Constantly putting prices on the website. Then you go in to get it and they always say oh well thats the wrong price! They are not honest people! I will never go back!

Been going to both locations for the last 2 years and gotta say when it comes to customer service this is the place to go. The manager Kendra works hard and is reliable. She will always help you get the best deals and keep you updated on your order status. Because of that I always go with the downtown location for all my important purchases/orders.

I have been purchasing from this location for over a year. The management and employees are very knowledgeable And friendly. They recently Reorganized the whole store and added new pricing labels. It is much easier to shop and find what you are looking for since they have made these changes. Great job!!! 👍

No prices showing how much something is like no where in the store you have to take everything you get to the counter up front together a price. Also prices considerably high then the competition. STAY AWAY FROM LOCAL SHOPS. Better prices online better service online by far. Also spent like 40 mins waiting for someone to help as well. Dont give places like these your hard owned money.

Not one employee was wearing a mask and no customers were wearing a mask either, except myself. Plus the employees kept following me asking if i needed help. like no get out of my face during a pandemic. Especially when you are refusing to wear a mask. no prices on anything and unprofessional. wont return. hope i didnt get covid honestly.. GROSS

This is the only place I go to get soil for my plants staff is super friendly here always helpful and they always are willing to load heavy products into your car while you remain buckled in excellent place Ill never go anywhere else

Very knowledgable staff, friendly, the warehouse is very well stocked. The only problem i see is parking that is available is curbside if you visit the store. They seem to be geared towards large grow operations as they move products by the truckload but they still do business with the small growers and individuals. Nothing but praise for the employees 🙌

I have been having the worst time with the cyco nutrients I bought 70% off from you. I was in OKC at organics OKC and owner told me you were knowingly selling expired cyco. He pulled up a website showing they were suing you. He was nice enough to call cyco and they let me exchange a few bottles with him and said they were going to credit him. It’s sad you were knowingly selling bad products for years. I won’t be shopping with you any longer.

The store itself is okay but the location has no parking... You literally have to park in the street and on a busy day, when the 3 spaces are already taken, you have to walk a little ways up the road if you can find a place, or just drive around the block a few times.

I visited Grow Generation to apply for a job. I spoke with Kendra,an a she seems to be doing a terrific job as a manager. I am awaiting a response. In my opinion, the warehouse seems to be well stocked and well organized. I am hoping to get a chance to join the team and have a great career there.

Great people, helpful...but after 2 lost orders I will shop elsewhere. Clone machine order was forgotten as well as 125 of their 9-inch fabric pots. I dont really care to hear the owners response on here. Fix the problem(s) and people will return. 3 stars due to good pricing (when available).

Very helpful, knowledgeable and patience staff. I am rather new to the grow scene and didnt really know what I wanted or needed, the staff was able to hook me up with everything I needed and gave me a great deal as well. Definitely would recommend.

I have been twice. The first time the ladies behind the counter and a gentleman out on the floor were all very friendly and soooo helpful. Great experience. The second time I went. The young man behind the counter didn’t acknowledge that I was there so I just asked were a product was and he just pointed down an isle. So I went and found the product myself and brought it back to the counter. The place is pretty big so instead of roaming around I tried asking where another product is. I was unsure of what it was called so I described it and the same young man was a bit rude and didn’t really try to help just said he didn’t know what I was talking about. I was looking for seed plugs for hydro, rock wool. I didn’t know what the extract name was. The lady behind the counter hopped right up and said I think I know what you mean and took me to them in the isle and helped me decide what I needed. She was super friendly and helpful. The young man behind the counter needs to learn a little bit of customer service manners. And maybe try speaking to a customer who clearly is at the counter for help instead of acting like the customer is an idiot.

1st. I was repeatedly told all commercial accounts get a 10% discount... A lie. They will say the shelf price is the discount and when you verbally request the discount will argue the request.2nd. The store lacks proper ventilation and cleanliness, I highly recommend the 55th and garnett location instead.3rd. Sold me an opened bag of net pots, that was taped and missing pots. Even with receipt, and their return policy, they claimed they could only give me store credit. The return policy was printed on the bottom of the receipt and still no help.4th. They will not honor their own website price in store.5th. Called them for a product I used last week, was told they had them in back. Arrived in 15 minutes, didnt have the product, argued with me that the company didnt make it, said it wasnt in their system. I showed the cashier the company flyer of the product, and was told to go in the back and find it myself by the blonde young female cashier. I asked her why she argues with customers and she told me she wasnt arguing. I even explained to her that I called 15 minutes prior and was told otherwise...As a stockholder and customer, this store is a disappointment compared to the other in Tulsa.

This place really needs to get their stuff together. They sold me a ruined bag of coco, told me I could get a refund. Then when I showed up told me they could only replace it. They showed me the bags they had and the entire pallet was ruined by rainwater. But they thought it was OK to sell that to me and not give my money back. After having to be extremely rude they finally gave my money back. Stop wasting peoples time and money. They knew it was ruined and tried to sell it anyway. I will never be back!

This place is a joke. They have no idea what they have in stock or how to manage an inventory. I think the inventory has gotten so out of control for them that all of the employees have stopped caring about it like it’s a lost cause. If you call and ask if they have something in stock they will tell you yes, but when you get there, they realize actually the computer is incorrect and they have zero of that item in reality. This is happened to me several different times which is extremely frustrating because of how far away this is from my location. I have wasted countless hours driving back-and-forth from my commercial facility to the store only to find that what I have called ahead to make sure they have is not in stock or available.No one that works at the store has any experience in this industry. I have requested several items be ordered and none of them have ever come in stock, nor have I ever been notified of the status of my orders. This place is a complete disaster. Last time I was there I bought the last nine bags of soil they had 10 days later they haven’t even placed an order to restock it.

Nice guy. My problem is 788 is by the people for the people and we have all of these Out of state grow stores showing up and running the little guys like Grogg’s GB and a few others out. BY US for US! NOT by us so corporate America can come blanket us and send all of the profits out of state. By from one of the actual locally owned grow stores.

Way too much inventory stacked everywhere, covered in dust. No prices. While we were told at the register they would match any price online the fan I bought for $96 is about 78 bucks with no tax from most suppliers. The checkout took forever! Nothing was in the system, everything was much more expensive than we anticipated. Other than having one very odd item we were looking for on a Sunday I would not recommend this place. I will plan ahead in the future and order online. Or better yet shop a local company owned by a Oklahoman!

Do not let a broker send you here in a semi with 53, maybe a hotshot or day cab with a pup at most. Its in a neighborhood and nobody will move their cars for you and its after have to go down a one-way the wrong way.Edit... best advice for a faster in and out, bring a pallet jack and a liftgate, just meet forklift on the street. Otherwise driver, ya got turn west on 12th, some how, and then you can back straight in.... thanks Jim.
