We had Pella come out when we were considering replacing four windows (two which were boarded up) and one door that were all in bad shape.From the second Tyler came to check things out, everyone in the the company has been knowledgeable, flexible, respectful and professional. Tyler was great and patient answering emails about every question we had, the installers got everything done in one day with a wonderful attitude and total clean-up. Even the woman on the phone that called me to schedule the install was wonderful. We hope to be able to replace more windows with Pella in the future!

Walked into the showroom and Silas was able to help me find the right window for my budget. He wasn’t pushy and was a great listener. I will be recommending Pella to friends in the future.

Wow, what an upgrade. Tyler showed up to my house and told me what an improvement it would be but I didnt fully grasp the difference. The guys showed up at the scheduled time, got rid of the old doors, put in the new one, cleaned up, and left. The door had a scuff on the handle, something that happened in the shipping process, but they had already put in an order to have it replaced. Next week another guy showed up and replaced the handle. There is a little separation in the caulking that was put in during the installation. I left a message to see if they wanted to come out and fix it. If not it will not be a big job for me to do.

I have worked with Scott Maddy numerous times and will continue to do so into the future. He is great to work with. Thorough, professional and always takes care of me. Also really appreciate the service staff that come out and do installs. I have found Pella products to be top quality, and priced very well within the industry. The best value in wood windows that I have found.

I paid in full for a new front door its now almost a year later and I still dont have a new front door. All I get is excuses, covid this and covid that, I waited months and Pella just canceled my order after telling me for months that they were building the door they had never even started. So I had to order with another door with pellas sister company because pella decided not to make that door anymore. So I waited another 3 months and the door came in damaged so Im told they have to send that door back and get it fixed so it will be approximately another 7 weeks. Im at my wits end with this company. In the process trying to find someone else to replace my door and just get my money back. My advise is to stay clear of this company.

Pella windows are top-notch! If you want the best, call Scott Maddy. He’ll take care of you. As a builder, it’s important to have a salesman who knows what they are doing. Scott is definitely that. Highly recommend Pella and Scott.

I recently had three exterior doors installed by Pella Windows & Doors and I could not be more ecstatic. I worked with Tyler Knepper and he went through all the options with me. I didn’t feel rushed or that he was pushing me to buy things that I didn’t need. He was patient and if I decide to have more work done I will definitely be calling Tyler. When the workers arrived they showed up in a timely manor and were very easy to work with. They explained everything they would be doing before they started to make me feel more comfortable. I am very pleased with the product, including/especially appearance. I found dealing with Bret in the purchase decisions to be refreshing, clear, and honest, in sales methods. My requests/questions were handled promptly. The install crew were fun and interesting; they readily answered any questions I asked about their work. I will be back.

Weve been pleased with our entire Pella experience and the service provided by our sales rep, Richard Wilson. He was very knowledgeable about Pella products, answering our questions and showing available options without a high pressure sales pitch. Despite the ongoing COVID-19 situation, our windows arrived on time and were installed on the agreed upon date. The installers arrived when expected and were efficient and professional. There were a couple items that had to be fixed (a torn screen, window that didnt remain fully open) and all repairs were accomplished in short order. We love our new windows and will definitely order from Pella again.

How could it be any less than five stars?? Weve been in our house only 2 years (the house is 9 years old). And we were seriously shopping for new replacement windows. My husband decided he should give Pella a call to see if there was any fix for the problem we were having - wind blowing through ninety-to-nothing. Within a week Jack showed up, right as scheduled, to assess the situation. Hes a really great guy and knew almost immediately what needed to be done. He got the parts (for every window!) ordered and was back out to fix them in just a few days. Turns out the windows were still under warranty, so all we paid was the labor. The installation team did an excellent job in removing the old windows and installing the new windows. I called and spoke to a rep. He said he would meet me at my new house on Friday at 12:30. He never showed. I called again to find out if he was going to show up. I got another rep and he said he didnt know anything about the first rep saying he would come by. He told me he would check around and call me back. He did call me back about 20 minutes later and said he wasnt sure what happened, but nobody would be able to come by that day. He did say he could send somebody out on Monday, but he would call me back to confirm. Nobody ever called me back and nobody ever showed up. I dont recommend trying to get these guys to do anything. Theyre not organized enough to even show up to give an estimate.

Very DisappointedWe decided to replace our front wooden door and storm door to upgrade our home. Based on Pellas reputation we decided to go with them. Salesperson was good at his presentation, that was the high point. Our contract was signed on 1/28/20, cash paid upfront. Install initially took place on 3/23/23.At install, they had issues with both the wooden front door and storm door. Salesman had to come out to assist with issues. The storm door was missing the bottom pneumatic closer, so a second appointment had to made for the install of that. Once that was installed, 3/26/20, it lasted less than 2 weeks and is now non functional/broke. PELLA said it would take 4 weeks for a replacement. So we are now looking at May 2020 before this whole process is hopefully completed!Conceivably, we may have been one of those situations where things just went south, but for the money and service, if we had to do all over again we would definitely look elsewhere. .

I needed a 6 ft kitchen window to replaced, but I wanted it totally different! I had no idea, how difficult it is to get only one window replaced. Most places I called, did not give me a minute of their time, but when Pella answered the phone, I knew, I got the right Company. From the beginning on. The Costumer Service was excellent, the Phone Reps were friendly, scheduling was easy. The Consultant, that came to my home, were on time, explained everything ( cost, etc.) to me. I would highly recommend Pella to everyone. We had our entire house updated with new Vinyl windows (9) and they are amazing. Our house is already warmer and the noise from outside has been reduced tremendously. We also purchased a new front door and storm door and we absolutely love them. There was a very small snafu with the storm door and they came the very next morning and corrected the problem. Tyler was professional and honest. He didn’t try to up sale us to the most expensive and helped us decide on exactly what we needed. The installer (Juan) was very efficient and answered all of my questions. He and his coworker did an amazing job on the installation and did not leave any debri behind. We will be calling Pella to replace our backdoor in the future as well.Thank you Pella. 👍👍👍
