Highly recommend Champion if youre considering new windows. Professional every step of the way. Helpful, informative salesman who gave us a quote on the spot, professional, high quality installation techs who worked a couple of long days and did an amazing job. Good follow up with a couple minor issues. We couldnt be happier. Hard to see a huge difference in before and after from outside but eliminating the grids and one window section shows from the inside. We are very pleased with the results.

We had a great experience with our sales representative. After our windows came in, we scheduled to have them placed within the week but there was a scheduling mix up and we had a hard time getting in contact with someone which is why I previously left a less than favorable review. However, they came today right on time and the poor guys had to deal with us frantically trying to find our lost cat that escaped outside. When we found her in a tree, we had no ladder to use to get her down. They graciously gave us their ladder, no questions asked, and asked us for updates when we got her down to make sure she was okay. Then, they found rotted wood and told us and offered to fix it. I have had a more than pleasant experience with the crew today and I do in fact recommend champion to anyone. Not only are they professional, they are beyond compassionate.

Salesmen was very professional and not pushy. Had the upmost respect for us and our needs and was not forceful. He was very kind and considerate and we would do business with him again.

We have completed the estimate and order process to replace 3 double-hung windows in our home with Shane Willis. He came out to bid the Windows, then came back after we chose Champion to complete the paperwork. He is personable & didn’t subject us to a high pressure sales pitch, which we appreciated. Having done our research, we were concerned about the poor reviews we found and had some reservations. We appreciated that HE brought up the issue, faced it head-on, explained the measures they have taken to solve the communication issues that were the source of most of the poor reviews-(he also pointed out that the reviews are from customers all over the country, since their BBB info is tied to their out of state headquarters).This helped our confidence level, so even though they were not the lowest price of the 4 bids we obtained, their projected lead time is about 6 weeks vs 13 weeks from the lowest bidder, making it worth the minimally higher price to choose Champion. We will update after the work is completed!Update after installation:Our windows were installed 5 weeks after order, so they beat their expected delivery date and we are very happy with our windows and the entire transaction!

I have a broken window I called in May 2021 to get an appointment for someone to come out and a replacement could be ordered. No one will call me back. I have called several time each time they say their manager will call within two days. No calls ever come. I have been hung up on told they will call. Transferred to voice mail. But no one helps me.I paid $14,000 for these windows. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. However if no one returns your calls then there is no warranty. Buyer be ware. I was going to get more work done but I will not use champion again. they do not value their customers or back their products.I called all the numbers local and the 1-800 number I got the same responses. Hung up on, no return calls, and no help.Did matter which number I contacted. No help once you have paid for the windows.

Phillip Ashley came to our house and did a very good presentation on windows. He was promptly on time and did a thorough job of explaining and demonstrating the windows. We are excited to be using Champion.

Not happy customer. The salesman, Shane, is really good at conning people. I took his word when he walked through & counted all the windows in my 2 story house. That was my bad for believing him & not going through & counting every single window. He told me I had 26. I believed him, so I went with that number. Turns out I had more than that. When it came time for them to be officially measured & ordered, I was told 2 bedroom windows were not included in my price. I was told I would have to pay an additional 2,100.00 to add my 2 small bedroom windows. I have learned my lesson, but would not recommend this company with this salesman.

We met with Shane (Michael) out of Tulsa. He arrived on the dot, and he started measuring immediately. He came in we talked, he first talked about the company then about the product. He talked to us like a friend that was trying to get you interested in a business deal. No bs, no car salesman, no creepy vibes. He was very matter of fact and we were able to take advantage of the deal they are offering right now. I highly recommend at least a visit because that is all we have had so far.

