Im very happy with my experience at Mattress Firm on South Memorial. I went to the store with a printed-out copy of the website mattress I wanted to buy. Nick showed me 2 mattresses and explained the differences between them. I paid for the one I wanted, and the mattress was delivered right on time a few days later. The delivery men were friendly and helpful, and Im very pleased with my purchase.

Amelia and Tim were so helpful! They went above and beyond helping us get a great quality mattress and base for our price range! There was no pressure at all and even gave me a local hero discount!

I wish I could give less than one star. They treated my son, an Air Force veteran terribly. Amanda was rude and unwilling to even provide the most basic customer service. He was given a call and only allowed less than 10 minutes to make it to the delivery location. They would not give him more than that and left. When he went in the store, Amanda was rude and told him they are not even required to provide any call that they are on their way. If you are a member of the armed service, dont shop here.

They have a good return policy. A limited selection. The manager was an overbearing know-it-all. I wont revisit this location.
