Absolutely loved my experience shopping with them. They were super helpful and they would encourage me to try on different dresses but also understood if I didn’t like something about the dress. I purchased two wedding gowns from them and also my veil. After I picked them up, I realized that I thought I was given the wrong size on one of my gown, Deborah emailed me and Amanda gave me a call to reassure me I was given the correct size. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bridal elegance was the first place I went to for wedding dress shopping. I went to just a few other places but my experience wasn’t the same, I kept comparing them to Bridal Elegance! They made me feel comfortable and heard. They were so eager to help find my dream dress. Leading up to the wedding they were also very helpful with last minute advice about bustle, when and how to steam and just overall care of my dress!

Dresses are overpriced and if you have color be prepared to be ignored.

I purchased a very expensive wedding dress from this place. I wanted to resell the dress and I called to see if they took consignments. They took my dress and I have never heard a word since. I called after 3 years wondering if they still had my dress as I had someone interested in it. My phone call was not returned and the employee I talked to could not locate the dress. I called back 3 weeks later to find out my dress had been sold at a reduced price and a price I was not happy with. I was also told that it was there for so long they almost donated it!! First of all - if the dress is going to be sold at a reduced price I think the owner should approve or have the opportunity to pick it up. Secondly, how is donating it even an option without my consent? Dress was sold. Never contacted. Never offered payment until I called wondering what happened to the dress and if I could pick it up. Definitely not recommending this place again after this experience.

The dresses were beautiful and the sales person I was with listened to concerns incredibly well, however she did not listen to any of mine. Any opinion given by my sisters or mom she listened to, but would not pay any attention to what I had to say. She rushed me in and out of the dressing room and off and on the stage. I told her what kind of dress I wanted, and she said multiple times, I know this isnt what you asked for, but I brought it anyway. I told her I was a size four, but she brought me sizes 6-10 and didnt even try to pin the back so that it fit me well. The dresses were falling off of me as I walked around. On top of all that, she kept making uncomfortable comments about how nice my figure was. The dresses seemed to be very nice quality. However, my experience there was not very good and I was relieved to leave.

My mom, sisters and I went in to look at bridesmaid dresses for my sister’s wedding. We were finding some cute stuff. But we found not 1 but 2 ticks crawling on the dresses. We told the lady about it but she just played it off like they just cane in the front door. We just left after only being there 5-10 minutes. I would not recommend this place!!

The worst experience ever! Went to pick up my dress, and the owner said she donated my dress (that was completely paid for) to Catholic Charities. I called non-stop and then an employee called me to come get the dress a week later. When I got it home, it was clearly used. It has 3 holes in it, a missing button, and several that are lose. The employee said she wasn’t willing to give me the vail and belt that I PAID $800 for. I’ve tried everything I can to get them, I’m beyond disappointed. I guess I should feel lucky that I got anything all I paid for. What kind of business owner treats customers that way? My advice, go somewhere else and DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Today we had the perfect experience. We were welcomed into the shop and quickly engaged in conversation regarding style choices, likes and dislikes. The owner then selected dresses based on our conversation. Within 30 minutes the dress my daughter was dreaming of was located, fitted and purchased. The knowledge and vision to be able to pull dresses that will make dream a reality is a gift. Thank you for helping us with the perfect dress.

I found my perfect dress. The owner was very helpful and straightforward. I didn’t have an appointment and she still found a way to help me and be very present. The dress I loved was a bit over budget but she worked with me as much as she could on the price and I couldn’t be more appreciative! She also hooked me up with the seamstress I’ll be using. Would buy again, the process was so easy!

