I just love this place. Every option you would ever need is there and the staff really know their stuff! We have used them twice now and every visit has been fantastic. Flooring, bathroom, shower and kitchen backsplash are outstanding!

Great selection and sales rep very helpful!

No problems here. We are working with a different company to replace our floors and they use ProSource so we went to look at tiles and backsplashes. They have a huge selection, just about anything you need. Our rep Kerri was very friendly and helpful. We told her what we were looking for and she took her time showing us different samples. We brought some samples home to help with our decision. Our purchase will be done through our contractor so I cant say how it works with ProSource. However, I highly recommend ProSource for your flooring needs.

Continue to have an extremely difficult time with Pro-Source. I agree with Heather Pearce and David Downs. We selected kitchen cabinets then were told we would get something Close. The worst part is, we gave them EXACT dimensions for the cabinets. They sent us Mock Up which our GC signed off on. The ?? Designer, who we never met, took it upon herself to change two cabinets that were 24 each with two doors to ONE 48 cabinet. The top went 8 farther than the bottom so our refrigerator will not fit. Never did she communicate with us or ask if that is what we wanted. All cabinets had finished sides... more $$$$ when we did not want or need that. She added a spice rack which I did not want. So many issues I cant even list them all. DO NOT USE Pro Source unless you are made of money and want the WRONG stuff at an outrageous price. No picture of the cabinets as they are not in... wont fit ;{I would not even give 1 Star if that were possible.

Went to ProSource to buy carpet for some stairs. Associate, Kevin, helped me. I gave him exact measurements for my project.First off, he sold me the wrong carpet as it would not work for my application. This was described to me by the carpet layer that was given to me by Kevin at ProSource. When I contacted Kevin about the problem, he was unwilling to take the carpet back in exchange for something that would work. After making alterations to my stairs in order to make the carpet work and after installation, we found that Kevin had way over-estimated the amount of carpet needed. I had this huge amount of carpet left over. What a waste of money! Be very careful, ProSource is just a bunch of salesmen wanting to make a sale. They dont stock product, just order it for you...and not very good at that either. Look elsewhere.

Had nearly everything we needed, and everyone one very helpful. Had to go with my kids, this place is not meant for toddlers and they did get in trouble by running around while I was distracted by the sells person. She did however get the kids some toys to help distract them while I finished up with our purchases. She even checked in on them when I had to walk away for a moment to sign a few documents. Its stressfull enough deciding on things for your house, but adding two toddlers that are bord, I wasnt sure I was going to be able to finish everything. It may have not been the best assortment of toys, but it was just what they needed. So thankful for that employee that helped out with the kiddos. Thanks.

We had a very frustrating experience with ProSource and will not be back. The wrong accent tile was ordered for us despite my specific order listing which items I wanted. When it was exchanged, we then again received the wrong item. After three weeks, we finally received the correct accent tile and then were told it would cost extra despite the fact that it was originally quoted as costing less per sq foot in our original quote. They then decided to call it even instead. The mistakes cost us quite a bit of time on our bathroom remodeling project and also a lot of frustration. We only received a vague apology from the account manager after the whole ordeal. We definitely did not feel valued or well-communicated with as a customer here and we do not plan to return.
