I’m going to sell my vehicle so I had Hourglass detail it. I purchased their best package for inside and out. I was very impressed. It’s worth every penny. What a great job. They really took the time to get it right. Looks better than when it was new!

I got the $65 detailing. Left soda spill in cup holder, wheels not clean, wiped down but no deep cleaning at all.UPDATE: The morning after my detail, I went to my car & noticed the finish on my wheels were ate off. I took my car back down there Monday & they tried to buff my wheels out by hand then used a buffer but the finish was gone. The manager told me he would have to get with his boss & get back with me within couple days. Never heard anything. Over a week later I called & they had the boss call me back. He told me they did not put anything on my wheels that could have done that & called me a liar multiple times. I highly recommend not going here.

The Auto Spa worked very well. Pleasant workers, and a wonderfully clean vehicle at the end.Depending on which cleaning you select, the total cleaning takes around 45 minutes. (And worth it!)

Absolute disbelief at the lack of professionalism. Their hours state on the door: 8:00-5:00 P.M. I got there at 4:43 P.M. and there were cones across the entrance. I sat there for a minute and then got out as a person came over. She said they were closed. I had gone to a lot of trouble to get there and could not understand why, if it was before 5:00, that they were closed. She shrugged her shoulders. I went inside and told them I wasn’t trying to be rude but needed to understand why they were already closed when their hours were clearly stated on the door and they should still be open.They began to lecture me about how they wouldn’t have time and then a person named Jonathan came in and began “passionately” explaining about how long it takes to do the different packages and how I should understand that they wouldn’t have time. Like I was the bad guy for not understanding what they do and how they do it. I said it’s black and white to me, that they should be open until 5:00. The owner’s daughter began admonishing me about, “Would I do this at a restaurant that closed at 9:00?” “Come in 15 minutes before they closed?” Obviously my answer regarding a restaurant was “no” I wouldn’t, but this wasn’t a restaurant. Her and Jonathan tag-teamed each other to continue to “scold” me for apparently not understanding how they operate. Saying they were a spa and not a car wash. Like I’m supposed to know all of what they were saying.I said, “What open until 5:00 means to me is that they accept customers until 5:00 and they pay their employees to finish up the cars until they are completed, and then they go home. Business model of taking last car at 5:00 and knowing they work until 6 to finish up.Nowhere does it say, “we take the last customer at 4:15” which was what Jonathan was telling me ~ that I should have been there by 4:15 in order to receive service. He was very rude in his delivery of this.At this point, I asked to receive the owner’s name to speak with them directly, and they wouldn’t give me their name, because it was the girl’s parents. She even said that to me, that she wasn’t giving me their name because it was her parents. My purpose was to let them know that they are false advertising to state, “open until 5:00” if they are not. And honestly to let them know they have horrible business representation through their own daughter and the person named Jonathan.I have never had an establishment bully me and make me feel like I’m so stupid for not understanding, and that showing up at 4:43 apparently is “so terrible” and making me feel so bad. I felt humiliated for showing up. No sincerity in trying to understand what I was thinking and why I was there. No attempt, at any time, to try to understand it from my angle and see that I was there trying to give them my business. Blatant disregard for me as a customer. Period.I have never had my car washed there, it’s $35 for the bottom package, and I’m frugal that way, but I have bought over $500 worth of packages for gifts for my family for different occasions since they have opened. I was excited to treat myself to a clean car for Easter weekend.I will never patronize them again. Ever. I don’t care,“how well they clean cars”; they are not nice people, are not held accountable for their rude behavior, and don’t appreciate customers.

Best car wash in Tulsa. Lobby and bathroom is clean and safe and they always do an excellent and thorough job on my vehicle. Employees are friendly and courteous. Pricing is fair.

This is the best Auto Detail shop I have found in Tulsa. I move fleet vehicles which sometimes require details before delivery to clients. They have never disappointed either myself or the clients I serve. It is my go to location in Tulsa. Always.

Excellent service every visit. My car gets much cleaner than I can ever do. Porters are friendly, nice comfy chairs in the lobby while you wait and snacks for sale at the register. Every time I point out a spot they missed, its correct immediately and without complaint.

Top Notch place! Ownership is some of the greatest people in Tulsa. Car is perfect every time! I trust them with my vehicle to even drop it off and leave it in there care and I always get it back exceeding my expectations ! recommend to anyone in Tulsa looking for a great wash and great environment! As to that previous comment about seat track. I actually work at that dealership, no blame can be placed on Hourglass for that. It was a failed factory part under warranty. Hourglass doesnt deserve that review especially because I know with out a doubt they would make anything right that was their fault. I have never received a car in my dealership damaged by them. I can not say that for many other washes in town.

Biggest and best full service car wash and detail business in Tulsa that goes beyond to satisfy. Had my car detailed after it was repaired. It was washed and detailed. look like new!

I pull into their shop they looked at my truck and I got the 35.00 package. I went inside and paid and was there for around 20 minutes when the guy who checked me in said that my truck was too dirty and the was going to charge me 65.00 to clean my truck.... WHAT too dirty. That is their job. If everyone had clean vehicles there would be no need for them. I understand my truck was dirty but they had plenty of time to tell how much it would cost in first place. We agreed on a price I paid them but, because of laziness they were trying to gouge me for more. I will never go back to this place again. I will either do it myself or take my money elsewhere. I told the acting manager ( still looked like a kid from high school) that I was never coming back and that I was going to write a review and he said ok like he had no concerns whatsoever. Theses guys suck. With this kind of service I can’t see this business staying in business. I give it two years max. Any takers.Wow check it out. Fast service early on the weekend. Complimentary coffee would be nice but they charge extra.

Pulled in with 2 cars ahead of me. Watched as those 2 cars and 13 others were washed and sent on their way before mine went through the wash.They spent an hour and 15 minutes cleaning the interior, which wasnt really dirty, and I sit here, 1 he and 45 minutes later, still waiting for my truck.This place was great as Auto Oasis. Its 20% higher in cost and takes twice as long, now.On top of everything else; I pulled in with 21 miles left til empty. They let it run for for the 2.5 hours it was here, so they could listen tp the radio, and ran it out of fuel.

For me there is no better place to get your car washed. The BEST in Oklahoma

This is a HORRIBLE place! They broke the adjustable mechanism on our passenger front seat by pulling on it incorrectly in our new vehicle! We had to spend the entire day at the car dealership ordering in a special part that they said that Hourglass clearly broke in half by pulling on the seat. The manager at Hourglass was rude and uncooperative and refused to even refund the amount of the car wash to us! What terrible customer service! Do NOT take your vehicle to this place!

I used to take my cars here when it was auto oasis and always had a good experience. Disappointed that ill have to look for another place to get work done now.

Ridiculously slow. Only 3 cars total here on a weekday afternoon and its taking 30 minutes to get a classic car wash. Exterior only. The front desk cashier seemed incredulous that I even inquired about the time.

I just wonder why they are open such limited hours? I notice that there auto spa service really is only for their collision repair customers their web site says. We took an Mercedes suv for repair for collision repair. Absolutly hands down the worst experience I ever had. They charged a Premium price because it was a Mercedes. The insurance would not pay there rates so then I am stuck paying everything they won’t pay. They had my car 3-1/2 months. Every week was another excuse. Just don’t get any customer driven service. ITS ALMOST LIKE ( WE ARE HOUR GLASS REPAIR ) the biggest the best company in Tulsa. If you don’t like go some where else. Be cause we don’t need your business. The auto spa does a fair job we don’t have any true full service car washes anymore. All we have is drive throughs on ever corner.Blue Beacon Auto Spa I wish you would come to Tulsa.
