I was in there 7-17-18 at about 2pm. The young man that was working was super friendly and attentive. I was looking for shoes for my husband and he spent all the time I needed to find some. I took some pictures so I could decide. The selection is pretty good!

Both the manager and helping employee were too interested in laughing and joking out loud about how “hot” the woman who just left the store was to help myself out with any questions. I won’t blanket everyone that works here with horrible customer service but the bigger African American day manager and kid that was working along side him did not care at all about customer service. When I told them I would leave a review about our experience the manager laughed and said “I’m sure it isn’t the first” and as we left he yelled out “have a wonderful day” as he said that the other worker said “and stay out of here” to which they both thought was hilarious. This place was run so awful. I went down to Foot Locker and bought a pair of shoes. They are both owned by the same parent corporation but I will never give Foot Action my business again because of this experience.

Worse place ever!! Customer service was horrible!! I bought a pair of shoes there before Christmas for my little brother and he didnt like them so we tried to take them back and they wouldnt return them. They said the bottoms was too dirty and that he had been wearing them.. All he done was try them on and took them right off.. I dont recommend anyone going there.. We also had the receipt. The cashier kept showing us shoes to compare to ours and the ones she was showing us was worse then the ones we brought in.