Bought my daughters wedding dress today and had a wonderful experience. First, they accommodated SEVEN guests with her (even while not ideal). Second, they were amazing during our appointment and were understanding when we wanted to check another place (agreeing to hold a gown she loved for an hour). We were not at ALL happy with second place so we went back for that gown, and even though our appointment was over they allowed her to try on four more gowns just to be sure. They had the MOST beautiful gowns and I found the price ranges to be reasonable. Trust me, if you have an experience here you will never consider a chain shop (such as David’s). My daughter had a great experience and I will be taking my other daughters back when it’s their time. 💓

Bridal Elegance was my 3rd bridal shop to stop at on my search for the perfect wedding dress! I knew I was in the right place because as soon as I walked in the owner Deborah took my measurements & asked me what I was looking for. After showing her 1 picture, she & Hope pulled about 6 dresses for me to try on. Hope assisted me in trying them on and was wonderful! When I walked out in the very first dress my company was in tears and when I walked to the mirror I knew it was the one! It was absolutely perfect! They put the most beautiful veil on me & walked me to the back room that has more dim lighting so you can really see what it looks like! I did try on 3 more dresses just to be sure but then I put my dress back on and we went to the back room again. Hope added a belt to my dress and it tied it all together! And I said YES! Deborah took my measurements again just to be sure. My experience here was nothing but great. We drove from Arkansas and I’m so glad we found this bridal shop!

I had a great experience here. The owner was very nice, and very helpful even though she had several customers and phone calls. She had many beautiful dresses. She measured me to help find dresses that would fit me well. She even worked with me on prices! I ended up finding my dress somewhere else but by all means I highly recommend this place!

Great dress selection and my consultant was funny and sweet. I wish I remembered her name because I loved her. She made the shopping experience great. But the actual purchasing experience is where things went downhill quickly. The owner is awful. She refuses to move with the times. We needed to pay with american express and she gave us some speech about having not ever needed it. Its 2020. You should accept all forms of payment. We made it work paying a deposit with our Visa because I loved my dress that much. Tried making a payment on my dress over the phone as I am not local. She took down my info and never charged it. So irresponsible. I emailed and asked if she accepted paypal. Paypal is extremely easy to use. She wont do it. I would not recommend shopping here purely because of the owner.

Fun fact, I found my dress within 15 minutes... it was the first dress and the first location. However, if I acted like this is due to my incredible decision-making skills, that would not be true... Debrah at Bridal Elegance Tulsa is the BEST in Tulsa. I just told her some descriptive words and described our wedding, told her my budget, and the rest is history... She made it so easy and it was absolutely perfect! She has been doing this for 30 years, is so sharp and professional, and has such a patient and sweet heart. She let me try on veil after veil and even let me trade mine in for the one I ended up wearing. She also even took the time and interest to hear my wedding vows so I could practice again and hear them out loud! Trust me on this... I know at least two other girls who found their dresses at Bridal Elegance in the past 4 months. They are the best, and you will find your dress there!

HORRIBLE experience. Someone showed up right when my appointment started and the owner was the only person in the store. She completely ignored me my entire appointment in favor of the bride who just showed up but was spending more on her dress... She offered to give me a discount but left such a bad taste I couldn’t buy a dress from her. Found my perfect dress at my next appointment and never looked back!

I decided to make a day of wedding dress shopping, so I made appointments at 5 shops. This was my second stop, and I arrived an hour early because my first appointment ended earlier than expected. When I walked in, I explained the situation to the woman behind the counter who seemed to run the shop. I told her we were here to see if we could look around and maybe get started early, but I also said that if it was any problem or inconvenience whatsoever, we would be happy to go and come back at the scheduled time. The answer I got (not looking at or speaking to me, but to a younger woman who also worked there) was, Well, the other bride is going to be here any minute, but sure. Fine. I guess so. This woman never spoke to me again because she worked with the other bride who came in. I felt grateful, but sorry for the other bride. My company told me that the woman kept throwing gowns and accessories at the bride that she seemed to not be interested in. On a positive note, the younger woman who worked with me was very nice and accommodating. She did a good job pulling dresses that met my requests, and I have no complaints there.Also, something odd I feel is worth mentioning... This shop has a VIP Room, where they apparently keep dresses that are over $1,400. I think that if you are a bride shopping for your wedding dress, you are a very important person and should be treated as such. To me, the choice to have a VIP Room, in a Bridal Shop is in poor taste.

