I came in the other morning to do some shopping for my grandbaby, I’m not sure if this was an employee or a manager w but a woman named Show or Snow (couldn’t see the name tag well) had on a completely inappropriate and revealing top. I’m not sure if target has rules in place but there’s no reason for that. Children shop with their parents here. Target please do better.

As a frequent shopper at the Owasso, OK Target, I have never in my life seen a store where the team members GENUINELY CARE so deeply, from the managers, to the charming individuals who sanitize the carts, the level of compassion and genuine love for the customers and for their fellow coworkers is nothing short of singularly unique. To quote the Princess Bride, I have never seen its equal. The shining example, Nada, the phenomenal customer service manager with a heart of gold, Nada has such an astounding love and compassion for every single employee in her store. She takes a personal interest in cultivating greatness in their lives, not just inside the store, but in their outside lives as well. These are her kids! She loves them with a passion! She genuinely wants them to succeed in life, as well as within the store! Even when she is going through incredibly difficult personal challenges, she still shows up with a smile on her face! She is my hero!!! As are Melissa and Ron, the charming lady and gentleman who help fight COVID on the front lines by sanitizing the carts for the customers. Who knows how many lives they have saved with their simple acts of service, by sanitizing the carts!? And there are more diseases out there than COVID, all of which they have helped protect us from!!! God bless them all, at the Owasso Target!

I always have a great shopping experience at this Target location. Youre always greyed upon entering, no matter what department Im in an employee will ask .. are you finding everything okay? Best Target in Tulsa !

Their vegetables and fruits are extremely fresh and delicious. Their fruits are in no way comparable to other grocery stores; they get really high quality items from great farmers. You haven’t had rainer cherries fresher than the ones that Target sells.

This is a Super Target store, so they sell just about everything, including a large groceries side of the store with a wide variety of items like a major grocery store. Clean carts, sanitary wipes and antibacterial pumps placed throughout the store for customers to use. There was only one register open. They have about 12 self checkout stands, well stocked with bags and employees to assist customers. The stands are spaced out. Masks required to enter the store. Plenty of parking as it is a large store. All on one level. Its located in a large shopping center with many stores and restaurants, drive through fast food places. Easy access to main highways and roads, gas stations and other services around it. I dont know the name of the shopping center. I was driving by and was able to gas up, and do all my grocery shopping and get on the road back home quite easily.

Ease of app pick up instructions and speed of order being ready.

I love shopping at target. For clothes, I mostly shop for girl clothes. This visit was for my 10yr old nephew and we were very disappointed in the boys clothes selection.

I can always easily find what Im looking for. The products are excellent and great prices, especially with Target card.

One of the better super targets it restocks everyday and is an amazing place to get food and clothes.

Inadequate store and incapable of doing their jobs! Placed an order for pickup. 2 items in stock. 2 hours later get an email the item is out of stock! Oh then it has an free alternative. Oh but wait! The item cannot be shipped to your location! Seriously! Won’t be going here again! Zero stars!

Been shopping Target for decades always happy with service and products

Maybe your store needs security in the parking when people feel like they can attempt to run you and your child over while you are walking IN the crosswalk, as far as i know when a pedistrian is in a crosswalk at a store a approaching car needs to yield not keep going, almost running a kid over, target has become ghetto

Looks like the store was recently updated. Very nice pharmacy / beauty section. Great selection of clothing. Normally the store & parking lot is busy. Quick access to the Mingo Valley expressway.

I usually enjoy shopping here. The employees are rather friendly and the store has everything I need. However, as of late, something has been off. Today, some employee named Adam (has a redbeard) nearly ran me over with a cart while he was talking on the phone and moving fast. I cant believe Target would even allow an employee to have their phone out. I figured it was busy and he was just trying to get his work done, but then (around 20 minutes later) I was looking at Christmas stuff and I saw him running again. A kid is going to get run over and hurt if he doesnt watch out. Otherwise, this Target is super friendly and has a nice atmosphere.

I like shopping Target for their unique, trendy home decor. So many cute things at reasonable prices. A little disappointed that the shelves werent fully stocked in several different areas, and some things had no shelf prices. I might have just come at the wrong time.

First time visiting and will be my last. Walked in to the security guy screaming at a mother claiming she was using her kids to steal. The kids started crying and he kept on and was using foul language as well. I’ve been in retail management for nearly 10 years and have never spoke to anyone the way he did tonight nor had any coworker. Stealing or not you do not behave that way in front of children. As a mother myself I’m in complete shock still. I will not revisit this store again.

