another week after that to actually get the check.On a side note - the receptionist made a male customer waiting in the lobby watch several TikTok videos on her phone that contained inappropriate content, which clearly made him uncomfortable. It was incredibly unprofessional.They never contacted me about anything at all, then threw me a bunch of excuses as to why. They held my money hostage long after services were rendered. I can be understanding when parts of the process are beyond their control, but the issues were entirely due to the poor staff.

I had them fix my front fender. When I called in they asked when I wanted to bring it in. I said whenever they can start working on it. My car sat for a couple of days before they started working on it and then it took about a week longer to fix than they said it would. When it was done it looked good but a few months later it started to come apart on the passenger side and on the drivers side around the wheel. They fixed the passenger side and said they would have to order a guard for the driver side only after I pointed out it was not fixed. They said they would call me the next week which they did not. When I called in they said the would call me when they got it. Here I am a week later and they still have not called me so i called again. Apparently they did not order it and I am waiting to talk to Brian.

They took good care of my car. Kept me informed of the progress, and did an excellent job. They were friendly and really nice. Highly recommend!

Took our car here to get fixed after an accident and waited more than 2 months to get back. And then when we got it it had multiple (approx 6) things not fixed right. Additionally, when we called them to tell them that the car had things that we were not ok with it they told us they would call us to schedule it to be brought in and fixed. It’s been 3 months and haven’t heard back from them. Not to mention we kept getting texts about reviewing them that get super annoying since the job was horrible.

No good service here. I was told it should only take about a week to receive the parts. Its been almost 3 weeks and still waiting on two parts. They did not even bother to call and give me any update. Its been me calling them asking whats the hold up. Theyre saying that its on back order due to covid. Ill be taking my business somewhere else if I hear nothing from them by friday.

I took my car in after a wreck. My car looked GREAT on the outside but after getting it back ive found 3 things under the hood that were out of place, my brake fluid cap wasnt put on, it was just sitting on the battery, my coolant container wasnt mounted in, it was sitting on the radiator, my windshield washer fluid container was also not mounted correctly.

I don’t think I will be using this company again. While the agents were nice my car had some issues after getting it back. Neon pink paint on some parts of the car, I am very ocd so it’s noticeable and paint chipped off the top of the roof of the car and some kind of material coming off the bumper of the car. I took pics before I sent the car in for work and getting it back has been causing my nerves to be bad.

Someone hit my brand new truck, a hit and run. Surprise! My insurance company set me up with company Collision Works, they had my truck ready in 3 days time, including parts and paint time. When I picked my truck up, it looked like it did when it rolled off the show room floor. 5 Stars for outstanding craftmanship and customer care.

I picked this repair facility because it was a state farm pro shop, and had high reviews. However communication was very poor, and had difficulty getting them to release my vehicle when it was complete. I had to cancel plans and rearrange my schedule multiple times due to their lack of preparation and communication.

Very happy with the results and very quick to get in and get back.

I hated my experience here. The customer service, specifically, provided by Jamie was horrible. The receptionist is good though.Jamie, did not do what I asked. When I addressed it her response was, I was doing you a favor. I did not ask Jamie for any favors. What I did ask very specifically is for an area on my van to be fixed. Then she continued to try to justify her actions of not fixing it. This was frustrating to say the least.Chris the manager did correct the wrong, but it just should have never been handled the way it was initially. Jamie had no right to give unsolicited favors that cause for work to go unfinished. What should have been done is what was asked.

I will start with this, The customer service for the most part, was pretty good... However, I brought my car in for an estimate about 2 months ago. While my car was with them, Some people broke in and stole not just from me, but everyone else that had a vehicle inside of their warehouse. Cleaned everything out. I waited for MONTHS to hear back on what would be done in this and in the end I was told that they not legally liable for unlawful break-ins, and theft despite the fact that this happened on their property. So basically, Myself, and everyone else that got their car broken into or destroyed are SOL. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY HERE!

There was a thick run in the paint, so they had to keep my car longer for a re-do. (Cost of $112.00 extra on the rental, that I had not anticipated spending) My car came home with some minor blemishes that it didnt have when dropped off and now my window leaks air with a slight whistle since they tore it all apart. Would NOT recommend Collison Works!

Ive been here four times, with two different vehicles the past eight years. Each time was a great experience and I recommend them to everyone who is in need of such services.

Do not, I repeat do not bring your vechicle to this collision for estimates/repair. They watch YouTube for their repaired and only bandaged it. On 11/16/2017 someone backing up into my vechicle on the left front corner of the driver side. It pulled and tore my bumper cover and scratch the fender underneath the headlight. Claim rep: Fredrick Drayton from progressive told me to brought my car to this location on 11-20-2017 for damaged assessment. Gavin Lock assessed my vechicle and cost $831. I told him, I believe the damaged is more than just that. Mr. Lock told me that its easy fix and it showed on YouTube all the time. We going to weld the plastic bumper and just paint it. And I told him what about the scratch above the plastic bumper underneath the headlight. He said thats not related to the damaged. I told him that where it got hitted. He said, there is nothing that he can do. I got very disappointed and left. Couple days later, l took it to Toyota and Bill Knight collision for second opinion. They both got about $1500 worth damaged and they said no body shop weld plastic. I decided to take it to Bill Knight collision for repaired but progressive gave me hard time on the scratch. But Bill Knight did excellent jobs, it came out good. Finally, I highly dont recommend anyone go see Gavin Lock. He told me that I dont speak English and dont know what I talked about.
