We were very pleased with the work done by Hoffman Kitchen and Bath. We had quartz countertops, backsplash, and a new sink installed in our kitchen. Two bathrooms received new vanity tops and toilets, and one bathroom had a new plank floor installed. Fred and his workers were very professional and responsive from start to finish. Fred always let us know when to expect his workers and responded promptly whenever we contacted him. Frank and Lawrence were considerate of our home and tried to keep the dust and mess at a minimum. We couldn’t be happier with the completed project and plan to use Hoffman Kitchen and Bath for another project very soon.

Nations Kitchen and Bath completely remodeled my galley style kitchen. Natalies design exactly met and really exceeded my expectations and wishes. They not only did a proessional, and well crafted remodel, but their workers and contactors were of the highest quality. The materials used were top notch as well as their work. They were always on time, always notified me what time they would be there and about how long it might take. They worked hard and consistently and always cleaned up after each days work. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning to do any remodeling.

Nations installed kitchen countertops in our home years ago. Circa 2003. Recently, one of the countertops was damaged in an accident and I called Nations about a possible repair. Nations removed the damaged countertop, repaired it using an extra piece we had saved and stored, returned and reinstalled it. It looks like new! Perfect. When I called about not receiving an invoice, I was informed that there would be no charge for the repair. I am overwhelmed by such service and generosity. Thank you Jay, Todd and Ian!!

We had both upstairs bathrooms updated, and needed them completed in 1 week to accommodate a moving schedule. Nations did the job in time and both bathrooms look fantastic! The installers took more precautions to protect our house than I or any other contractor has ever taken - tarps on the stairs, cardboard on the wood floors, tile floors and inside the new tubs, and the door frames were also covered. The fit of the marble walls of the new showers made irregular ceilings look good and the corners were cut so well that caulking seemed to be optional. We couldnt be more pleased and will use Nations again.

Hoffman just finished a bath remodel for me and my husband. It was such a great experience! Everyone I spoke with during the project, from my initial call to installation, made the process extremely easy. They answered all of our questions and and explained everything in detail, even the gentleman that came out to do the work was so polite and professional. He even cleaned up before he left! We would highly recommend Hoffman to anyone looking to remodel your bath.

We got new Cambria quartz countertops from Nations, and we are so pleased. You never know how it is going to turn out from a little piece that you see in the store. However, ours turned out great. One little corner was a tiny bit off when they went to install it, so they took it back to the shop and changed the curved a bit. When they brought it back, it was perfect. We could not be happier. Perfect from the store to the installation. Also they cleaned up everything!

I have always appreciated the communication I have had through the process and the projects looked great when they were done! Still waiting 2 months later on a quote for countertop... we went in person to the store took a drawn blueprint of what we needed was told they would give us a call shortly.. a week in a half later I call they said they were busy at the home and garden show and would call back shortly.. still waiting???? Not really though. 1 weeks later we contacted a different company they were out installing within 4 days of calling..

If I could give them no stars, I would. I purchased a quartz counter top through Home Depot unaware that they would be using Hoffman to produce and install the product. I have been waiting since August (it is now October). They cannot keep up the orders and they ignore their customers. It also appears that they dont read their reviews.

I was very very impressed with Hoffman Fixtures. We were new to granite and they answered every question we had from the very beginning to post installation. They made the process very easy from picking out the different slabs to designing and installing. I would definitely go to them for future projects in my home as I am so impressed with the quality of work and customer service.

Installed our countertop and 2 cracks started at a seam. Although they told us their work was warrantied the life of the countertop, they won’t return calls. Home Depot named them a preferred installer, but we have not had a good experience with either.

Hoffman installed granite in my kitchen, and looks so wonderful! The installers did an excellent job. They cleaned up well and even installed some trim to hide an ugly paint line on my cabinets that was visible when my old formica countertops were removed. Jerrod and his whole team were great to work with beginning to end. Ill be coming back when Im ready to remodel my bathroom!

