I ordered some wheels/rims and the turn around time + appointment was crazy good. They were very professional and took time to listen about what I wanted and helped me find a good fit for my car.They quoted me around 45 minutes to 1 hour to swap rims, and it ended up taking almost an hour and a half. I dont fault them for taking their time and ensuring that it looked as good as it could.Id like to shout out Rob, Austin and Juan. These gentleman excel at what they do, and I couldnt be happier. Hats off to the 41st Discount Tire Team.

Waited a whole hour to get my tire patched they even helped other people while I waited to be the last person I asked the first person to check my tire pressure had to remind him to do that at the end and then not even 10 mins after I drive off my tire goes flat and they closed at 6pm I guess they just let anybody let can change a tire work there good thing I had a spare just go to a more reliable place that will not have you waiting a hour for nothing very unprofessional

Service for the tire sensors and to change a tire for a used one was good but one side came back with the chrome rhinestone I had bought and put on a few months ago all was on when I got the car done but not all was put back on when I noticed when I got home and they were closed for the weekend it was Friday when I got it done close to closing time I called Monday in the late afternoon.for tire air plug and the other side came back with a black and regular chrome tire plug call tire discount about it they said they can give me all regular chrome because they can’t find the other chrome rhinestones won’t be doing business with them again thank you…

I checked for a tire and was in stock online then even called ahead of time and confirmed, asked them to hold I will be there in 10 minutes, when I arrived they told me they dont have in stock just sold them while laughing and would cost another $15 to delivery to store. or would need to go to another location on the other side of Tulsa completely out of my way! I had to make two 3 trips to just replace a tire. I am FURIOUS. Contacted customer relations, it was resolved with a credit from 66th & Memorial location and very professional about everything, the quality / service of locations can vary greatly. 41st location has 1 star reviews for a reason.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their free tire-air-up service is very convenient and while tires are expensive in general their prices are very fair and they honour their warranties.

If you need tires this is the place. If they dont have the tire you want they can order them and have them quick. Also install took like 40 minutes. Super freindly staff big shout out to Maurice he took my order and remembered me the next day as he put my tires on. Great prices and selection and service.

Went in for Nitto Ridge Grapplers 285/55/20 and The manager on duty (David) convinced me to buy rims along with the tire purchase I made. He gave me an incredible deal and was very polite and professional during the entire process.The balancing of the new tires and wheels is the best job I’ve had in over 30 years of driving. I am pretty sure that is was Juan who assisted with the balancing. Great job.The tires look amazing, mild road noise and comfort is better than the Goodyear Eagles I had on truck previously.Awesome store, excellent team and pricing that is by far the best in town. Pricing was so good other businesses, local to Tulsa, that I was dealing with are salty that I chose to go with Discount Tire on 41st because they know they can’t beat the price.

This is my go to tire shop. They have great prices and great service. The tech today was amazing but I felt the inside manager seemed a bit annoyed to help me and he was also not too helpful to the tech. Would have given them a 5 if it werent for him.

I was there today to get my front tires replaced, it seemed the tec that first worked on my car didn’t really know what he was doing, he used an impact wrench for the lug bolts and broke one, also 2 of the center caps was broken they was just kind of hammered in, I was watching them lol, it looked like they was just put in so they would hold and I wouldn’t notice it, they was crooked and wobbly installed and ears broken off. The sales guy was telling me it’s a problem with the lug bolt and the caps are old and not their fault but offered me a repair coupon to have it repaired and will get me new caps, we will see how that works out. So this time I was not very happy there. I’ve been there a few other times with no problems since I also have a fleet account with 12 vehicles there, never had any problems. Everyone was very friendly and nice even do I was annoyed about the problems today, because a simple tire change turned out to be a one day runaround to shops to get my car repaired. Thats why only 3 Stars.

Called they said they could fix my tire, got there the guy refused to fix it saying it was the wrong size tire, it came with the car three years ago from the manufacturer... Went to hibdons they fixed it in no time for free...

Went there with what I thought was one bad tire, found out ALL of my tires were bad! I did not know how I would pay for all 4 tires, but the manager noticed I was a veteran and offered some discounts! I had to get back home to Dallas and his actions changed the narrative instantly. We came in in August to have new valve stems installed on our rear dualies. They scratched up my Alcoa wheel and apparently bent the lug covers so that they could not be reinstalled, so I’m carrying around in a zip lock bag. They promised to replace the wheel and the lug covers but I haven’t heard a word from them.

The staff here is amazing! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel great about having taken my car there, in fact, I scheduled an appointment to get some new tires! I have found the new place for me and my family.

I stopped in to get the air checked in my tires. They said there was a slow leak in the rear passenger side and they could fix it at no charge. So I waited in their lobby while they fixed it. They were very nice and friendly and if I need to replace any tires Im sure they will be reasonably priced.

Service was prompt, friendly and explained everything. Fair prices. Hopefully this was the rule and not the exception - TBC when I replace my tires next month!

Wow! Hubbys low tire light came on on his way to work. He couldnt leave work until 8pm and I was afraid hed have a flat on his way home after dark, so I called Discount Tire to see if they provided towing services. No maam, but if the tires not flat Ill just go to his work and pick it up. When I called back to check progress and pay for two new tires, I wondered aloud how hed be reunited with his car by the time he got off work. Nolan, the manager said, No problem. Well drop it back off. Superior customer service! Highly recommend this store on 41st as well as the Broken Arrow location!

Our tire went flat near this Discount Tire while we were on a long road trip. These guys took great care of us, really seemed concerned about getting us back on our way safely and told us to have a safe trip. Bathrooms were clean, they had a changing table for me to change my baby, and plenty of free drinks. Excellent spot to get your tires changed and we are so appreciative to them for taking care of us when we are far from home!!

FYI get the certificates best $15 you can spend, I went in to get a tire fixed expecting to have to buy a new one (side wall damage) nope they replaced the tire at no cost to me. Seriously I never seen any tire place that replaces a tire with this kind of sidewall damage for free.