This business felt a bit like I traveled back in time 6-8 months. They were still in full pandemic mode, complete with shelves with plenty of bare space. It was kind of creepy that it appeared Target still seems to believe that store is in a THD dark red zip code...I feel sorry for the employees, frankly.

I feel like Im in a Walmart in this particular Target. The 21st and Yale Target has got a better ambiance and the employees are super nice.

You can find almost everything however the customer is not good enough.

I love Target! It has everything. While the prices are sometimes higher than other retailers, the short lines and clean store make it worth it.

It was a good experience love target

We stopped in here while in the area. We had to get a charging cord for an Ipad and were able to get that pretty quickly and check out. The checkout person was really nice and helpful and the process was very quick. The store itself is like most super Targets you find in places. We would recommend them if you live or are visiting the area.

I live literally right by the Walmart between 71st and 61st on Memorial. I drive a little further just to come to this target. Its cleaner, better quality. I never suffer from anxiety here...

Was just at this Target. About half the employees I saw werent wearing masks. The guy at the self checkout had a mask but it was pulled down to his neck and not covering anything. I told him that he needed to pull it up because it wasnt doing anything like that. His answer was yeah what ever. So apparently Targets approach to helping with stopping this and protecting those that help the elderly is what ever. Makes me highly doubt they are doing ANYTHING to protect people. Only sales. Was at Walmart a week before and they seemed to be taking this more seriously.

Target has the items that we use & the food that we like. Happy about adding more organic, healthy, environmentally conscious & humane items.

I HAVE to brag on the bakery at the Target at 71st and 169. We have bought several of their cakes and cookies over the past couple of years.......not only are they soooo good they do an amazing job decorating them. I have literally taken a napkin for my daughters birthday with mermaids on them and they made the cake and cookies identical to the napkin! Hats off to you all you are so talented! My go to for all things cakes and cookies!

No one can beat Target for pick up service -- orders are always correct, notified if item is not available with option to replace or cancel, very courteous staff

Target refused to give us our paid for order at guest services. Refused to look at our photo ID’s even. Destroyed our merchandise, (I believe on purpose) extremely rude. We want this issue rectified. I will be alerting everyone in our Funko pop groups to avoid business with this store at all costs.

I cant say enough good things about this store. They have top-of-the-line meat and produce at reasonable prices. They have excellent weekly sales. The floor staff is helpful and very friendly. I love using the Target red card and getting 5% off my purchase. Their Market Pantry store brand, in most instances, is better than the name brand product. My only complaint is that they often dont have enough check out lanes open and the wait can be quite long. Other than that, I give this place five stars.

Shop here all the time. Love the kids & baby section. Good toy options for my girls. A bit pricey compared to some places but worth it for convenience, cleanliness, & friendly staff. Edit: Prices have recently been rising on most of the products I buy regularly: $2-$4 more on products like toilet paper, diapers, etc. Very disappointing.

My mom let the first cashier she saw know that the trash out side was full and the cashier told my mom to walk to the other side of the store to tell customer service. No. There was another associate who stopped what she was doing to help me try to find an item they ended up not carrying, she was an excellent example of customer service. I also love the bargain aisle, seasonal and fun stuff for kids.

Bakery at Target South Tulsa, thank you Baker lady for making fresh Asiago bagels this morning when I came into the store! I had promised bagels for my grown kids and didnt know it was too early to buy them. The baker kindly made them for me and they were done in 10 mins. Hot fresh bagels, yum!!

This is the Tulsa Metros Super Target location, and it is a great specimen of what makes Super Targets so great. Huge wide selection with ample aisle room - not to mention the FOOD! A seriously great stop, even if it is a fair distance away from central Tulsa.One feature I love in particular is the throwback neon signs on their walls. Reminiscent of the late 80s and early 90s Target store designs, it makes it feel even more like coming home.

I love shopping at Target especially their dollar deals. Ive gotten great stuff out of there. This target has some of the friendliest workers Ive ever experienced.

It was easy to place the order and it was ready before the expected time.

Quick and easy return on 06.21.19. Continued on to complete additional shipping in store. Store was clean, organized, and well stocked at this time. Checkout was fast at self-checkout kiosk. Love using my RedCard for 5% off everything every day as well as the Cartwheel app for special Target deals and digital manufacturer coupons. In addition, I stack all my savings with the iBotta app for mobile coupons and rebates! Thanks.

My favorite Target, organised and and clean. The only issues I have is that its kinda cold and sometimes there aromany staff members but thats it, otherwise I love this Target. Very easy to buy things, lots of stuff to buy, I loved the renovation it had not too long ago. Good Target.

