I came in here with the idea of purchasing a guitar string for a hot wire Styrofoam cutter. It did not work. However the gentleman was extremely helpful and Im going to be bringing by the actual wire so he can take a measurement of it and maybe order some for the store so that way we can make our purchases there for us artsy fartsy girls.

FIREY RAY hooked me up with this SWEET harmonica and a set of strings for the acoustic. This was my first time going and I tell you .... I HAVE A NEW SPOT!! I sat without pressure, hooked up a few fenders to a SICK amp and was in my world and they let you go there without hassle. STOP BY ! I could love this place very easy!!!

Cody is a master of guitar! I’ve never met a teacher who could explain theory in ways I could understand, and his lessons are very structured. I’ve always left with learning parts of a cool song to apply the learned theory to, and that helps a lot! Cody is a very patient teacher, and can teach novice to advanced guitarist. I’d highly recommend!

Ive bought a few things from Firey Brothers. My biggest purchases were a brand new Candy Apple Red 2011 Fender Standard Telecaster and a Digitech RP360 effects processor/pedal. The staff is helpful and kind and unlike some stores it is usually quiet in there and you can hear yourself play. When I bought the pedal, I told the guy working there that I was interested in it and I asked him if I could try it out. He took the pedal out of the box and let me play through it for as long as I wanted to. I loved the pedal so I bought it that day. I would much rather spend money at a local shop like Firey Brothers than from a large big box store. One advantage of Firey Brothers over the big box stores is that some of those stores dont really take care of their guitars and some of them have scratches and other blemishes while the guitars at Firey Brothers are well taken care of and are in mint condition. The prices of instruments at Firey Brothers are about the same as they are at any big box music store or online. I highly recommend Firey Brothers.

Ive been coming here for YEARS. I wont go anywhere else for music needs because they take care of everything I need.I spoil myself with having them string my guitar and they always do an impeccable job. The guys that work there (or maybe they own it?) are exactly the kind of people that should be working in a music store and theyre extremely knowledgeable about all of their gear.The prices are great, the selection is great, and theyre just really nice, down-to-earth people. This is the only music store in Tulsa that I would ever recommend to anyone and Ive never had a bad experience.Thanks for all you do!

The people and the environment are just awesome.Their selection is pretty great most of the time, and if they dont have what you need theyll help you figure out how to get it.I prefer to spend my money here as opposed to online just to keep this kind of thing alive in todays world.Its a fleeting experience and its sad to see that places like these are not as prevalent as they once were.

I went in knowing nothing about guitar except that I wanted to learn to play. Ray Firey took great care and found me the perfect instrument and accessories. No hard sell or upselling.

I havent been there much since I moved out of state but I am glad to see the guys are still going. I spent hours in there as a youngster, and it may sound corny, but the owners really are some salt-of-the-earth people who treat you like family.

Awesome local shop, primarily a Fender dealer but I scored a great deal on a squire Jazz bass, and the store owner is super friendly and the prices are very fair.

I bought my first guitar here. And my sons first guitar. And my third guitar. And the one after that. I intend on buying many more over the years (though I probably need to slow down on the purchases until the quality of my playing matches the quality of my collection).These guys have been doing business in Tulsa as long as I can remember. Theyre real musicians doing actual gigs, so the shop is a real musicians shop.Its not large, but its packed. Every accessory you could need (tons of options on slides, harmonicas, capos, etc).It has a great little library of instructionals if you like learning the old fashioned way.They have a decent selection of guitars, both new and used. They also have a lot of ukes and even a few dulcimers(!).You can get a good drum set up here with all the bells and whistles.Of course they do lessons on top of everything else. With all the instructors having both real world application and theory knowledge, comprehensively. My job has made it hard to utilize this aspect so far, but I look forward to it.This is the only Firey Bros still owned by the original bros, and I hope its still around when its time for me to get my first grandkid a guitar. (No hurry fellas, settle in). Hopefully Ray still does that thing where he has to play a killer lick nonchalantly on the guitar everytime before he hands it back to you and Dart is as surly as ever when the time comes.

If they were to move closer to South Tulsa, I would not complain, however, Fiery Brothers is worth the drive for us! They have quickly and easily handled every guitar question and task that weve needed done. Cleaning, restringing, setting up a new guitar and even rewiring an older guitar we recently purchased and restoring it to its proper setup. Highly recommend them and their prices. Easy to communicate with and they always call when our guitar is ready.

I like that this is locally owned and Ive seen Ray work on price with customers who may have a bit lower price at a less friendly store. Dart is the guitar tech and hes a super good guy with a real world practical perspective. Great experience makes it worth me driving farther than any other music store. Nuff said.

1st time to visit Firey Brothers and I had a lot of questions on a acoustic guitar that I had bought from a individual. The entire staff (brothers?idk)very friendly helpful n knowledgeable I learned as others came into the store....they have a wide selection of guitars such as Martin ;Gibson n other fine musical instruments here n if they dont have what you are looking for Im sure the brothers can find it... I think they offer guitar lessons definitely a great atmosphere for that....!

They are not only personable, but they also make sure your guitar it tuned and works perfectky before allowing you to check out. I took me sons Finder there to get restrung and it only cost me a little over $20. Bonus...they are not pushy salesmen at all. Defnitely a 5 star business,!

The people here are amazing! They went above and beyond to meet the needs of my venue. We were in a kind of A/V nightmare after new construction. No microphones had been installed in our new conference center. I searched around online and was confused by all the options. I was at violin lessons with my daughter and decided to ask if they could help me. Cody did everything he could to fix my problem and gave me a great price as well as the knowledge of how to work and maintain the equipment we purchased. That would have never happened with Amazon... ijs
