FedEx has all your shipping needs. Would suggest any boxes with packing be saved from previous purchases so that you do not have to pay the extra cost besides shipping. You can return Amazon purchases for free and have an item shipped internationally. The service is usually excellent and have suggested to family and friends.

The customer service lady was very nice and pleasant.She dealt very well with the 16 boxes I was shipping.And even though I was sending it ground it actually got to my house and East Tennessee a day early ahead of time.I had also asked her could she put a note in the work orders for the delivery driver.... That he said the boxes by the big garage door at the house.And he did.

3 packages shipped to my house and they stated trying to deliver for over a month and a half but never seen one note on my door about them not being able to deliver because I wasnt there. Was told I couldnt even pick up the 3 packages and then they proceeded to ship back the 3 boxes to sender. This was all 5 hrs before them closing and or the shipment even going on the truck to go back. Not to mention getting hung up on both the warehouse and distribution center THREE times and no resolution. Now the packages are 4 states away again. From being a business owner, this is no way to represent your terrible customer service.

Are you kidding me!! Why and I men WHY! is it so hard to drop off a package. I have been delayed and rescheduled for five days now. With no explanation or reasoning. On the third delay they said that that my address was incorrect. Well, I verified and it is correct on top of the fact that I have had no issue with Amazon delivering. I tried the virtual assistant through the app to figure out what is going on. That system is completely useless dont even waste your time. I then tried to call. After the third time I finally got connected but absolutely no resolution was made. I then redirected the package to be delivered to a local Dollar General. They STILL couldnt get it delivered. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, however I trust Casey Anthony to babysit my kids more than I trust FedEx to uphold this delivery.

I ordered a item on eBay fedex said they delivered the package on September 19 th at 1 p.m. I was Home All day no package so i gave them a few more days still No pac0 yet Ive called the shipper and they said it was shipped well still No package they keep passing the buck im really mad at the whole operation thats the second pac0 they have6 lost in a year dont use them not reliable service.

I hate fed ex. I would fine then a 0 of V possible. If they deliver a package to us they leave it at the end of the driveway where anyone could take it. We live on the country and have a good driveway with a turn around. Twice they put the pkg being an old no longer used dog house and said they put it on the porch and once behind a bush. It took a week to find both of them with no help from fed ex. Now they have had a Pkg for neatly a week. Granted for a couple of days the roads were bad but the last 2 days roads were clear. I probably won’t see it for another week.

They never deliver when they say they will. I had a delivery for Saturday and they changed it to Sunday. Now it’s rescheduled for Tuesday. Said reschedule due to bad weather. It’s sunny and 78 today. Why do they lie about reasons for not delivering? They’re just lazy. If I depended on them to deliver my dog food, my dogs would be dead. Tired of the places I order from using their company.

The young black male working the counter was very helpful and courteous. Once I found out my package was at this location after being delayed 2 days I was ready to throw a fit lol. But I decided to stay calm and I was able to pick up my package with no incident. I was there for about 30 minutes but he kept me updated as to where and why my package was where it was. Great customer service with me and others that came in. I recommend having your package held at the location and you pick it up. Truck delivery is unreliable unfortunately.

FedEx, this problem you have with drivers needs to be addressed.Yesterday I spent my entire day watching for my delivery. No knock, no doorbell, no truck even, but the tracker on the website says that it was delivered. It WAS NOT.Either it was sent to an absolutely wrong address (you all have shipped to my home before without problems) or the driver just gave up, scanned the tag, and kept driving.I tried to call, but when I finally got it to understand the tracking number (I have a minor speech impediment) it just spewed the same information from the online tracker.I just want answers at this point. I don’t even care about the Bikini I spent sixty dollars on anymore.I will give you more information upon request. Please get back to me.Edit: Went to the facility myself, and it was all sorted out. The staff are polite and courteous. Not only that, but I believe that my package will be delivered soon.Well done, FedEx.

The driver never stopped listed my address a bad address. My husband chased him honking and blinking lights. He turned off on a road my car couldnt go down. We call customer service for an hour was told first they would have the driver return then was told they cant contact driver. Then that driver said he wont return to our home tomorrow and now were driving 70 miles to pick up our package. This is HORRIBLE. I want some of my money i paid to have my package delived to my home in 2 days. That want cheap and now gas money to pick up my things. This is ridiculous.

Apparently FedEx instructs their drivers not to knock or ring the doorbell. Ive been available all day, in a quiet house and still recieved a doortag. Fedex is the worst company with the worst customer service. I called to complain and the phone operator hung up on me. I guess that tomorrow I will have to stand outside and wait for the driver. I wouldnt want to inconvenience them so terribly with having to injure their finger on my doorbell.

This shipper is as bad as UPS. Driver said he attempted delivery but never stopped. I have been home all afternoon. Watched him drive by and never stop and couldn’t catch him before he drove away. Customer service is a flipping joke. There should be away to track the driver and say hey you screwed up go back the people are home. I will drive to make my purchases from now in. To hell with shipping!

-5 Stars.Ive been a victim of this worthless company for years in many locations. Im finished. If I learn a company or persons uses FedEx, theyve lost my business.From not wanting to deliver the item because I have stairs, to straight up no-showing when Im in the apartment waiting - no door tag, no knock, just a status update the next day youll have to come get it.Never again. Youve been terrible at delivery since 1996 and Im done losing time money and items because you cant keep your stuff together.