Its a cool place to do my shopping. They have a decent variety of gluten free and health conscious options if your health driven. The Starbucks located in the store is awesome, the have a fun and very helpful staff.

Horrible customer service! We received 2 of the same item from our Target baby registry, so naturally my husband and I wanted to return one of them. We didn’t have a receipt, but it was unopened so I didn’t think we would have any issues returning it. I go to the customer service counter and there’s 3 people standing there talking. After waiting a few minutes, a man finally acknowledged me and said someone would be right with me. He yelled over to a cashier and asked if she was “monitoring the customer service desk” and she replied “yes” and he said “well you have a customer”. A woman finally came to help me and asked me to login to my registry. I did so, and she said she couldn’t return it from my registry for some reason. I was registered for this exact item I was returning, so I’m not sure why she couldn’t return it that way. She then tells me I can just return it for a “merchandise card”, which was fine because I had other things to purchase for the baby anyways. I get a merchandise card and then I ask about a welcome bag for registering with them. She then asks me if I have proof of creating my registry... WHAT!? I just logged into my registry right in front of her on her handheld device!!!!! I’m baffled, but I search my email on my phone and find the email that says “thanks for creating a Target registry” and show it to her. It has my husband’s name on it, so she asks who that was. I told her it was husband. She gives me a skeptical look and asks me where he is! That’s really none of her business, especially considering it was sent to my email and it has both of our names on the registry, which she had JUST SEEN on her handheld device to look up my return item! My husband then comes walking up because it was taking so long and I tell her that’s him and offer for him to show her his ID with proof of his name. Another Target employee walks up and heard the last part of our conversation and says in an annoyed voice “just give it to her” and then they whispered to each other right in front of us! SO RUDE! They finally gave us our baby welcome bag. They acted like it was coming out of their paycheck!!!!! I completely regret making a baby registry with Target and will discourage anyone I know from registering at Target.

So the store itself is nice to shop at. However the shoe department always looks like a tornado just went through it. Nothing is organized. Shoes are just thrown on the shelves in the kids section. If things where organized in every department I would give a 5 star, but I’m not.

This target is my weakness. The quality of their products are great!!! Especially compared to similarly priced items elsewhere.

This is a pretty good story but it is always crowded. Sometimes they do not have enough checkout lines help and in order to get the customers out. If Im looking to run into Target for something quick this is not the one that I would choose.

Great space. Has an amazing, selection but without the dim cramped spaces that you find in many large Superstores. Very homey open air space with plenty of check out lanes.

I love the variety of things available at Target. Im only unhappy with the style and quality in their clothing department over the last few months.

I love Target and this location is no exception. Same good service, products and deals. This particular location though does have a few employees that are a little less than helpful. An example being the attitude and reluctance to refund a product demonstrated by a guest service employee. Which brings me to my only other issue that Ive had at this location; I tend to find more expired, near expiration, or just spoiled products in the grocery section than most other Targets.

Do not go to the portrait studio! We went to look at what they had to offer for doing a family photo with our newborn and I asked to see what kind of backdrops and props they had available to use. Well the lady who was working there had zero other customers to help out and said she wasnt at liberty to pull out anything for viewing. Well people if that isnt awesome customer service I dont know what is! At that point I told my wife that we can take our business else where if she was going to be that rude!

I love their childrens clothing. Such nice style and very nice quality. Their shoes and other clothing is the same. Nice quality, reasonable prices. Knowledgeable staff. Had to get a new printer and he was extremely helpful. Always stocked with merchandise and a very clean store. I enjoy going there.

Overall I like this location. But their Customer Service line is always ridiculous. When all I want to do is come and make a payment or make a payment AFTER shopping, why must I look at multiple workers in the department (3) and still have ANOTHER line to sit in because only ONE is in register?05-29-17 came to location and it is filthy. Trash at both entrances overflowing as well as restrooms. I informed 4 different employees and by the time we left, still nothing had been done about the receptacles.

Great quick stop. Service desk personnel are awesome and friendly even when annoying customers are giving them a hard time. By the time the staff got to us they were still very eager to help. They need a raise. This is a large Target store and it has a Starbucks inside.

The place was kind of in disarray in different departments, like they had some big sale or something, but there was a very nice associate in a motorized cart that helped me out a lot! He was very nice and escorted me straight to the product I was looking for.. u just dont see that anymore and I really appreciated it!!! Thanx!!!!

Bought a “new” coffeemaker here...got it home and it was dirty...as in already used by someone else. Had to drive all the way back out here...only to stand in a return line 10 people deep with one person handling returns. Poorly managed store based on my experience.
