She helped me select my new phone in addition to upgrading my plan accordingly... If you want a professional and curtious sales person ask for Amy. She will make your time there an enjoyable experience!

He even went to another store to pick up the phone I wanted so that I could have it that day. We have been Verizon customers for 8 years and service reps like Jake are one of the many reasons why.

Amy with Verizon Wireless on Memorial patiently spent hours trying to help me figure out what was wrong with my IPhone 11. It was a weird issue that wasn’t able to fixed so she spent more time helping me get a new IPhone and I am very pleased with my service.

After confirming with Verizon Tech support, Aimee Fitzgerald with Verizon Cellular Sales on 101st and Memorial in Tulsa OK explained why we could not convert his 3G phone to any phone that had a QWERTY keyboard.Aimee helped him choose a 4G phone that was the easiest phone to make the transition to a virtual keyboard and one with a special offer to pay off my Notes 9.It took a long time, but we saved money even after getting all new accessories. So it was well worth our time! Thank you Aimee!

Worst experience ever for customer service on the phone and in the store everyone’s busy unpacking stuff and not helping anyone. The first call I literally hung up because the person that answered the phone had no product knowledge at all of what I was trying to buy and he couldn’t think straight and it was like he was doing two different things. What happened to people just dealing with the customer one customer at a time giving their undivided attention to that customer and helping him serve his needs. Contemplating moving to AT&T!!! Epic fail!!They said that they were a franchise store and it’s definitely obvious!!!

We can not thanks Jonathan enough for his kind Customer Service he showed us today. After paying the phones off and 2 hours on the phone of trying to get our service back through the Verizon Customer Care, he managed to get what we asked done in a timely manners and being patience with the whole task. My boyfriend and I are very pleased with everything Jonathan manage to help us with. I wanted to give him a 5+ stars on reviews because he deserves it.

I was helped by Jake Eischen today transferring my service from one account to another and setting me up with my same phone number. Not only did he make it as easy as possible for me to accomplish, he talked me through every step and made sure that I was aware of what going on the whole time. I came in to get my phone fixed. I got a used phone from another store and there was other accounts not associated with me on the phone. The rep told me it wasnt used but clearly the those were not my contacts or accounts. Aimee got me taken care of. Verizon corporate store in Stillwater OK changed Apple ID when my son went in to get a new phone. Completely lost all my info and took me hours to get it fixed. Aimee took care of our business cell phone needs a few months back and then came in today on her day off to take care of a personal phone. I was currently with AT&T, I called ahead to make sure they had the phone I wanted in stock. Brent was SUPER sweet & helpful. Going to this was the simplest & easiest process I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this store & Brent. Im a super happy pregnant mommy with a great service & the perfect phone! Thanks Verizon!

Both my wife and I went in on separate occasions and were treated rudely. They advised me the best deal I could get was through them on a Galaxy S9 even though I have a business account. Went online on business account and paid almost $200 less for the phone. Wife went in to switch over contact and they wanted to charge a $35 fee. The Verizon down the road is only $20.