Ordered a new phone off Amazon got my tracking number and saw the package required a signature and new nobody would be at my house until after 4 p.m. on the day of delivery so I paid the $11.50 to have it delivered between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. apparently the driver didnt read it and tried to deliver my package at 10 a.m. when nobody was home which is what I was trying to avoid called customer service and they said they handled it I would get my package on time but I didnt instead they moved my delivery time to sometime the next day so because their driver didnt pay attention my package will be a day late and will show up at a random time instead of the time I requested and paid for when I asked how to get my money back I was told they have suspended their money back guarantee

Ive had my item delayed delivery TWICE without any explanation or update from FedEx. My item was initially penned to arrive on Friday by 8 PM, however it was then abruptly moved to Saturday, HOWEVER now it has been unexplainably delayed until the following Tuesday. I cannot get in contact with any of my local FedEx due to the automated menu and I do not know if I will receive my item on the newly updated Delivery Date. [UPDATED] I contacted the online retailer responsible for the shipping of my item on Sunday and informed them my order has been abruptly delayed twice without explanation and was informed they would contact Fedex regarding the delivery. At 6 AM this morning my delivery date was updated to 6/22 (today as of this update) and would be delivered by the end of the day. My order has been out for delivery on a Fedex vehicle since 4 AM according to Fedex tracking and it is now 7:12 PM and I HAVE NOT received my shipment. I have checked numerous times throughout the day the status of my shipment which has remained insistent of its delivery by the end of the day, however Fedex ceases deliveries at 9 PM and as of 7:13 PM I have not received my order. I can say without question this has been the worse delivery service I have experienced in years and if possible would strongly advise against using Fedex. It will save you a considerable amount of time, energy and hardache.

I had to drive across town to pick up my package that was very important or wait another 2 days for them to start a case and risk the next driver not being able to find the hotel address. 3 stars because my package was in good condition when I picked it up

I wish they let you review with negative stars. Something was shipped to me and I was not provided with a tracking number. FedEx tried delivering the item to me (they said) three times but since I work full time Im usually not home to receive packages. Rather than leave it at my apartment offices and have the office staff sign for it FedEx decided to bring it back to one of their facilities in town. Now which one did they choose to hold it at? The one five minutes away from me? Yeah not a chance, it was one thats near an airport down a road that looks like it could be used in a scene for a post apocalyptic movie, 30 minutes away from where I live. FedEx called me on a Wednesday morning and the person on the phone was short and rude with me. They told me that since I wasnt home when they tried to deliver the item to me I needed to go pick it up from their office or they would ship it back. I drive out to their office on my one day off this week and there is a single employee in a large room. I let her know that I was called by this location because they were holding something for me. I gave her my name, my previous address, and my current address and she couldnt find anything. I then gave her my drivers license which she then walked off with for 5 minutes and I heard her ask two different people about the item. She came back and said there was nothing there for me and I needed to call the 1-800 number. I tried calling the number and got no where fast so I decided to call carvana (got an email from them maybe a week before saying they were shipping something to me). Once I got through to an actual person the call took maybe 4 minutes and the rep sent me tracking info for the thing that they were shipping to me. I had to go out to my car to make these calls because I was ready to throw a chair across the counter at this point. I go back into the office and let the lady know that I had the tracking number. She then told me to wait as she was messing with some boxes on a cart. She then stopped what she was doing to have a conversation with another employee about someone saying that she wasnt doing her job properly. Eventually she walked up to the counter and I gave her the tracking info. She looked it up in the system and then went to get the item. Once she got back she asked for my drivers license (again) and processed it through the system. I dont know what the employees name was because her ID badge was flipped around so you could only see the back. Im guessing shes the same person that people in other reviews are talking about (short African American woman in her 50s maybe). I understand that it makes it harder to locate a package without having the tracking number but literally any of my information should be able to pull something up in their system. I have always hated FedEx and this has just given me yet another reason to keep hating them.

We have told that the driver had attempted to make a delivery with the correct address and they failed to find us so they sent the package back you the shipper. We spoke with shipper to confirm address (it was correct) and they resent the package. We got a notification that the driver attempted to make delivery and was unable to do so but no attempt was made I have been here the entire day and they havent been by. Spoke with customer service and they confirmed that the address is correct and told me that the driver would attempted another delivery some time today but did not do much to confirm that the driver would be able find us and wanted a phone number to give driver so they could call us so we could give them directions, as if we are better than a GPS that any delivery driver should have, so we can get a package that we should have gotten last week. FedEx has failed to provide competent services in their field to such an extent that if the satisfaction of their customers meant anything to them that they would resolve issues like this rather than thinking this is business as usual. We will be using other shipping companies in the future.

My 2 star rating was based on two points. #1. I dont understand why USPS an UPS will make the delivery but FedEx 90 percent of the time will not leave the item an then the hat dance starts trying to pickup the items. #2. Tracking is slow to report the current status of items in transit.

Customer service hangs up 2 out of 3 times and wait times are over an hour every call. Drivers refuse to deliver packages and even put delivery locks on them so a customer has to pick them up instead. This happens EVERY TIME I get a package delivery from FEDEX EXPRESS.

I got my package thats why im giving 2 stars. I am only giving 2 stars because they, more than once, failed to follow my instructions and requests. When I saw my package arrive in town I called the location on a Saturday and asked for it to be held so I could pick it up Monday morning. When I made the 30 min drive out to pick up my device I was told that the device was already on the truck and out for delivery despite them having the hold request on file. They then told me we can not leave the package at your door, but can deliver it to a walgreens near you. To which I told them that was fine and told them which one to deliver it to. Later in the day I get a notification telling me that my package (which had over $1,000 worth of merchandise inside) was left by my front door. So not only do they not follow your instructions but they dont follow their own and will leave your expensive purchases outside your front door for all the world to see.

I went in there to send out a couple packages and marshella was the person who helped me with my deliveries she was a very unpleasant lady, most of the other staff are good to go in and interact with. Marshella on the other hand was awful not only at her job but also as a person. she was very rude and acted like it was an issue that i had to deliver packages that day. awful experience with her. I will for sure try to avoid her helping in the future.
