My 80 year old grandparents called this company when their door wouldnt open. They didnt ask any questions and came out to take a look then told them they dont work on the model they have and charged them $89 for the service call. Pretty poor service to not mention there are certain brands they wont work on and still charge.

Dynamic Doors installed my garage door April 2016. They were very good and priced competitively. Whenever I have had a problem they were out within a few hours. I trust them. I schedule them to come out on a yearly basis to service my door, especially because it is a heavy wooden door.Addendum: On 1/21 I had a problem with the automatic locking system and they came out promptly to repair it. They wore masks and had on clean, neat embroidered shirts. Very professional. In addition to repairing the door they did an inspection. Thanks!!

Garage door repair service in Phoenix was awesome they came over very quickly and replaced a spring that was broken on the door they were in and out of my garage fast. Dynamic doesnt just do garage doors. I live in a rough neighborhood and had a couple of scary guys at my door one night trying to get away from a police helicopter searching the neighborhood!I realized later on they could have easily kicked in my crummy front door if they had just tried it. Dynamic came out and put in a new front door AND a beautiful security door!NOW my door is perfectly straight, locks easily, and has no gaps all around it. No more spiders crawling in or wasted air conditioning leaking out.BEST of all, no more bad guys at my front door!

They answered and immediately transferred me to a technician, after a brief discussion my appointment was scheduled for the next day. Guess what?! He arrived a few minutes early for the appointment and started work immediately. I very rarely leave negative feedback, but I felt I needed to share my experience. When our garage door spring broke early on a Sunday morning, I made a few calls to some local companies for repair. I spoke with Freddy who advised he could be at our house within approximately 2 hours. After 5 hours of waiting with no contact, I called back to see if the repair tech was still coming. He finally showed at at house 7 hours after the initial phone call. Then explained he didnt have the exact spring, but could use 2 springs to replace the one. After quoting me $600+ dollars to replace 1 spring I declined, but still had to pay the $89 service call. Extremely disappointed with the whole process, be warned.

Our Door Broke. Lee showed up when we discussed, on time. Explain the problem with the old door. Explained all my options. Gave me some tips on what to check for every 6 months. The price was good. Freddie came and did the install. He was very Knowledgeable, as well. Got the job done in much less time then I thought it would take. All in all very happy and satisfied. I will call again, if I ever need help with my Garage door again.

I will never call anyone else for garage door issues! Our garage door broke late afternoon on a Friday and Derrick added us to the end of his day. He wasnt able to get to our house until 9:00, and finished after 11, but never cut corners and spent plenty of time explaining my options until I fully understood what he was going to do. He had a great personality, too, and I enjoyed just hanging out with him in the garage while he was working. I want to compliment Dynamic Door for having employees like Lee KinCaid. Yesterday afternoon my dog escaped our back yard and ran off. Do not use Dynamic Door Service!! They came out and charged me $311 to replace one garage door Spring and quoted me over $600 for both! I went with one due to price and a month later I called another company to repair my other spring that broke and they said my spring installed by Dynamic Door was WRONG spring! New company was fantastic and installed both new Springs for $225 total for BOTH! Dynamic Door price gougers!!!!! Save money and call someone else!!!!!

Scam company out of Texas. They will over charge if you dont educate yourself.

Do not use this company. They will come out and do nothing, then tell you that you must pay 89 dollars before they even give you a quote on their parts. Which are triple the price that you can buy them for. So we bought our own parts then called them back. Their quote was for 289.00 for labor. We were willing to pay them the 289 to install the parts. They then told us no way. Since we got our own parts install would cost 389 now, because they make $ off the parts as well. I would not use this company for anything!!!!
