They did a beautiful job in my bathroom remodel, and when a small issue came up with the shower doors bracket two technicians came and fixed it. They were efficient, polite and friendly. All in all this company has provided excellent customer service.

We were very pleased with the work done by Joy Marble and Tile. We had three rooms, the entryway, and the hallway tiled. The project was completed a day earlier than quoted. The owners were very professional and pleasant to work with. Calls/Texts were returned in a timely manner. Minor issues were corrected promptly. We had three bids, and their price was very reasonable. We highly recommend Joy Marble and Tile.

Michael Joy and his wonderful staff just completed our kitchen remodel just in time for Thanksgiving and did an amazing job. I met Michael though my job at Jackie Cooper and asked him to give me a quote for my kitchen and installing a frameless shower in our master bath. He came to our house and met with my wife Susan and I and answered all of our questions and then told us a few places that we should visit to pick out our granite and quartz countertops and the new backsplash tile. Michael gave us a complete bid that I thought was very competitive and the time frame to complete the project. His backsplash installer worked through the weekend to complete the project before the painter came in on Monday. Once the frameless shower was installed, Michael asked us if we were completely satisfied and the final price was the original bid. As you look at the pictures, it turned out amazing! I highly recommend Michael Joy and Joy Marble for your home renovations.

Joy Marble and Tile helped us with a kitchen and master bath remodel. We were extremely happy with the quality, timeliness and cost of their work. They installed a beautiful granite countertop and matching backsplash. They also replaced our cultured marble shower and bath with an awesome tile shower and glass enclosure and a luxurious soaker tub. The tile work is amazing! Their team is professional and courteous. Although they came recommended to me, I was highly disappointed in the quality of work done as well as the time it took to complete the remodel of my bathroom. Some of the issues we had were corrected, but not all.