Ordered windows in April 2021. Windows were supposed to be ready and installed in June 2021 (4-6 week process). Every time I called to check the status, it was the same answer every time. “Two more weeks.” Once they have you in the contract, they don’t care when you get your windows. It’s 08/24/21, and we still don’t have new windows.Update: 10/28/2021.Windows were finally installed on 08/30/2021. They installed a broken window and told us another window has been ordered. Was told it would take 4-6 weeks for the new window to arrive. On 10/28/2021, we were told that the new window was never ordered and a tech was coming out to take measurements again. Jack will not return phones calls after he told us numerous times are window was ordered.Shop around before you pick Champion to install new windows. Terrible experience, awful customer service, untruthful employees. Will never recommend them.

The initial quote was well done. Shane explained everything to a T. The value of their windows is undeniable and we look forward to the finished product with Champion.

Came out to measure and estimate three times. Gave us a price and we paid half. Then they told us they couldn’t do the work for that price. Either they are incompetent or ignorant. I dont plan to use them again.

We scheduled with them twice to repair a sliding door that would not lock. Both times they did not show up. No calls to reschedule. Just dead space. Very disappointed in them. Had I known this is how it would be I never would have purchased from them.

My sales person Phillip was great no pressure talked to me and listened to what I needed. He will get more of my business.

Salesman was great, offered good product at good price. Installers did a good job, were professional, fast and cleaned up really well. Having an issue with office, an incorrect item was installed, and have sent multiple emails and left voicemails and no response in a week and a half.

They did not come out both times I set an appointment. I screenshotted both times and Noone still came. Just not the greatest with customer service.

My husband and I bought our first home and knew we needed to do some updates. Windows came first And we had multiple companies come out and give us quotes. Shane with Champions was the best. He was dressed professionally, he gave a very good presentation, he was very personal and professional. We worried about a sales person being pushy and Shane was no where near that. My husband and I had a ton of questions and Shane did not get over loaded and answered them with no hesitation. The key thing is that He was experienced and it made it easier. We didn’t want someone doing this for their first time. Shane really knew everything about the windows and eased our minds and we are so glad we made this decision to go with champion. Shane was very helpful in explaining the products to us. We didn’t feel like he was just giving us a sales pitch. He really wanted us to learn about the company and the products. He shot straight with us, and we were pleased to choose Champion!

We have an existing sunroom that was a bit leaky. David Garrett came at 6pm and spent 4 hours with us on the estimate and answering all of our questions. We so appreciate his time and expertise and working with us. We are now scheduled for a sunroom rebuild and excited about having a new sunroom office!!

Windows are phenomenal, but the lack of communication took from a 5 to a 1(couldnt make less than 1). Ordered windows in July 2020, they messed up 2 of the 15 that I ordered because they didnt make an accurate template, and still dont have last 2 windows and its January 2021. I have called NUMEROUS times it puts me in eternal vm loop blaming the delay on Covid. The only time I get a live person is to act like I am needing new service. This is the 2ns time I ordered from them, and even refered my neighbor who got all new windows and they promised a referral fee and they havent paid me for that either. I have talked to national customer service, but here I am thousands and thousands of dollars but windows not completed.

Bad costumer device and breach of contract. The contract we sign specified that the windows have a 20 year guaranty. I paid almost 14,000 dollars for the windows. When one of the windows in the front of the house shattered, probably by the sun, I called them and it took one month before somebody finally came to see the window. They then asked me for 90.00 dollars and told me that it will take two months before they can replace the window, they cash my check few days latter. It is has been over four months and I have called many times, and I left many messages. Nobody has called back. When finally I get through to somebody, they tell me that there is a note all ready in the file and they will put a note again. I am still been without window.

So far great working with the representative, explained the sunroom and specifications. The great thing about them is champion will do everything design to installation and warranty. Im signing the contract but not installed. Im hoping that the final installation will turn out great. I will add pictures when completed.

Salesman was great. Customer service after the sale has been the worse. A 2 hour job has taken 3 days and is still not completed. 3 days off from work and no contact if they are planning on completing the job. Just sad....