The initial consultation was great. The consultant listened to my opinions and helped find the perfect wedding dress for me. It was a little over the budget I provided her with and that was frustrating, but I did love the dress so I purchased. A few months later (in February) I decided to order 3 bridesmaid dresses for my bridesmaids from this store. I paid in full for the dresses and the shop said they would place the order the next day because they were closing soon. I was told they would be in between the 1st and 10th of May. May 14th rolled around and I hadnt heard anything so I called to check on the dresses. Come to find out Bridal Elegance NEVER ORDERED MY DRESSES. They just took the payment and never placed the order. Keep in mind this was just one month before my wedding. The shop owner contacted me to offer alternative dresses that looked nothing like my original ones. In addition, no sympathy was shown and no discount was offered for their mistakes. I cannot believe the lack of respect this place showed me and warn you against purchasing anything from this store.

The initial consultation was a dream; however, it all went down from there. I purchased my dress and veil in February, told the owner that I needed to give her another number after the fact as I was leaving the country, never received a phone call or any kind of notification about my dress until I reached out in August. When I returned home in September, my veil was not there and was told that it would be there in a couple weeks. After a couple weeks, I heard nothing. After my dress was altered just one month before our December wedding, I called again to ask about my veil and was told it wasnt there. After a few minutes, they called back to let me know the veil WAS there and to come by. When I got there, it was the wrong veil - not by my fault. The owner rudely insisted it was the correct veil, and thankfully, I had a picture to prove it wasnt my veil. I was given another veil, which I assume was a sample, to make good. This was one of the biggest headaches of our planning, as I was constantly worried that something else would go wrong.

This is second time I have been here looking for the perfect formal Debbie is fabulous. Found the perfect dress for me both times. I wont go anywhere else.

Being met with pretension the seems to be a reoccurring theme here.Bought my dress here 6 years ago and still cant forget the terrible experience. I spent $500 on a short white dress as we were having a small immediate family only ceremony on our farm. I was not helped in finding a dress but told I could look on my own. I should have left right then.When I returned for my fitting, the owner had booked someone over me who had a more expensive dress. She showed me my name in her book next to the girl she had scheduled at the same time. I had the time reserved but she had forgotten. She said she could not help me but I could stand in the small mirror over to the side and look at my dress if I wanted to, but was very clear that I was not to get in the way of the fitting for the bride she booked over me. Even though I was booked weeks ahead of the other bride, the owner told me there was nothing she could do. My mother even flew in from New Jersey for the fitting and the owner just told us to stay out of the way. Looking back I truly wish I would have gone somewhere else. I went to find my wedding dress and received judgment and neglect.The saving grace was Beth the seamstress who owns A Fitting Image by Beth next to Desi Wok. She was amazing and so helpful. Beth got me in to her own shop the next day.

Where this store had some gorgeous gowns, the customer service was absolutely atrocious. In fact, I almost left before seeing the dress I ended up getting because my consultant did not show it to me. Once I got there, I told her exactly what I was wanting and even showed her a picture of what I had in mind. The picture I had was of a custom dress so I knew better than to think they would have anything just like it, but was showing her so that she had a good understanding of what I would like. After over an hour of trying on all different styles of dresses, none remotely close to the picture I had shown her, I was ready to leave! They were all pretty, but not what I wanted and my consultant was starting to get irritated with me. After deciding that I would not find a dress there, I hear my mother and (now) mother-in-law saying, Thats the dress she wants! I look out to see another girl in the dress almost identical to the picture I had shown my consultant! I immediately told her I wanted to try that dress on, after much resistance and her actually telling me she didnt think I would like it, I tried it on. Ended up buying the dress and found out why she hadnt shown it to me originally - it was below the budget I had given her. Are you kidding?! The all but EXACT same dress I had shown her a picture of, she didnt pull because it was BELOW MY BUDGET?! But it gets better, the store owner started being rude as soon as the ink was dry on the ticket! I wont get too detailed, but she was rude in the store when I had just purchased a dress...I emailed her several times regarding the arrival of my dress, requested swatch, etc. I had to call each time because she would not respond to my emails and was even more rude on the phone than she was in the store that day. (I had great email correspondence when booking my appointment, of course!) Not sure how long this Deborah has been running the oldest bridal store in Tulsa, but at the rate she is going, it wont be that for much longer.

