Yep, its that good. What a good find. Manager Izzy made us feel welcome and Hanna our waitress provided excellent service. You can tell they both enjoy their jobs and that is what makes the difference. The place is clean. The food tastes great with good portion sizes at a good price. Great place to bring the family. Bravo Zulu!
Excellent place to stop! Forget all the fast food that surrounds this gem and just go here. Good food and great prices. No I’m not paid to say this but every time I come I’m never disappointed. Take it from a trucker we know good food. Family owned and friendly atmosphere food is always good. The last time I got the chicken and dumplings to go and it was still great. If you’re looking for a place to get full this is it. Lots of locals come here from what I gather. This time I had the salmon it wasn’t overcooked the seasoning on top gave it that added touch along with the bed of jasmine rice. The potato salad was good as well. Everything was good I wanted to emphasize those two menu items. Best of all their prices aren’t high you get a lot of food for your money. Part of what makes America great is our diners and cafe’s.
Great little place to eat at right off the freeway! My husband and I are traveling by and wanted a cute cafe to eat at, the Customer service was so great and friendly, the waitress with the unique pretty name was so sweet. Must stop and eat here when you have the chance you won’t be disappointed, our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs 🤣🤣

Loved this spot! Went on a Sunday before church and had grits with toast! Great idea! They were well made and it was a large portion. Most places give you a ramekin instead of a bowl!

Food was good but there was a guy in there cleaning the floors & tables with some strong smelling pine sol while we were trying to relax and enjoy our food. Not sure why he was cleaning with strong smelling detergent. They need to clean the window sills & blinds...they would not pass a state inspection.
Sabrina is an excellent server. She is friendly and efficient, a rare combination in todays world. The spaghetti was wonderful.
Wow!!! Is all I can say, fromThe moment I walked into this facility. The service was remarkable, the food was amazing. I had the roast beef with mashed potatoes, okra, corn and to finish it all of lemon pie with ice cream. Thank you for a great experience, I will def be back her again.
Cooks are inexperienced and the management takes shortcuts and buys cheap food. I ordered a rare ribeye and it was medium, I sent it back and the next came out raw and it was just an eye steak. It was tough because they buy industrial grade beef. A few days before I ordered fried chicken and there was no meat on the big breast and the thigh was also meatless and the fried okra was way undercooked. They are overrated don’t waste your time or money. The only people who appreciate this place are ignorant people who know nothing
Staff was extremely friendly. Food was hot and cooked to order. They made it as I requested, but it was a lack of freshness of grease used to cook my chicken fried chicken. It could have used a little extra seasoning for flavor.

We are from wichita, kansas but were in tulsa for KISS and wanted to try a local restaurant and google led us here!! it was VERY affordable and SUPER delicious! i had the corned beef breakfast and it was the best corned beef hash meal i have ever had! it took awhile for someone to initially take our order but after that the staff were very attentive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
I stopped here to have a very very late lunch/early supper. It was around 4 pm and I was starving. I hadnt had anything to eat all day and we stopped in there. To my surprise the whole restaurant was decorated and it looked quite amazing. We sat down and started looking at the menu, ordered and the food was out in 20 minutes flat. Great service, great staff, and all around a decent experience. If I ever find myself back in Tulsa ill have to come back. Next time ill try the amazing deserts they had in the cases!

Conveniently located and featuring scratch cooking from fresh ingredients served up by friendly servers! Even the baked goods are house-made!The soups and tabouli are great! I had been traveling throughout Oklahoma for a month via motorcycle. I tried a a half dozen places for chicken fried but this was my favorite.I need Bob to open another restaurant closer to to MN!

Awesome place and great staff! Been here twice and enjoyed the food both times. This time I went in and ordered some food wanting to have some of there cinnamon roll for dessert. Long story short I was to fill. Never the less the gentleman asked if I was still hungry while I was paying my bill.. told him if I was I would of ordered me some of that good ole cinnamon roll. To my surprise he reached over and grabbed a big ole cinnamon roll and told me to enjoy it later when you get some rest and wake up. Talk about some great folks here!

This place has a a crazy large assortment menu and breakfast all day. The 2x we went it was mildly busy with several waitresses working only one side of the restaurant. The waitress we got, both times, forgot us, let us sit without drinks no menus or letting us kno we had a waitress. When she finally introduced herself, well she ended up in a coughing fit.The food is good if you can get in and get it served right off the grill. Ours usually sits 10 minutes before someone had to serve it for her.With it only being mildly busy at half the store, and they had over 6 waitresses running with a few of those having a hard time keeping up, Id hate to see if they open both sides full.They should be allowing both sides to be open to spread people out more, especially being this is a truck stop, and covid.
Awesome food! Shannon (I believe that was her name) was amazing! She took good care of us. I had ordered chorizo omelet, and after she bought it to our table she asked if I have ever tried it with chillie and sour cream. At first I didnt want to try it but she insured me it would be good. I will tell you it is definitely something to try very delicious!
I liked their crab cakes, and they have great service, I would definitely go there again

Very hit or miss. Great food at times and sometimes not but the wait staff is terrible almost all the time, especially for the price you pay for a meal. Most of them are not friendly and don’t take care of you at all. This comes from eating there multiple times.