Siding was done well; however, the gutters have NEVER BEEN COMPLETED: the gutters have four areas that need to be fixed (not done right -- leaking issues). We ordered leaf guards at an increased price, but received leaf screens; we did not get the downspout gutters- -- therefore, the water dumps right into the foundation of the house. The men we dealt with (Scott Staggs, Andrew, and Matthew) completely ignore us.This job was ordered 8/5/20; it is now 11/13/20 and a simple installation is still not done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

At the time of installation, Champion Windows broke a window pane on March 1st. To this day I do not have a replacement and have exhausted all avenues with this company. Their workers have been very unprofessional and unresponsive to my calls and texts. Do not waste your time with Champion Windows!!

I had windows replaced and they keep telling me they will come back to fix some things like caulking. No one ever comes. Now I’ve sent in photos of the replacement trim they put up all has water stains from water soaking into the boards; got one email back saying they would like to schedule an appointment. I’ve responded with to the email and I called the number in the email and it’s been almost 3 weeks and still no response. I would not recommend the Tulsa branch. I have 8 more windows to replace and I will never use this company.

We had 2 sets of sliding doors installed in July. We are still waiting for multiple issues to be resolved. 1. They had the wrong hardware when they arrived to install. We are still waiting for them to replace with what we ordered and paid for. 2. One of the screens was not properly installed. It does not slide smoothly and is difficult to completely shut. If it is completely shut the access to open it is blocked.Further, the last representative we talked to told us that because so much time has passed this would be treated as a repair and we would be charged a fee of $100. This is not a repair. They have failed to respond to our multiple requests that we presented at the time of installation.

Jeff. What a amazing person. Friendly professional and my Dogs love him when my Dogs dont like ANYONE. The heat lamp demonstration showed exactly the heat coming through the windows I have right now. My windows showed 250 from a 500 degrees. On the Champion windows only show 8 degrees our electric bill will definitely go down.

So far, the representatives have been great to work with. Haven’t gotten our sunroom install yet. If it is as fine as the reps, it will be great.

I very pleased with David Garrett he was very professional and explain everything very well. I ask question and he answered my question very honest and professional. Went over everything about the siding and colors that I asked about. I would give him a 5 star.

I have been waiting for over three months to receive and have installed three windows that failed. i was told these windows would be received in September . . . then October . . . then try back in November. I understand COVID has caused issues and delayed orders, but concerned with the lack of communication from Champion.

Updated:When we purchased a front door 5 years ago, we got great service. This time around... we ordered on Oct 3,2019 a garage door and a back door. We have been having to contact them about the doors... ETA was told 4-6 weeks but on paper says 6-8, well here we are still no doors... they have rescheduled the garage door installation from this Wed to Thursday and still nothing about the back door. I contacted the salesman with my new number so that isn’t the problem. Oh and when we were told someone was coming out to look at front door for the paint was worn off, he was 2 hours late...Update: we finally got the back door installed yesterday, looks great!On the garage door last week??? Well it was the wrong size and still waiting on update on that from last Thursday. 😩

I signed the paperwork and paid $15,000 deposit on June 10th. Measurements were taken a week later. I was told at that time the sunroom would most likely be built in August and to feel free to call at anytime to find out where I was on the list. 5 months later I still do not have a sunroom and can not get anyone to answer my calls. I understand this is not a normal year but phone calls should still be returned and regular updates given.

Jeff came out and gave us a demo along with a lot of great information about the product. I was very impressed with the quality of the window, specifically the glass. Im very excited to have my new windows from Champion.

I had a sunroom built in 2009, and it has leaked ever since. Numerous fixes have not fixed the problem. I have had the big wigs come and look at the problem three years ago, but now it leaks again. Just recently, three weeks ago a repairman cam and added something that included drilling into the roof. He said that if it didnt hold, I should call and he would add a stronger adhesive. I had to call again. I got yet another man who came and said that the problem was my fault for not caulking every year and that I should do it from now on because he would charge me a trip charge. Since the beginning....nothing of the sort has been charged. But at 65, I should crawl up on the roof and caulk the screws that he mentioned that had been causing the leak since 2009. Buy at your own risk. Get ready to be bullied.