They were so attentive when I was shopping for my wedding dress! Much better experience than David’s bridal. I wish I had gone to bridal elegance first!

Some friends and co-workers had recommend that I go to Alfred Angelo or Davids Bridal for my wedding dress. However, when I went to those places, there were plenty of dresses that I loved, the only issue was the price.I, then, went to Bridal Elegance where my sister-in-law had gotten her dress and the very first dress that I tried on was a perfect fit and it was brand new and it was HALF the price of the dresses at the other places. The other places do NOT compare to Bridal Elegance. This is a must go to! My bridesmaids loved the dress that they cried. Its that good!But dont take just my word for it, go see for yourself! :)

My experience at Bridal Elegance was very poor. The owner was helping me, and she was extremely rude. She only brought me two dresses that were within my budget. She brought one dress that was $1000 over the budget I had given her. When I mentioned having an appointment the next day at another boutique, she stated, So, you didnt come here to buy a dress today? Her effort lacked after that realization. She made a rude comment about my breast size, and made derogatory comments about the dress I really liked because it was not as expensive as others Id tried on. She was only concerned about making a sale. For those who are uncomfortable being undressed in front of a stranger, you better get over it because the associates dont even let you take the dress out of the bag, nor do they let you walk around and choose dresses. No pictures or videos either. I will not be spending my money here. Dont bother wasting your time. The experience was humiliating and not enjoyable whatsoever.

I had a wedding emergency when at the very last minute I needed a new dress and alterations. Bridal Elegance stayed open late and helped me find the dress of my dreams. Alterations were then made and I picked the dress up a week later. It was beautiful, and made my wedding perfect.

I did not have an appointment and just walked into the store. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I was so overwhelmed with this being the first place for me to try on dresses. The owner was so kind she listened to what I wanted and found several beautiful dresses and helped me try them on. Later that day I went to several different bridal places and I walked out of my appointment time because they were so rude and not helpful. The services at Bridal Elegance was amazing. I did however find my dress somewhere else later. But I would highly recommend them. unfortunately they just did not have my dress.

They were good until the brides dress was purchased.. after that is was a wedding nightmare!!! Dresses for bridesmaids were ordered and paid for, but the order was never sent off. When my daughter called to inquire about the dresses 3 months later she was maid to feel like an inconvenience to them. The lady shop sitting gave every excuse in the book . My daughter called me crying. Not sure if they have refunded her money yet. Be warned Not your one stop shop for wedding attire.

My name is Lauren Key and I bought my wedding dress from Bridal Elegance. It was beyond the best experience I could have ever asked for!

Would give no to .5 stars if possible ...Amber was the girl who helped (if you can even use that word for what she did) us. We started our visit at bridal elegance by filling out the usual forms, only this one had a contract-like amendment at the end stating their terms of no picture taking without a 40% down payment on dress. Amber then asked us what dresses and styles the bride liked. When we pulled out the phones to show styles that had been tried on already with likes and dislikes she told us I dont want to see those, they are obviously not the one. Trying to overlook this comment, we proceeded to try looking at gowns that they had. (This proved difficult since they were all in bags that Amber would not let us unzip to see the dresses body). The bride found a dress she really liked and asked Amber about trying it on in her size. Her response was yeah, no. As she walked away and grabbed dresses that she wanted to be tried on. After grabbing the dresses that amber approved of, she said lets get you into a dress and took the bride to a fitting room where she did nothing to help the bride into the dresses and made comments about the brides size (which is not big by any means.) She continuously left the curtain open so everyone in the shop could see in, and put her in dresses that swallowed her whole. Another brides mother noticed this and had to physically shut the curtain herself, because Amber said it was fine. Amber was more concerned with getting the dresses that she was dragging over the filthy floor into their bags than she was about helping the bride in and out of them. The bride finally got to try on a dress that she semi liked and Amber dismissed her and went on the do other things. We stood around waiting for her to come back and when she did she informed us she had written down the dress she liked and as long as it hadnt sold she could get it, even though she had continuously told us her dress could be ordered in her size.Overall horribly experience. Definitely will not be back (especially considering two of the bridal party members will also be shopping for wedding dresses soon.)If you value your time and self esteem, definitely not the place to go.Davids bridal may not be an elegant shop but they at least treat their guests like people and are more than helpful and conscientious.

