Took my car here after an accident & my car came back good as new! They communicated well & were effective about it. Lots of items on back order is out of their control, so it meant a lot to me how they continued to keep me updated in the process. The ladies on the phone & Elenor especially gave me some good giggles; very personable representatives. They even detailed my car before giving it back. Completely worth it, very fine detail & craftsmanship.

I realize things can cause time delays but there were no hidden surprises. They delivered exactly what and when they said they would. Also while helping with dealing with my insurance.

Entire crew is great. Car ended up totaled and everything went smooth with insurance. Hourglass made it easier on me as I had a death in the family when the car was totaled. I cannot say same thing with insurance.

She even helped me with my child’s car seat because I was having trouble getting it out and she helped me and let me tell you it wasent easy haha they even left my car looking brand new from the inside on top of the outside making it look super nice and shiny becasue of the very nice detail they gave it! I was involved in a hit & run and I came here upon a friends recommendation. Eleanor and her staff made it real simple to get an estimate and set up a time to bring it in and estimated time of completion. You can see the before & after of the damage and repair. Im beyond satisfied with the results. Looks like the original bumper cover. I strongly encourage you to check these guys out if you ever need any kind of body work.

Our church van was badly vandalized a few weeks ago. So we contacted Hourglass Collision, and I am so grateful that we did. Not only were they very courteous and returned all our calls/email inquiries very quickly, but there personable service makes them unique. Eleanor is a jewel and Randy took time out to quickly fix a problem that was not known until after I initially left with the vehicle. As soon as I came back (within 10 min) he was ready with tools in hand to quickly fix the issue. Our church van has never looked this good since it was purchased brand new! What a great body shop! And great employees!

I had radiator troubles, not something that they usually take care of, but when I made an emergancy stop at their shop they were so kind and looked at my engine for me and diagnosed what had gone wrong. Helped cool the engine and were so wonderful!

This is the WORST Company I have ever dealt with. They have had my vehicle since before Christmas and it is not March. I keep getting passed around to different employees because the previous was either fired or quit. No one returns phone calls like they say they will INCLUDING the manager. Customer service is definitely not something this company takes pride in. They lost my key in the engine which has prolonged my truck being competed again but apparently ordered a new key. I guess they just plan to leave it in there. Quality of work obviously isn’t a priority either. If you need work done and want your vehicle repaired right and in a timely fashion STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is by far the worse experience I have ever had repairing a car. There were delays upon delays, I was repeatedly lied to about the status of the car, phone calls were not returned, and the owner seemed to only care about getting paid, never apologized for his employees behavior. It would have been quicker to ship my car back to to Germany to get fixed than the time it took at Hourglass. If I had an option I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Run from this business!

This was my second time going to Hourglass Collision due to car accident. I had gotten rear ended and insurance wouldnt want to pay to fix my damages. I felt like I was alone and being cornered/bullied by the car insurance but Seth fought really hard for me so that I was treated fairly. He was very honest, patient, and understanding of my situation. It took nearly 2.5 months to settle my claim. Of all the car service places Ive been to, Hourglass is ranked #1 in my book and I highly recommend them to everyone. Loved how friendly and helpful they were. Awesome service!!

I need a new rear bumper on a 2015 Altima. Its a standard car needing a standard job. Simply put, they need to take my current bumper off and replace it with a new one. Youd think someone could take down my number, look up what a 2015 Altima bumper costs, calculate labor, and call me back. Too much work for these folks. Going elsewhere.

The estimator Brandon was very rude, gave me an initial estimate and then supplemented and additional 8,000 which tripled the repair costs, a lot of things that were added were pre existing damages in an attempt to rack up more money for the shop. When I asked about the repairs he suspiciously became hostile towards my questions. Trying to make me feel bad for informing him of being incorrect. When I decided to take my car to another shop he informed me he was going to charge me storage fees because he didnt get to repair the vehicle. Charged me 4 labor hours but upon review of the work was clearly overcharged. I paid almost $600 just get my car out of this shop to take it to another. I recommend that if you plan to use this shop, you rethink your decision.

We have used Hourglass for every repair to our vehicles - from door dings to bangs. They do an excellent job every time and Eleanor is great to work with.

Good Quality work, but the ppl are crooks and liars, it took them 2 month to fix my car, and every time I called they would say waiting on the insurance, but it was them just not starting on the car. Had to take my car back twice to fix the lock, and the seat belt because they left them uninstalled. Funny part the didnt change the seat belt, but they charged the insurance for a new seat belt. I wouldnt use them again for sure

Elenor, Randy and the whole team went above and beyond when I recently had a tire blow out and landed on their front door. Really couldn’t have asked for a more helpful group of individuals and it made me certain that I’d be back for more work when the time came.

CROOKS! These guys collude with Geico to total vehicles so they can buy them back, fix for very little and sell for profit. This is fraud and screws the customer! They quoted $11k for my little cousins car (which would total it), I had my uncle take it to A-1 in BA and they fixed it for $5,500...

I felt like they wanted to do unnecessary work on my vehicle.

I WOULD NOT USE THIS PLACE IF IT WAS THE ONLY BODY SHOP IN TULSA!!!! absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED.. Have been going through this for 8 months and Hourglass is horrible
