I filed a claim months ago & called & waited & waited. I happened to call the store on 71st street in Tulsa. They were so kind & so very very helpful. I was furnished with a phone number to Mike the general manager of claims & this is one of his stores also but he helped me & in less than a week of received a answer to my claim & everything all was made good. This customer service I received from Mike & one of his stores has been the absolute best I have received in a very long time. This has restored my faith in warranties and customer service. I know we all cant be lucky to get a Mike but I thank God I got him he is great.

Good deal on an upright freezer that was available now (not on backorder for weeks or months) with delivery and haul away.

They didnt have anything on sale as advertised. I was still reasonable and found something out of my price range and was willing to pay but they wouldnt even deliver for 3 days after charging me $80+ for delivery fees. Im very disappointed and knew that I would be because they were the same way with my daughter and still didnt cover her couch after she paid for the insurance. Would not recommend

This place is great!!! Seriously unbeatable prices, super clean place, friendly employees that are not at all pushy or smarmy. Ask for Josh hell take care of you. Helped me pick out a mattress for my Grandmother that was comfortable and stayed in her budget. I cant believe Ive ever bought a mattress for full price at any retail store when you can get the same or better here for so much less.

Rude staff no need to be rude to two girls with 2 kids looking for furniture not our fault you have false advertisement maybe you should make that known on the website he had no reason to be rude. dude is 5’2 dark hair short with a rude little girl attitude you make 9 or 10 n hour little guy no reason to be so rude to everyone because you guys obviously have a “really good deal” false advertisement 😂😂 try Working at McDonald’s my guy it might be a better option especially with that attitude.

Called before going in and spoke with Ben. Ben was great help with looking for a fridge. He provided information over the phone and greeted us when we came in. He was friendly, seemed knowledgable, and after showing us their selection he let us look around at our own pace. We ended up coming back for a deal they offered us if we came back before end of the day to purchase.

Josh was an amazing help. He was able to show me exactly what I was I looking for without the hassle of showing me things out of my budget as well as out of my preference. He was able to walk me through the application process as well as signing of the documents with ease. I love this store. Keep up the good hard work.

Came here to buy some furniture and appliance after a bad experience at the Sears outlet in BA. As soon as I walked in Josh greeted me and offered to help. He was very helpful and professional. He explained every detail about each product. I will definitely refer friends and relatives

Worst experience EVER! Advertised sale on washer and dryer and I called to confirm the price in Tulsa. The manager refused to give us the advertised price, called me a liar (that I did call their customer service which was verified by Joshua Lopece the Manager) and he still would not sell us the set. When my husband asked Joshua Lopece what he could do then for price, he would not talk to him. Nationally advertised sales, chains customer service verfied the price and the Josh the manager very rude from the start of the interaction. When Josh got customer service on the phone they told him yes I called and to give us the price he still would not. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! I had to give them 1 star to get my information out but I would rate them negative stars!

Came in to this store for a washer and dryer. Tim, Josh and the other sales associate was very very helpful with my decisions and I will be making way back into that store soon for my products!! Great prices and products was in really great shape. Its a must stop and see store!

Walked in wish a pocket full of cash to buy a washer and dryer. There was only once customer in the store at the time. We were greeted, then that was the end of the communication. We walked around and sat there for almost 30 minutes, no further assistance or service offered by any of the multiple employees there that night. All the staff was tied up trying to get a customer financing for a $500 piece of furniture, while they passed up a $2000 washer and dryer deal, that I was paying cash for.Priorities. Im assuming they make more off of financing than anything, so thats their tactic.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon after our old range caught fire. The place was so easy to navigate, and the staff was so helpful. We found a great replacement AND decided to replace our dishwasher since we saved more than expected on the range. Easily the best appliance shopping experience our family has ever had.

Went to the one in Tulsa then Broken Arrow. Got a price at one but they sent me to Broken Arrow because I needed 3 twin size. Price was the same but box spring was not. BA offer a wrap piece of wood for the box spring and Tulsa had a regular box spring. I ddnt buy from either. Felt deceived.

The manager sounded over the phone to be very unhelpful and rude! I overheard the entire conversation as my friend had the call on speaker phone. I am writing this because he is a good person and friend. His family and he does not deserve to be screwed out of his hard earned money! The manager and this business should be very ashamed of themselves! Do yourself a favor Tulsa, dont buy from here! Facebook is much better than shopping here for appliances!

