We have been remolding our home since November last year and it has been such an exhausting/frustrating ordeal. After getting taken by two different contractors, I was a little skeptical with trusting another company with replacing all our doors. However, Best Window Co has been AMAZING!! Keith was patient and accommodating with my indecisiveness LOL The ladies in the office were nice and very quick to get back with me with any concerns or question I had.Now to brag on how freaking awesome Cesar is with all the installation of our doors. UPDATE: Although the below happened first, I will say the Window Source tried VERY hard to make it right. They sent out a very knowledgeable and experienced installer who did an amazing job of making it right. Had this guy (Dane) been the original installer, I can almost guarantee I would have given them a 5 star review. The whole process of quotes and scheduling went very well. I was extremely satisfied with their responsiveness to questions and timeliness of getting me what I needed. Unfortunately the original installed did not perform to the Window Sources standards. With the trouble the company went through to make it right for me, I would recommend the Window Source to others.Original Post which I am leaving just so people realize that the installed can make even the best company look bad: Extremely dissatisfied! The windows are great quality but the installation is the poorest quality I could have imagined. Instead of taking my old windows out gently, they broke them out and got glass everywhere! They also did a horrible job of picking up the glass. I have picked up handfuls and dust pans full of broken glass on both the inside and outside of my house. I have outside dogs, so I know my poor puppies are going to step on a piece and cut their feet. If the glass wasnt bad enough, my window sills got torn up in the process as well. The installer left gashes in my wood window sills that will not be easy to hide. Also some windows did not fit properly and instead of adding thin pieces of wood to fill the gaps, he just filled in an inch of silicon in some areas. [UPDATE: Would recommend if you make sure you request a good installer. Dane would be my recommendation! He came out and fixed all the problems listed above and spent a good chuck of his time ensuring no glass was left.]

The products are wonderful in looks, comfort, low noise level, and efficiency and the installation(done by Dane) were great!Everything else about this project was a fiasco!From the time we ordered to the time they were installed was 2 days shy of 4 month contractual agreement after promises to beat other companies time frames.Nothing but excuses about delays and shortages that shouldnt not have been because of promises that were made by mr. Sims himself that he couldnt keep. They cant keep the scheduling straight between the office manager, the installers or the owner. Even tried to have one guy start and anther finish.By reading other reviews and taking to other customers this isnt the first time this company has treated people this way!He cant keep his word but claims hes trustworthy because he was a marine. He broke his word at least 3 times with us.At the end of the day were all just glad its over. Hopefully hell be in businesses long enough if theres any warranty issues.Not a very professional way to run a service company!Update and edit.The owner called me and he offered me cash to change my bad review! Twice! Sorry bud. I paid in cash and you cant buy me off now!

Best Window replaced two sets of French Doors with two sets of of door sized windows in our living room. Keith Simms helped walk us through the options we had for repairing or replacing the doors. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the impact they had visually on the room. I was also really impressed with the installer, Cesar Villarruel. Removal of the original doors, removal of debris, and installation went like clockwork. I knew it was going to be difficult and being an inquisitive retired engineer, I watched the whole project. Cesar and his son were very careful and professional.

I replaced all the windows (16) on my circa 1945 house. Keith provided the best quote and lifetime guarantee. I talked with Candy frequently to schedule the install as we had some bad weather come through, she was always friendly. We had arranged for 3 days to complete all the windows, but Cesar did it in one day on his own. He was so professional and friendly, wore a mask the entire time, and worked very efficiently. The windows turned out beautiful, Cesar does good work and it shows.

I cannot say enough about Best Window Co. From the time the owner himself came out to measure the windows to the time the windows were installed it was absolutely a great experience. The installer manager Dane is truly one of a kind. He does not just supervise he also installs the windows as well. Dane actually takes pride in his work and it shows. He is very attentive to every detail. It is important to him that the customer is totally happy with their new windows. The mess is minimal and they cleaned up everything. They are a team and work together. Our job was completed in one day. Simply stated, I would NOT recommend this business for windows, nor would I ever use them again. I had to wait from June to September to get my windows. I understand in the middle of a pandemic, it might take longer, but some of the excuses used were just unreal. Also, their guy measured the space and sold me two windows I did not have room for. When I asked about returning them, of course they never return calls. Every time I called, the receptionist would say, “I was just getting ready to call you.” Sure you were. Don’t ever expect a return call. I spent thousands of dollars, and I regret I ever did business with Best Windows. Once they have your money-they are done with you. Avoid Best Windows—because they aren’t. Already one mechanism on a window is already broken. They have been installed for 3 weeks.

