I had such a great experience with Sadie at Bella Rose. The appointment was taken at my own pace and she really listened to what I wanted. Would recommend to anyone looking for their dream dress!

My experience has been a nightmare. This is much smaller but I was not helped into or out of dresses at all. I was mildly frustrated by this as I had to walk out by other people I dont know in dresses that were not zipped. They charge a measuring fee of $100 which is odd. None of the other places do this. It goes towards your dress if you buy it but if not its not refundable. I ordered a dress in October. In was told it would be in by mid March. I called mid March and was told end of April. Then the end of that week I was called and told it was in Edmond and would be in Tulsa the next week. I went for my fitting the following Saturday and they had the wrong color dress. I pointed this out and waited for a while before I was told by the owner on the phone that they would get the correct color by the end of the next week. Well today is the end of that week and they call me to ask if the second week of June works for getting the dress because thats when the designer said theyd have it. I started crying and was told to not cry. It seemed she was uncomfortable with me crying. As though she was expecting anger and did not know what to do with the tears. I said no it was not okay because I wont have time to alter the dress. The owner then confirmed my wedding is June 28th, so she knew when it was. She then said that they would try to get it end of this week or next. Well its Friday so it wont be this week. It seems she is just telling me what she thinks I want to hear. So now I might end up not having a dress and the only solution is that it should be here next week when originally the expedited dress was mid June. I have zero faith I will end up in the dress I wanted, ordered, and paid almost $3,000 for. Its just exhausting. I will update the review if/when it is resolved appropriately.

I would give zero stars to give and no good feedback for this establishment. Google requires a minimum of one.It is never okay for a customer to leave feeling like they were in the wrong. When a customer comes to you with a situation, its your job to make it right! End of story! Maybe the quality customer service you provide is as long gone a chivalry, common sense and dignity in this country. However, Bella Rose Bridal can count on them not getting referrals or recommendations by me or my friends. Furthermore, it will be make known on every social media platform just how poor to nonexistent the customer service is a Bella Rose Bridal!

I live in Edmond and I visited the Tulsa Bella Rose to try on wedding dresses. My wedding is only a few months away, so finding something off the floor and close to my size was important. The Tulsa location had appointments available quickly and my Bridal assistant was so friendly, sweet, and patient. She was not phased when my idea of what I wanted walking in was completely the opposite of what I liked. I am incredibly happy with the wedding dress that she helped me find and I would highly recommend them!

Friend of mine ordered a dress way back in October of last year for a June wedding. After pushing off the expected delivery date several times, a dress finally arrived--in a different color from what was ordered.And look, mistakes happen. But the really problematic part is the apparent lack of urgency from the store about correcting this mistake. At one point, they insisted that it wasnt *really* the wrong dress, just the wrong color, which is an unacceptable attitude for such an important, high dollar item. At another point, they indicated the correct dress might get here in June, i.e., the month of the wedding.After lots of of long conversations with the owner, they are now saying the dress will get here next week. If that happens, I will happily update my review. HOWEVER, if it is indeed possible for the dress to get here by next week, the store should have made that happen *as soon as* their error became apparent. The lack of concern and responsibility is really disappointing.

The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with and I had nothing short of an amazing experience throughout the whole dress process. Bella Rose was full of beautiful dresses. I had been to several shops before I went there and I found absolutely nothing I liked. However, at Bella Rose I found several dresses I loved so much I had trouble choosing. Their dresses were not only beautiful but they also had a selection of unique wedding dresses. Most of the shops have cookie cutter looking dresses, but at Bella Rose their dresses truly help you stand out and get exactly what you want. Their team went above and beyond and helped me in every way they could to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for without going over my price range. I found that so many shops disregarded my price range attempting to make me fall in love with a dress that was out of my budget. Bella Rose made sure that every dress I tried on was in budget and was exactly my style. They had me show them pictures of things I liked and disliked so that they could help me find the dress that I had in my head but they were not pushy at all! They also gave me that option to go pick out dresses I liked off the rack. Most shops don’t let you do that. It was not very expensive but the dresses were super high quality. The staff was so kind and helpful. My family is very picky and we could not find a dress we all liked; however, at Bella Rose we found several we all loved.They made the whole process fun and exciting with their outgoing personalities. I would highly recommend every bride to go to this shop to find their dress♥️ I am so excited that I get to be a Bella Rose bride! Going to this shop was the best decision I have made so far in the entire planning wedding process.

Great experience at Bella Rose. Very helpful, friendly, and honest staff throughout the entire process. They listen to what you are looking for and give you many options to choose from.

This place made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. When I arrived they wanted me to tell them what other boutiques I had been to in the area and show them pictures of dresses I liked there. However, I was never allowed to look at their room of dresses, I was quickly rushed by them to the dressing room area. They picked out random dresses for me, none of which were my style, and wouldn’t tell me the brand of any dresses or the price range. They wouldn’t let you take any pictures at all until you found “your favorite dress”.. super weird. And not to mention there were 2 staff in the dressing rooms with me and neither of them would help me put the dress on. They would hand it to me and make me step into while they stood there.

Made an appt. very easily online and completed the questionnaire as to what kind of style I was looking for, the aesthetic for the wedding, etc. The owner called me the day before the appt. to check in and touch base about what I was wanting as well. During my appt. the owner assisted me, and my friends and I were the only people in the shop, the owner even locked the front door. I was provided with one on one assistance and her attention to detail is amazing. She NAILED IT and made sure to stay within or under my price range to ensure that I didnt try on something I couldnt afford. I am a street size 12/14 and many of the dresses I tried on either fit me or were too big which is amazing especially in bridal shops. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone else.
