I just wanna start out and say that Jacob Daniels is the best manager I have ever dealt with. I have had a few problems dealing with rt 66 Harley Davidson but Jacob is always there to make everything right. You won’t find this much compassion at any other dealership in Oklahoma . I can promise you that. Jacob and his sales team are the most respectful group of people that I have ever been around. Kelly their delivery driver is the best as they come. He respects your property and treats it as if it where his own. I say thank you Kelly. Jacob I really do appreciate everything you have done for me you’re honest and great man. We bought new bike 1 month ago just 500 mile check up all good!!Needs a new seat because of a bump under my right leg it really rubs on my leg BAD AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT AND WERE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT THEY ACT LIKE THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR IT,ITS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY ...

Ive stopped in to this dealership a few times over the years when I was passing through and have always had nice folks be courteous and professional without being intrusive or pushy. Ive bought parts and apparel though never bought a motorcycle or had service done here. The prices are about average for the area in my experience.

Route 66 Harley Davidson in Tulsa, Oklahoma is by far the best dealership in the area. The staff are friendly and do not pressure and makes you feel like family the moment you arrive.Big shout out to Amanda and Ben the best employees at Route 66 H-D.

In the last 2 years I have bought 3 bikes. Last one was a 2020 street glide. Everyone there is very friendly and actually consider a couple people there as friends but when I bought last bike I’m certain I requested wheel and tire warranty but apparently I’m a liar. Let’s say I didn’t request it. I had it on me bike before this one so than why wasn’t I asked? I actually bought a tire 2 days before finding all this out and paid full price cause other one was below tread depth which I was fine with except that night I had new tire put on I had a flat while on my way home so I plugged the hole that was on brand new tire. While doing that I notice they didn’t put any exhaust bolts back on. Not sure if that’s what caused my flat or not but I was willing to pay the deductible for another tire. Also while I was talking to the guy that wrote the deal up I come to realize that the extras accessories that they said they’re going to throw in for me purchasing a bike was actually added on to the price of the bike they said $800 worth of accessories when actually it would’ve been no more than $500 so make sure if you do buy from him to pay attention to the numbers in the contract. It sad Because on top of the price of purchasing bikes I probably spent easily $20,000 in upgrades including clothing. But like I said everybody there is very friendly thank you

I like MDHD just fine to be honest but their sales guys are extremely pushy. All i went in for was a replacement part and one of their salesmen followed me around the shop floor pestering me to trade in my bike and get a newer model. Ill still keep going back but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

If I could give negative stars I would, I brought by bike in for 1000 mile service at that point had no issue it was brand new, it’s still brand néw. But now I have a primary leak that I have brought in now 7 times to fix. Still not fixed!!! I would highly recommend not bring your bike here to get fixed! I will never be back to route for anything, terrible service and the fact they can’t fix such a simple problem.

Great people. Go out of their way to make you happy and comfortable during your time there. Best Dealership around! I drive an extra 1.5 hrs just to deal with them over a closer dealership.

Visited this dealership with a womens motorcycle club from out of state and all the employees were very friendly. I ride an Indian, but this dealership had a great selection of bikes and gear, and very friendly, helpful employees.

After visiting their showroom on Saturday, it just makes the case against buying a Sportster S for me. Snarky, pushy, aggressive and at times downright insulting sales staff.

All Harley-Davidson merchandise is pricey, but its worth it! The salesperson was really helpful either that or she was just making sure nobody was stealing!!! 😂

Great Store, Awesome Staff, very helpful, not pushy. As one would expect, there is an awesome selection of rides. Small rides, large rides, 3 wheelers, they have them. The selection of leathers, helmets, boots and general riding gear is excellent. They have the stop chips and a nice selection of jewelry. The service department is friendly and will take the time to listen and help set up your ride to meet your expectations. They have a customer area to keep you comfortable if you have to wait on repairs. There is also lots to see in the area, a great all round dealership.

Bought a 50 dollar shirt washed it once, found a hole in it, because I washed it they wouldnt exchange it, Ive been collecting harley shirts from all over the country never had a problem wasnt like I wanted my money back just wanted another one for my collection, never again...very disappointed harley owner

One of the best buying experiences! Everyone from our sales lady Ms. Amanda to the delivery guy Kelly was a great experience. They were very helpful as this was a surprise purchase for my husband. They helped me understand all the features of the bike and the differences between models. They even had the upgraded exhaust system done before we left the dealership so I could hear it before I left. They delivered to my garage so it was ready for my husband when he got home! They followed up to make sure the delivery went smoothly and to see if my husband liked his surprise. One of the best customer services ever! We cant wait to introduce my husband to all that helped me pull off the surprise of a lifetime!