I finished up with Hoffman Fixtures yesterday. My actual rating would be 3.5 if they allowed it, C+/B- type scoring. I will be very honest in this rating, without the emotional aspects, as most remember only the bad. This update had both the not so good and the good.Heres the good points about Hoffman from my observations. Their stuff is very pretty. Their staff seems knowledgeable and you get a wide variety of choices. Everyone at Hoffman was very professional in their approach and demeanor. I have no complaints with their installation or the people who did it. All were very nice to work with, compliant with my wishes.Heres the weak points of Hoffman. Its obvious Hoffman has grown faster than they can currently manage and juggle. There were at least three major bungles during the process, one of which was inexcusable. If I didnt stay on top of every facet, you could count on it was going to get forgotten or messed up. From the wrong colored grout being delivered which I thankfully caught before the poor tile guy had to install, to the fact my wife drove 500 miles to see the installation, only to be told the the day of the planned installation they couldnt make it. Problem was she was 50 miles from Tulsa by that time. That one made me angry.Some of the work I did myself, like the trim, the appliance connectors for gas application, and the plumbing. The counter tops are beautiful. Hoffman installed the sink for me which was part of the cost and for that I am thankful.I have no real complaints other than the coordination, and am undecided about using them for my master bathroom update. Considering the price and amount of time it took from ordering to installation, I probably will not use Hoffman again, though I would not be averse to using Hoffman again.So my bottom line is this. I think youll like their work. I know you will like the people. But youre going to have to stay intimately involved in the entire process, double checking each step the entire way. And dont use them if youre in a hurry.Considering Hoffman was one of the more expensive bids, Im not sure I think the additional monies and the prettiness factor were worth the additional cost.But they were incredibly nice to work with, even with the screw ups.

My wife and I are right now on the phone with Home Depot (since we are buying our countertops from Hoffman through Home Depot). If you are planning on buying anything from Hoffman, honestly, think twice regarding their quality of service and their help with your issues. They could not care less with the convenience of the client. It seems like they are doing you a favor. I am so sorry for this experience. They do not communicate nor take initiative in helping you with anything. Our process stayed stuck for almost 2 weeks because they did not tell us that they were expecting us to pay some money extra due the size of my countertop. If you are looking for price, they might be your best shot, but be ready to wait on their good will.

I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to make and install my countertops. At 4 weeks I called since I had not heard anything and was told they had not been ordered yet! Your kidding! Said that they measured 2 extra sq feet and needed to pay for another support bar but no one had called me.for over 3 weeks. So now the clock starts over even though I asked if there was anyway my order could be expedited. Not sure who to call but Im not a happy customer. This is so frustrating living in our home now having to wait another 3-4 weeks.

These gents are aggressively bad at what they do. They showed up to install our granite literally 2 months after our original install date blaming everything on the fabricator. When they finally showed up, vaping and spitting all over the place as they slowly got to work, we find out they cut our counters from the wrong granite. First they asked us if we just wanted the wrong granite, and we said no so they left. Since I already removed our old counters, sink, and range, we had no kitchen for two weeks at which point they sent out a new crew. In the interim, their little guy at the shop just passed the buck and gave me the runaround about how we’d be compensated for the mistake. I still have NEVER heard from him. The second crew were a couple of terrible service providers too. They complained, made excuses, swore about us outside loudly, and said they needed to finish incomplete because one of them needed to be home when his 16 year old daughter got home from school. You can’t make this stuff up. They eventually installed them (with seams in different places than the original drawing), and I called them again to figure out what our compensation for the two week would be. I still haven’t heard from them. This was one of the worst retail experiences we’ve had as homeowners. I’d like to say that throughout the whole process, we were kind, calm, and easy going. We never got upset or made a scene. We were nice and accommodating to the horrible workers they sent, and we tried many ways and have many options of how we’d like to be compensated. I wouldn’t recommend Hoffman to my worst enemy. There are scores of other companies in town to work with. I’d recommend any of them over these folks. Best of luck!UPDATE: Now months later, one part of the countertop has come completely loose with a broken seal. Could it get any worse?

