Great paint, and great people! I always have accurate and informative answers to my questions, along with great positive feedback!!! The paint has produced outstanding results in and on my home. I will eventually have every square inch covered with Emerald or Cashmere paint. It is so much more than just color, it is protection!

Paint was way lighter than ordered. Even after stirring and three coats. I don’t think can got shook on original order. However, Manager was very understanding and respectable and eager to rectify the situation for me. Really impressed, hard to find that these days. Thanks Sherwin Williams. I’ll be back for sure for all other paint needs.

First gallon of paint that we ordered was lighter than what we expected and he agreed. But Carter made it right! He completely made sure we got the correct match and went above & beyond what we expected. Thank you Carter..... we will be back for more paint soon.

The Customer Service was exceptional, especially our salesperson, Megan. She was fully engaged in what we we trying to accomplish in selecting our paint colors for the interior of our home. We could not have asked for a bettter person to help us. She really made Sherman Williams our paint store.

The quality is ok and service is good. One quart of their cheapest paint was $27. It doesn’t stick to surface primed with Kilz though.
