I dont normally comment about a competitor but to witness what I just did on the phone, it is NEVER good business to tell your customer to deal with it. When the receipt and documentation show you did the damage...I would not have believed it if I was not there..Absolute POS of a company to tell him that on the phone. He was kind and professional never rude. Asked for you to correct your F up!..This is a repair on the house from my Company to prove LOCAL mechanics and shops around town dont rip people off as Mother Road Motorsport obviously just did. Also forgot to mention exh valve cyl 2 would not even allow for .0015 when specs are .008-010. Plus the other 50% of the valves that are out of spec.Explains why the bike ran bad after it left your shop..
I can’t say enough positive things about this shop and the family that owns it. I was a bit nervous to stop in and was afraid it might be an intimidating atmosphere but boy was I wrong! Everyone made a point to greet me as soon as I walked in. Brandon and Steve were both with other customers, so Amy showed me around and answered some questions until one of the guys were available. They were all so knowledgeable about their Vespas and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They made the process of buying my perfect scooter easy and fun! This is such an awesome dealership ran by an amazing and kind family. Stellar customer service and knowledge!!!
Spoke with the owner here while looking for a moped. Hes incredibly knowledgeable about what he has in stock and about what you should know about them. Very informative and polite! Looking to return soon to purchase!
Great experience overall! I found Steve, Amy and Brandon to be very focused on customer orientation, went the extra mile to ensure that the two machines we bought were properly secured for the 2.5 hour trip back to our home. I feel like i met friends through the experience! Will definitely do business there again.
These guys are honest, hard-working, and highly competent. Their customer service is outstanding. Why? I live out-of-state and was looking into buying a used Moto Guzzi online from a dealer in Tulsa. Brandon is a certified Moto Guzzi mechanic (maybe the only one in Tulsa) and checked out the bike to let me know if there were any deal breakers. None, so I bought the bike with confidence. Brandon picked up the bike and gave it a complete service. Days later I flew into Tulsa, got to the shop, and was planning to do some hokey wiring to connect a 12-volt charge port and a Garmin GPS. I quickly realized that hokey wiring would not do. Brandon removed the gas tank, connected and routed the wires properly (solder, shrink tubing, proper manufactured battery connections with a fuse, zip ties), attached the mounts the handlebars and buttoned everything up nicely. He answered my questions about the bike the whole time he was working on it. Brandon and Steve (the owner) were so accommodating through the whole process and, honestly, I practically had to beg Steve to take payment for the extra work. I drove off, gassed up, and found out I could not open the rear trunk. The shop was closed by then but I called, Brandon answered, rode over to the gas station, got the trunk open, and showed me how to properly use the key. Who would even do that? I left Tulsa confident that my bike would do well on my cross-country ride home. A few days later the service interval icon came on. It was Labor Day and the shop was closed. I texted Brandon. He replied right away and explained that my trip mileage had triggered the service icon but, since it had been serviced early, no worries. I rode the bike from Tulsa to Montana to California and it ran like a champ. I trusted these guys from the moment I first talked to them and they were awesome. Do yourself a favor and take your business there!
Cool place. Very friendly and fun
Great people and fast amazing service will definitely go back there for any service or repairs
They take great care of my Yamaha. It wont go anywhere else for service.
Excellent purchase experience! If you love Italian motorcycles and exceptional customer service, these are your people. My husband and I arrived from out of state to purchase two Moto Guzzis and they had everything ready for us. Their communication was super-prompt throughout the purchase process. They answer the phone and they return your emails right away. The Lambert family spent A LOT of time helping us safely tie two motorcycles on our small trailer. They also tweaked the suspension on my bike to help with my short-inseam issues. The dealership has a huge selection of Moto Guzzis, Vespa scooters, and some awesomely fast-looking Aprilias. One of the owners is a certified Piaggio mechanic, unlike the techs at so many bike shops who can barely identify an Italian bike in the parking lot. This guy knows his Guzzis! These are good, honest folks who love Italian bikes and really know their product and how to fix and modify it. Well be going back for all our service needs. Cant recommend them enough! They made what might have been a difficult transaction for buyers from out of state very easy and pleasant.
I ordered Pirelli tires. They overcharged and subbed a cheaper Dunlop (with a low speed rating) on the back tire without telling me. So now I have mismatched tires. He said I could come back for the correct tire, but he also knows I live four hours away and am unlikely to commit to eight hours of driving for a scooter tire. They also charged for 3.5 hours of labor when I was only there for 3 hours. The owner was full of excuses and insisted on me paying for the tire I didn’t order.
If you in the market for a motorcycle or scooter, you need to check this shop out, the owners are awesome and extremely knowledgeable on their products.
I own an Aprilia and this is the ONLY dealership in the state of Oklahoma that is authorized to work on Aprilias; I have to drive from OKC to see these folks, but let me tell you, it is entirely worth the ride. Steve the owner, and Brandon the lead service technician make an incredible team. They treat your bike like it is their own, and go above and beyond to take care of them. I am most impressed with their attention to detail, and Brandons incredible knowledge of Aprilias. They dont just specialize in Aprilias though, they also were able to do some routine maintenance on my other bike, a Honda CBR. Theres no other dealership you should consider if you own a motorcycle. Thank you Steve&Brandon!
Great small shop. They are family own and ran. The shop does great work and they are very honest.
Great place love the bikes they have in inventory really nice guys there great prices an no hidden dealer fees straight forward place do recommend
Friendly, family ownedReasonable price on tire mount and balance.Fast service, will be going back
I sold and purchased a Piaggio mp3 scooter, really enjoy the ride and would highly recommend them!! Service is fantastic.
Nice shop and great staff. Only place in town to get the aprilia line. Awesome bikes
If you own an Aprilia or any euro motorcycle this is definitely the place to go! I purchased my Aprilia RSV4 from a euro bike dealership in Okc, needless to say that when my motorcycle had issues they were unable to service it. So I took it to Mother Road Motorsports and the motorcycle needed a whole engine rebuild. The guys at the shop were wonderful, not only did they fix my motorcycle, but they also were able to deal with the warranty company which helped cover the repairs. If you want to purchase a motorcycle from a place that can actually fix the product they sell please go to Mother Road Motorsports and not to a scammy dealership like in Okc. Mother Road Motorsports saved me from a potential lemon and I’m very grateful for their excellent work!
Very cool, lots of Italian bikes, very upper end clientele !

Took my 07 Tuono for service and they resolved my issue. I didnt leave with it though as the 2019 Factory Tuono was too much to resist. While prepping it they removed all my electrical add ones and rewired them on the new bike. Thank you.