Dane was so nice and courteous. Very hard working and efficient he definitely knew what he was doing. So glad he was my installer. He also had a very nice helper. They cleaned up everything before they left and my new windows look beautiful I love them. I will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them. We just had our windows put in yesterday. I cannot contest to the quality of the window against the elements or in lowering utility cost yet because of having them only one day but I can tell you the experience was great. I cant believe I hadnt written a review by now. My husband and I had seven windows replaced last year after we had Garret come out to our house to quote us on replacement. He was very courteous and went over and beyond to answer all questions we had about the new windows. One thing I really liked was that they bring a small sample window for you to toy around with to get a feel for the quality and functionality of the specific type youre being quoted on. I was at work for all but the last hour or two that the installers did their work, and the next morning I noticed the small bathroom window had a scratch on it, which either happened during delivery or installation. Window Source replaced it promptly at no extra charge, and weve had zero problems with any of the windows up until now. After having them replace all original windows, we now plan on getting a quote from them next year on our kitchen windows and doors, which look to be at least 10 years old.

When Keith came out to measure and bid the job, he noticed that an install by the previous owners contractor was not done properly. He stated that if he got the job, he would instruct his best installer to address this issue at no additional cost. When his installer completed the work on the new window install, he went to work on the windows which had previously been improperly installed. The Window Source of Tulsa is a top-notch business. I used Keith and his crew to install new Window Source windows at our business office and then at my home. I researched all the three major windows replacement providers in Tulsa, OK. I found Window Source to be the best price for what I needed. The removal of the old windows and install of the new windows when amazingly quick. This does not mean they did a quick shoddy job; they were just experienced and new what they were doing. I feel they even went the extra mile because I had a strange double installed sliding glass doors. The Window Source installer made it look awesome with the new sliding glass door, trim, and screen door from Window Source. The quality of the windows were only second to the quality of their service!The windows were installed in January and we could not feel any cold radiating from the new windows, unlike some of the others in our house. The windows were installed when promised and done so well I could not even see any sign of them being there! Just beautiful windows! It has been a couple of years since my windows were replaced but I have been thoroughly satisfied from day one. I just didnt manage to write a review until now. I had all my windows replaced and the very first thing I noticed was how much quieter it was throughout the entire house. Before the installation of the new windows, we could feel cold air in the kitchen, livingroom and dining room and turning up the heat didnt help. There had also been moisture around the kitchen windows prior to getting new windows. We werent in the house long before replacing the windows to have a comparation for gas and electric but our gas and electric have always been very reasonable. When Keith arrived for the initial consultation/estimate, he was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about his product and the installation. Four weeks later, as scheduled, David arrived at 7am to install 15 windows. He was also very courteous and professional and went to work immediately. After 10 hours (with no lunch break), he asked if I would mind if he worked late that evening as he wanted to get all of the windows set in place before leaving. After putting in a 14 hr day, he arrived the next morning at 7am to seal the windows and clean up.These guys dont mess around. They work hard, pay close attention to detail and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The quality of the windows and installation are top notch. Great windows. Great price. They were considerably less than any other estimate we got. No hidden fees like most of the other places had. Keith was straight to the point on the prices. Wonderful windows, starting to replace the old wooden windows and just had 5 windows installed. The sales man was fast and helpful. The windows came in earlier then what was expected and a weeks delay in delivery but the install man was great! Cleaned up after himself and showed me how to use the windows and clean them. About to order another 5 to finish up updating the old home. Could already tell the difference in the temp of the house with the new windows.

Keith, the owner, was great at meeting our needs for a new window at a very affordable price. The order included a very large window that a fellow named Jim installed very well. The caulking job was very neatly executed and he was a pleasure to work with. There was a manufacturers defect with the window, but Keith was very accommodating about getting it fixed exactly the way we wanted. Everything was handled so well. The second installers of the replacement window did an excellent job as well.

We shopped around for windows for about 6 months and had 4 other quotes besides The Window Source. After we had all the quotes in hand we could see that ALL the other quotes came in over double their cost and didnt offer the lifetime warranty . Kent came out and gave me a quote, he was very respectful, personable and infomative without being a pushy salesmen. My jaw dropped when he gave me his estimate, this was the lowest figure Ive had to date. I had 2 other companies give me an estimate for my windows and The Window Source had, by far, the best price & warranty. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am. Colin showed up at approximately 8:25 am. He was very polite & respectful as he went around his business of replacing our windows. Any time that I had a question he would stop what he was doing and explain something to me or answer what ever concern that I had. One guy came to our house on Wednesday... started replacing the 12 windows in our home with the 6000 series. Thought... this is going to be more than two days. He was finished by noon Thursday. The work was excellent... and he was careful where he tossed the old stuff. He was patient and thorough when showing us how to use and manipulate the windows. Highly recommend this company. Window source had the best product at the best price.The installation was on time and professional. We were kept informed through out the process. We are very pleased with the final product.About two weeks after the windows were installed I broke the outside pane of one window while mowing the yard. I contacted Window Source and told them what had happened, offering to pay for the replacement. They replaced the window free of charge.They are a pleasure to do business with.

