I’m sending a review from my family… August 31,2021 my sister who is paralyzed from the breast down and my daughter were driving home to southern Illinois from Vegas.. they has some issues the van door came off the track and the air needed recharged. They had to pull over several times due to her over heating.. they found Floyd and Sons !! It was very close to closing time and they were on it!! They got the door back on and air recharged and got them back on the road!! The Best part is this Amazing company did all of this FREE of charge!! There are Good samaritans still out here!! Thank you from all of our family for watching out for our family and having such a giving heart!! ❤️❤️The Blain/McCabe family!!

Phenomenal work! Highly impressed with the body repairs.

They drug out the time it took to fix. They promised 3 days so I budgeted for a rental for that time. They were supposed to be done on a Thuesday and werent. Then they werent again on Friday. That added three more days on my rental and weekends cost more. They knew the day they promised was a Friday and that a delay meant Id go three more without my truck. I felt like they drug their feet. They had the truck for 5 days to paint a small section of fender and a section on the drivers side rear panel. Thentruck was due to be done on a Thursday and it ran into Friday, which was fine. But they delayed twice and they knew they were adding three days, and they didnt paint the rear panel when it was all said and done. Before I took my truck in they sl2ecifically chose a 3 day window they were supposednto be able to have the time to devote to it. It took 6 business days to do what was a 3 day job with me being without my truck 8 days and the job wasnt complete.

The owner is super nice and tries his best to get you good value for your money. Ive been taking my cars there since the first time someone hit my car in a parking lot and they really work with your insurance and do a fantastic job when working on your car. So I starting taking it for other things and they reward loyal customers with things such as a free alignment or other services here and there. Very laid back, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.

Floyd & Sons Body Shop is the best ever! Not only did they do a super job of repairing my car, but they washed and vacuumed it before I picked it up. They get an A++++ in my book.

These guys are crooks and liars. Took them over a year to complete the job. After they said it was done the check engine light was still on. Took it someplace else and I was missing parts and needed more work done. They are reckless and let my wife leave with a vehicle that should not have been on the road. Stay away.

Awesome first visit!

My nephew couldn’t find a bumper for his Acura so they made a form and molded the bumper. We have found them to be honest and straightforward. They aren’t the fastest or the cheapest but they have always provided good customer service and exceptional work.

Tim did an exceptional job on my rear bumper. The estimate was free and easy and he saved me money on parts as well as labor. Will definitely be going back if I ever need body shop services in the future. Highly recommended!

After picking up my truck there was a bad vibration at 45 mph. On a drive along the Floyd mechanic explained that the truck had been wrecked before??? I explained that I bought it new and had never been in a wreck. His response was that sometimes they were wrecked while being loaded at the factory. Beware!!!!! Truck was never right again.

This is a family business. They do great work and treat you like they are happy to have your business. Would recommend them for all and or any body work you may need. Great doing business with them!!!

Had a replacement bumper paint matched here 2 years ago and recently had some rust removed. They told me the rust spread all across the liner of the windshield and got underneath the windshield. Which resulted in the windshield needing to be removed, they warned me that my old windshield had cracks which if removed could break, went ahead and had some of the roof cut out along with the windshield getting removed (which broke and got replaced, actually got a good deal on the replacement) they did a good job welding a new piece of metal to replace what they removed because of the rust. Once painted it will look like nothing was cut out and replaced. I am coming back to have my paint redone, no questions asked.

I had a bumper painted here and the paint chipped. I took it in and talked with the staff and he pointed out my oil change guy may not have put in all the bolts and may have caused some of the issues. No questions were asked he said they would cover it since it had been less then a year. I would suggest anyone go here as they stand behind their service. Any questions call me 6959755

Bunch of crooks looking to scam you as fast as possible my claim was 5k and they sent me 3100 to fix it once it was addressed floyd and sons got scared and said it was a typo bunch of robbers go somewhere else dont be a victim to this family disgrace!