We purchased a dryer paid $90 to have it delivered. After they left realized it wasnt level. Called them they said they would send someone. No one came, my husband called talked to the manager on Friday he said he would send someone Saturday late. My husband stayed home all day waiting. He called again and was told cant you do it yourself. My husband is disabled and cant get down on the floor. This will be the very last purchase from Sears.

Stay far away from this place!!! The manager Andrew is crooked and runs a scam of a business!! We bought a brand new refrigerator that was a scratch and dent that was supposed to have manufacturer warranty and not even a month after my purchase the refrigerator went out and stopped cooling and freezing! Called the store up and first Andrew wouldnt do anything, offered no help over the phone. I drove down to the store and demanded they either refund my money or fix my refrigerator. He did offer me a discount off of an overpriced extended warranty contract and told me that I could call them the next day it being a Sunday and have a repair technician come out and fix my refrigerator. My entire conversation with Andrew was recorded by my phone I had in my pocket with Andrew stating I could call and get an appointment to have my refrigerator fixed on Sunday that they answer calls seven days a week. I tried calling as he instructed us today (Sunday) and what do you know, they was closed! Confronted Andrew on this matter and he backpedaled and said he never said that, like a con artist and crooked salesman do! Even after we told him we have him on recording stating we could schedule an appointment over the weekend. All my food in my refrigerator and freezer is ruined because of this con artist and shady business! They refused to offer reimbursement for the cost of my ruined groceries! I have a legal plan through my employer that gives me access to free legal help and will be filing a small claim court case against this business for reimbursement of my groceries! Finally after giving Andrew several opportunities to fix this issue, I am getting refunded my money on this faulty and lemon of a refrigerator! Went down the road to Lowes and bought a brand new Samsung 27 cubic inch refrigerator which is a bigger refrigerator with a 3 year extended warranty for only 100 dollars and some change more!Bigger product, better warranty, better customer service that is professional and honest unlike these clowns at American Frieght, and a brand new in the box, no dings or scratches refrigerator that is black stainless a more expensive product than regular stainless steel.I have learned my lesson from all this and will never do business with American Freight or Sears Outlet who ever this company portrays them to be as they change their story on what the name if the company is. All I know is this is very shameful and disrespectful to the name of Sears! Craftsman, Diehard, and Kenmore are legendary brands that Sears created! For this company to represent the brands in this manner is atrocious!I will also in addition to filing a small claims court case for the loss of my spoiled groceries will be filing a better business Bureau complaint against this company!!Anyone reading reviews before shopping like I do, I hope my review is helpful to you as I am only trying to prevent the mess of a problem I had to deal with this past weekend to you!

Well my experience place was absolutely horrible. I brought a refrigerator 25 days ago. I had to wait week for them to deliver due to delivery schedule. Not flexible with delivery schedules or understand people work. Then one Friday night my son told me the ice cream was melt, so of course I check the door/seals was fine. Check the refrigerator and freezer temp. The refrigerator was setting at 50 degree and freezer at 37 degrees. So contact store on Saturday am. I was told all they could do was offer me a protection plan then they will fixed my refrigerator I can get a discount on a new refrigerator. So instead of agreeing to anything I went talk to manager Andrew. Once in store he didnt see helpful with situation and seem to only care about seeing a more expensive refrigerator. Which what not what i want. I want my refrigerator to be fixed. So then he had us protection plan to get refrigerator fixed. So we did then was told to call them tomorrow to see if you can get an appointment to get it fixed. Which when we called Sunday they was closed. So of course went back to talk to Andrew for a resolution which did nit happen. Andrew does not want to help people or take blame for hos mistake. He very incompetent in his job and customer service. At the end of the conversation. He would not work with u us to pick up his product. He said his delivery driver only work till 3pm. I remind him as healthcare profession I dont get days off and had to have set time for him to pick it up. He told me that his times was Monday thru Sat 7am to 3pm. I told him that dont work. So I told him well if he cant be there after 3pm than they will have to wait till I get home. So we was told they he there Tuesday from 7am to 3pm to pick up refrigerator. So as I wait for him to pick up refrigerator. I continue to throw away food I just brought on Thursday that is spoiled. Andrew told me I could try to contact to protection plan see if they will pay for food spoilage. Which they was not open on Sunday. So whole interaction with Andrew he does not deal with one customer at time. He will not directly in the eyes and he back tracts in everything he says. So personally if you like to be ripe off then be my guessed on use American freight appliance but dont be surprise if you wot have to use your protection plan withing 30 days of buying an appliance. This one of the worst place to do business with especially manager andrew us unprofessional, uncaring and incompetents. I would recommend that if you best buck for your money just spend little extra at lowes or home depot. Dont waste your money at American freight.