Lindsey Lee was awesome and patient with me in regards to buying a jacket. I interupted her while she was doing a task but she was polite and dropped everything to make sure I was taken care of. It was a big purchase and she took every question with a smile and helpful attitude. Managers should really pay attention to her hard working and helpful attitude.

Amanda was extremely helpful, and worked with me for the entire process. The finance manager was also very pleasant. They had what I wanted, heard me out about where I needed to be on payments, helped me out a bit on the price and offered fair trade value. They did more than I thought they would or could to make it work with me.

Drove 3 hours to look at a trike got there they headed up on a lift couldnt even started up or anything cuz they were working on kept texting me the whole time to see what I was coming I knew I was coming and would be there at a time would not go back a recommended to anybody too many other better shops out there

Honestly if I could give 2 ratings I would. The first guy that helped me I would honestly give 1 star. I tried telling him what I was looking for and everything I said I wanted in a bike, he tried talking me out of it to get one of the brand new ones on the show room floor. I wasn’t financially ready to buy new, I didn’t want black, and I wanted a bigger bike. He tried talking me out over every one of those until I was ready to walk out. He walked away and Amanda came up. Again I told her what I was looking for, she took me out and showed me exactly what I what I was looking for with crazy low miles. Bought it right there. Look I understand you want to sell new bikes, but listening will go a long way. I was ready to walk and buy nothing until someone stepped in and was willing to listen

Service department didnt get my 88 fixed the first time I had it in but gave me the money back on my trade in.Had the 2011 one day and had to take it back been there five days and still havent heard anything from them but I still have to make the payments on time

This was my favorite store 3 years ago But now not so much dont really like being followed around like a theif for the whole time I was in there left went to Myers Duren. No one follows you around love that store!

Usually I have brought my bike here for the basic servicing. Well I ran into an issue that needed legit mechanic work. So I called them up and because I work on OKC, they came and picked it up for me, which is a great service they offer. So they pick it up and after them having the bike for a total of 6 days I call and ask what the status of it is and the mechanic or advisor I had for my bike wasn’t in for the day. I was told I would get a call back later with an update. Never got a call back so I called them in the evening shortly before they closed. They still didn’t have an answer and I was told I would get a call first thing the next morning. Well around noon I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called. I was told they hadn’t been able to get it on the dyno and didn’t know what was causing the issue yet. Baffled at the fact they had the bike for a total of 7.5 days and still hadn’t legitimately trouble shot the issue, I asked when it was going to get on the Dyno. They said “ah man we’re really booked on the Dyno, but we will get it on there either today or tomorrow”. Well tomorrow comes around, I call just before they close and still, they haven’t figured anything out. They have had no plan to figure out what was wrong with my bike, or a way to correct the issue from the time they picked it up to 9 full days after the fact. So the advisor tells me “you can just come pick it up, it’ll be no charge”. So instead of figuring out a way to keep my business their answer is to just come pick it up. I will come pick it up and take it somewhere where they will actually do something. Also, I appreciate you saying no charge, because I wasn’t going to pay anything when all that happened was it sat in the shop for 9 days. I won’t go back to this Harley. I’ll take my money somewhere else, like Myers-Duren or out here to OKC.

I arrived at the dealership today and told the sales staff my credit, I had $3000-$4500 down they swore they could get me approved and while my loan was processing they sold the bike out from underneath me. Didn’t ask me if I could put more down which I could have they just sold it to a guy who walked up after me. Very unprofessional and rude!

Ordered a part was told it would be arriving in 6-7days 9 days later after I had been there twice and was told it would be in I was told they put it on backorder and would be three weeks maybe more they will never have my business again.......

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The salesman was knowledgeable, polite, and worked hard to make my deal happen. My credit wasnt the best and I wasnt sure I could qualify but the sales staff kept working anyway. I was completely pleased with every aspect of my deal.

Big shout out to Jacque and the crew! They did everything possible to make a fair deal and I ended up ringing the bell on a awesome new 2018 Road King! Much respect that they treated me like I was buying a bike and not a car!! I had a tricky trade in situation and they took the time to spell it all out for me so I could understand exactly where everyone needed to be on the deal. Made it very easy to shake hands on a deal. This makes my 2nd new Harley purchase in a year from Route 66 and Ill surely be coming back to them for the next one.

Just bought a bike here because they were the cheapest in 250 miles. No one screwed me around on price and no high pressure sales. They also gave me a reasonable price on my trade in.

Good people working there, but... this is the second time I had warranty service done on my trike and received trike back but the job wasnt even done... let alone not inspected before they returned it to me... my exhaust pipe was hanging off the pipes but it was returned to me as complete... this is the second time this has happened on a different bike... the service guys are great but some of their mechanics arent worth a wooden nickel