Chicken fried chicken tasted like it was boiled before being fried, Not appetizing at all. Chicken fried steak was good, rolls were great! But we were the only customer in the building for awhile and barely saw our first server. Our second server was much more welcoming and helpful

2 stars for the fact that whoever the cook is there really needs to be trained better on a flat grill. My omelet was ok, my hasbrowns was good other than the fact that the onions I asked for in them were raw and still cold, I had biscuit and gravy for one of my sides and they put the biscuits on top of my hashbrowns so they got stuck to the cheese that was on top, I asked for over medium eggs and got over light eggs, they werent busy so there shouldnt be any excuse to mess up on eggs that simple, being a flat griddle/short order cook ik the time it takes to make eggs or to grill the onions before going into hash hashbrowns, the toast was barely toasted it was more like warm bread, not happy with this visit

Dropped by with family for lunch. They werent too busy so we were quickly seated and our orders taken. I had the Royal Burger with hash brown potatoes. It wasnt the very best burger Ive ever eaten but on a scale of 1 to 10, would rate it a solid 9. Others in my party ordered from the breakfast menu and all agreed it was good. They do serve breakfast all day, by the way. So we give 4 stars and a double thumbs up to this fine restaurant!

Consistently good! Great daily variety of specials. My wife and I usually order the turkey & dressing. Its wonderful. Yeast rolls are very large and very good. Portions too are large. Be prepared to ask for a container for carryout.
We had a party of 13 with no reservation and they got us right in. The service was quick, the food was good, and the staff was great. And there was no confusion at all in splitting the ticket when it came time to pay!

Bad service, bad food.Probably bad management.Obviously the place is well kept and the service staff wants to get a tip and paid so I dont blame them or any of that.But my order was wrong and I had to drive back and replace it for it to go order which of course is just a pain and ends up costing me extra money.But also the food was ok, under done soggy fries, old lettuce in the salad, and cold.Also the lack of an itemized receipt for the customer just seems a little bit unprofessional and could have completely have addressed the problem immediately.
Visited at lunch hours (12pm) they are busy, but the staff was great! Food came out hot and fresh cant ask for any thing better.
I ordered the sirloin steak well done when my food came to are table, the steak took up all my plate my side were on a different plate. The cook did a very good job on cooking my steak. There food is really good.

Im yet to actually go to this location, but weve had a variety of breakfast tacos delivered to my work by a vendor, which makes him the most important man in the building during that time. We usually get the potato taco, bacon taco and spinach/feta taco. There isnt a bad choice from here to date.Judging by the pictures there is a lot more Im missing out on. Ill see you soon, Freeway

I found this place just by chance,my truck broke down,My truck is at Peterbilt, Im in a hotel close by,anyways I love these type places,little ma and pa everyday people places,a place where one can sit down have a real good meal at a good price,get a nice smile from the waitress,find someone to engage in a little conversation,nice welcoming atmosphere, just all around my kind of place.

Ive never eaten somewhere that boils their chicken before frying it. The meat was wet and chewy and not good. Im not sure if they are just trying to make sure no one gets sick but it was terrible. The mashed potatoes were dry and bland and the green beans came straight from a can. The service wasnt bad and the food came fast. Wont be back.

I am in town visiting and just ordered for the first and last time from here I ordered catfish with soup and mashed potatoes and I got catfish with a bunch of okra I also ordered a freeway chili which according to the description does not come with noodles yet I get chili over spaghetti noodles now the person this was ordered for can not eat any of that which was why the soup mashed potatoes and chili alone was ordered but of course since none of that was send they can not eat now until we find something else from else where this was ordered through door dash so of course it was more expensive and all I was offered in credits was about 8 from a almost 35 order that was completely messed up I will never order or recommend this place to anyone to completely mess a whole order up is ridiculous to be visiting here trying a new place out and get this speaks volumes of this place good luck getting what you order from here

I love Freeway...it was My Dads favorite place to go when he was alive. Went to both locations. Service was excellent. I now love to go there when I pass through town.

Paid more money than I should have for the amount of food we got. They charged us $4 per drink we got and our total ended up way more than it should’ve been. The burgers were cold and the French fries tasted like old grease. Definitely won’t be back
