Went to boot barn recently for the first time and loved it!!! the boot selection is overwhelming and there’s so many to choose from. my boyfriend was a first time boot buyer and the sweet lady that helped us was amazing!!! we were greeted multiple times coming into the store and asked multiple more times if we needed any help. this place is amazing, they have everything you need.

I needed ladies steel toe work shoes and Jon was very helpful and guided me to the ones that were perfect for me!

Its a place to get a set of work boots, dresses boots, or cowboy boots. The staff is super friendly, and one guy even thought my wife was single, MIL told me about this after we left. Employee asked my MIL about who I was in relation to my wife. Even after finding out she was taken, he was super professional.Overall great place.

I asked for the best pullon leather steel toed boot and they sold me these thorogood boots dont fall for it 260 dollars and the sole is already coming off after 2 weeks they are terrible boots if you actually work in your boots thorogoods are not a good boot

Went looking for new boots. Unlike Drysdale, they didnt have enough in my size to take a pair home.The nice sales lady offered to order boots that looked good, but I had to pay upfront for them. I cant buy boots that only might fit. I can do that online. Of course, theyd refund my money if they didnt fit, just like online.Instead, for a few dollars extra, I ordered custom made boots with measurements specifically for my feet.The drawback is that its a 6-month wait. Should be with it for a good pair of boots that will fit.

If you can not find a pair of boots here then you must not need boots!!! They have such a huge variety to choose from. Finding an employee to answer questions or to assist is a completely different story!!!

First time shopping here and was surprised to see the amount of products available. We were searching for new boot for my father due to his beginning to wear out. We were immediately assisted by Maddison who was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products in the store. We will most likely be back several times for anything western.

Drysdales has always been a ripoff. Take your hard earned cash to Mock Brothers. The last time anyone at Drysdales was horseback was as a kid in front of Safeway.I dont by my motorcycle gear from K-mart, why would why I buy my western wear from Drysdales? Go where they wear boots by choice, not as part of a retail, wanna be, cowboy uniform.Unless, youre just a poser pilgrim... In that case, there is always a Walmart near by.

Horrible customer service! We just went there to outfit our family of 10 with western wear outfits including boots and hats shirts dresses etc for our oldest sons wedding. We worked our way through the store picking out shirts etc to try on.. then to the boot department where we started looking ...then a Hispanic women who works there rushed me saying can she take those clothes to the front register for me...I said no thank you we have not tried them on yet she and then another employee walked over and stood there about ten feet from us just staring at us...my wife whispered is this not annoying you?? I then looked up and said CAN I HELP YOU?...the fat male employee says no with a smirk.We walked to the next isle dropped all the items on a bench and told the kids to go to the car. Dad was about to say some words they were not allowed to hear. We then just left and went to cavenders, the only other western store in Tulsa and spent 1,230 dollars. We called and complained to Tim at drysdales about our experience there and seemed like he could care less. Too bad, we have shopped there for many years. Now Never will I give them a single penny.