If I could give Hoffman’s a minus 50, I would.I am using Lowe’s in Tulsa for my kitchen. Project, and have had countertops with Hoffman’s picked out.On 3-12-19, Hoffman’s sent a man who came to measure the template for my countertop, and said it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery.Lowe’s called Hoffman’s 2 weeks later to check on the progress, who said the order was being processed, or something like that, and we thought they had started on the project.I called on 4/3/19 to get a delivery date, as they have initiated no contact, updates, nothing. They said they don’t even have the product in stock yet, but would deliver the 24th or 29th.Lowe’s called the next day to see what the hold up was, and Hoffman’s said they have no ETA on the counter top I chose, that it is out of stock and don’t know when it will be in stock!!! AND regarding delivering the countertops on the 24th or 29th, they had no idea where those dates came from.I have actually had this kitchen project with Lowe’s in the works since October. Hoffman’s has had all this time to notify customers that this product was out of stock. And when they sent the template man out to measure in March when my cabinets were installed, they had another opportunity to notify me of the OOS item.I could have chosen a different color of countertop and had my kitchen back and in full service by now. So, I still have no kitchen due to Hoffman’s for 4 weeks now, and since Feb 25th for the whole project, and it looks like I will be starting all over again.Like another 4-6 weeks??!!??Lowe’s called again Monday (4/7/19) to see what colors they DO have in stock, and asked for a list, so we can be assured that the color we choose is in stock, and Hoffman’s was going to e-mail them a list.4/9/19 No list, no phone call, no email, and not returning Lowe’s phone calls.Lowe’s has been great about all aspects of my project, and all has gone well, except for Hoffman’s.Skip this company and find one with integrity, one that follows up, communicates, follows through, and delivers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They came out to measure our countertops on Monday the 4th of March. We saw them at the Home and Garden show on the weekend of the 9th. They were supposed to call us on Monday with an update of our countertops. I called on Tuesday the 12th because we had not heard from them. They said they didnt have any updates for us. My husband called on Monday the 18th for an update...2 weeks into our 3 week job according to Todd. That is when we found out that our quartz was on back order with no estimated time for delivery. If my husband had not called we would still be waiting. I havent had a kitchen since the week of Christmas. They knew this and said they would try to have the job done by the 30th of March. This is horrible customer service. You cant convince me they didnt know the quartz was on back order the week of the 4th, that is if they even did anything with our job prior to the 12th, which now I seriously doubt they had. Even on the 12th, a week into it, they should have known then that our quartz was on back order. We had to go and find local quartz and change contractors due to their lack of customer service. Also when measuring, Todd told me he would do 12 in overhang at no additional charge. However, he called Lowes, who we are going through, and charged about $350 additional without notifying us. Due to all of this, we are now 3 weeks behind schedule. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Hoffman Fixtures Company installed a quartz counter, tumbled tile backsplash, Blanco composite sink, new disposal and faucet. All installers were perfectionist. I am so happy with the quality and the look of my new kitchen. They left my kitchen so clean, even after tearing out the old! I highly recommend this company. They were so professional, from the start to the finish.

Just completed the 3rd project with Hoffman Fixtures. Several years ago we did our kitchen remodel with their granite countertops along with the guest bathroom. We loved it and the job was done professionally and to our liking. This summer and fall we decided to do our masterbath and again the work was done very professionally so ... the gluttens for punishment we are next came the upstairs bathroom. We are very happy with the quality and effiiency of the work. They came on time for the appointment, kept the area clean and made sure we were happy with the job. We are out of rooms to upgrade but will probably use them again in the next house.

We are extremely pleased with Hoffman Fixtures Company. During the installation of the kitchen countertops we had a few concerns. Hoffman quickly responded and addressed our concerns. The customer service is outstanding. The General Manager, Jarod, Operations Manager, Christy and Field Manager, Damon kept us informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely be using Hoffman in the future and will be referring our friends and family members to them. Bravo.

Intallstion was ok. They had to seam two pieces of quartz together on our countertop. The seam was the first thing anybody would see when walking in the kitchen. Piss poor workmanship. After several calls and complaints, they fixed it with better grout. A crack developed near the sink. They came out and looked after a month of phone calls, its been probably 4 months now. They will not return my calls and all I get is an answering machine. Is this how you backup your work? Terrible. Told me theyd fix it. Im guessing theyre waiting until the warranty is up then try to charge me to fix it. What I get for using Home Depot and them hiring a contractor without me checking them out first. Never again.