As soon as I purchased my dress, I didnt matter anymore. The day I came in to shop I was treated so warmly and I really enjoyed my experience. After that Debra, the owner, was completely rude to me and my family/wedding party. They were unorganized, unhelpful and very very rude. I scheduled a time to come back to do a fitting after my dress had been ordered and I also had arranged for my bridesmaids to be able to try on some dresses. They pushed us around, acted like we were in the way and completely ignored us. They said they didnt have enough dressing rooms when my maids wanted to try something on. I had an appointment just like everyone else in the store. The belt that I bought was supposed to be special ordered for me with the clasps adjusted to the back and fitted to my size. The one they tried to send me out with had a stain on it and clearly had just been the display sized down. My MOH special ordered and rushed from there, we were told originally it would take a month. When we called to check on it, they said it would not be in until the day before my wedding and Debra acted like she had no recollection of placing the order at all. I have 2 sisters getting married this year and we will not be back. It is a nice store, but very very disappointed with how unprofessional Debra was. I loved my dress but I would not buy from here again.

When pulling into the parking lot I said to myself... what have I gotten myself into. There were tons of fancy cars in the parking lot and knowing my budget I was worried they wouldnt have anything that fit in my budget. Deborah the owner was quick to help me and make me comfortable. The girls brought me dresses I could afford and nothing outside of my price range. At one point they suggested that if I wasnt 100% sure that I sure be sure to check out other places which showed me that they werent just in it for the commission. While shopping I never felt pressured into purchasing anything which was also nice. Overall we were extremely impressed with our experience and would highly recommend anyone else who is looking for a dress.

Bought dresses in February, paid in full for a June wedding, when we called to check on the dresses the store had NO IDEA what we were talking about. They later tried to blame someone else for never ordering the dresses. TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP, owner called and was very rude to us and didnt offer a discount or anything to resolve the problem. They were going to be perfectly content taking our money and never delivering until we caught them. Go somewhere else!

One of my bridesmaids dresses was 10 sizes TOO big. After speaking with the owner she informed me that it is possible my bridesmaid dropped a lot of weight- which is ridiculous excuse. My bridesmaid went into her shop to get the situation resolved and the owner swapped out for a completely different dress in the same color that she happen to have in stock in my bridesmaids size. Now, instead of 4 long bridesmaids dresses and 3 short (which is how I wanted it to be for pictures) I have 3 long bridesmaid dresses and 4 short. My bridesmaid didnt even get the dress she wanted, she had to settle for one they had in stock.The owner is rude and VERY unaccommodating to resolve the situation. We were basically an inconvenience to her.I advise you to not do business with her.

Thank you for the reviews and saving my neice from a wedding dress nightmare. You are not the only ones that I have heard thats had issues at Bridal Elegance. Ive heard some really nasty things about this store. I wasnt too sure if the things I have heard were as bad as ive been told until i seen these reviews. My neice doesnt have a dress budget, fortunately for her, but we will not be shopping and spending money here. The review about the 15% off dresses is FAKE!! You can tell its a cover up because of the horrible reviews they have gotten recently. Thanks for sharing.

The experience was awful. The curtains were left open and the customer service was the worst. If you want people to respect your budget, your style preferences and you as a person, this is not the place to shop.