The incessant noise of Broken Arrow frogs around our pool trying desperately to find someone, anyone, to mate with drove me to replace the old windows in my house. It didnt help that the old windows rattled like a marble in a paint can. Ive had my windows for almost 9 months now and I could not be happier. The quote process was painless and the quote itself was incredibly reasonable; astonishing, really, given that Keith also found a credit that AEP was awarding for low-E windows. Install took a couple of days due to the number of windows I had done (15, including a double). The frog frat party is a distant memory. Outside road noise is all but eliminated. The hot and cold areas in the house that used to be the hallmark of winter are no more. The latches and catches continue operate like the day they were new. The whole process was a lot easier and cheaper to install a more quality product than I ever imagined. Highly recommend.

Needing windows throughout the house, I priced several companies that offered lifetime, transferable warranties on their windows. In addition to replacement I was going to have one wall of windows replaced with a three-pane sliding door.The Window source fell in the middle pricing wise with a quote I was comfortable with. Their two workmen were not only fast, they were accurate and accommodating to the contractor I hired to remove the stem wall to install the sliding door. He ran WAY behind and Window Sources men patiently waited to make sure their job was done correctly.So far I havent had to make a claim and by the strength of the windows I doubt I will ever have to.1000 Kudos.

I called to get a price quote for a garden window, install myself. Really they make money on installation, very little on the window itself. We ended up not buying it but the price was about $150 less than home depot, same brand. I would do business with them.

We replaced all of our windows (50) with The Window Source of Tulsa. The windows are beautiful and the installation process was painless. We shopped around and were definitely satisfied with their product, demonstration, pricing and staff. Highly recommend them for any type of window.

Great value from the windows and the installation. Installation was quick, clean and they completely sealed the windows and doors. Would use them again for replacement windows and doors. They made replacing these windows and doors simple and complete.

Called for an estimate, had 14 windows to replace, Keith arrived when he said he would, was courteous, and went right to work on measurements, when he finished he wrote the estimate, handed it to me and that was it. No high pressure sales tactics like the other guys, simply his best deal up front. His estimate was about 1/4 of the price of the other guys. I paid 1/2 down and two weeks later David his installer was there and got right to work, started early and stayed late, and two days later I had a house full of new windows. Windows are awesome no heat coming into the house like before, no drafts and super easy open, close. tilt-in. open the top or bottom screen slides to cover both! they hauled off everything and made sure I was satisfied before they left.

I had to get custom made windows and priced them out at Lowes and other places. A friend referred me to Window Source and they came out and quoted me a price that was better than expected. I was pleased with the service and made the commitment. They were done very professionally and I could not be happier. Thanks!

Thanks so much to Keith​, David, and Caesar for getting and installing our large new window in our living room! The whole crew showed up first thing in the morning (on a Saturday, no less!) and did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond, and the new window is gorgeous and far better than the original in quality. Plus, you cant beat the price! Youre the only people were calling for all our window needs!

The lock broke on our sliding door after 11 months. I have 2 small children that can easily open the door and fall down the concrete steps, and anyone on the outside could also open it! We called for 5 days and kept being told by a representative that “someone would be out tomorrow”. No call no show each day. We continued to call and be told the same thing. On the 5th day after calling the representative, an installer called. The installer wanted to set a time for the following day, a Saturday morning. The installer had no empathy for our situation essentially stating that the installations he is doing are More important...He was rude and couldn’t care less about our situation. After multiple games of phone tag with the representative they claimed there was no other installer available to come out. She attempted to have the first installer come that day but after many calls back and forth was unsuccessful. stating the installer wouldn’t get home until at least 8pm if he came that day.We had an issue a few months before with the door, same scenario then too. It took weeks of being told “someone will be out tomorrow” before someone did actually come out.Poor service and Obviously a poor product for the lock to break after only 11 months...*The owner response to our complaint is incorrect and false. We proved so with phone records etc. to the BBB. Our initial call was made that Monday and a follow up call was not made until Wednesday after they had no call no showed us. The owner was not even in town at time of event. There was never any negative, profanic, or hateful language used EVER. The owner called us the following week wanting to send someone out and fix the lock. By then it had been one week since our initial call. But we had already been assured many times before they were coming and had no reason to believe him or his company at that point.Yes we did deny any further offers to resolve the situation because by that point the lock had been broken at least a week, we did not trust anything they said by that point and wanted nothing more to do with their business besides having already ordered the replacement part.

Only 4 weeks later all 12 of my windows were ready to install. David showed up on time for the scheduled installation, and in a few days all windows were installed, sealed and coil wrapped. I had windows installed in a duplex. I love the windows and I was really impressed by how quickly the install was performed. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because the workers broke a chip out of a piece of floor tile in my newly laid entryway. I had to replace the tile. It is not a big deal, since my tile guy was going to redo the grout work, anyway, but it was still an unpleasant surprise to find on my own. The tile was fine before the window guys arrived, but there was a chipped place after they left.
