Every time that I have gone here, they have had exactly the part or tool that Ive needed. The staff is always helpful and greets you when you walk in the door and points you towards what aisle you need without having to hunt all over the store. Also, it being a smaller store and not a giant hardware center like Lowes or Home Depot means that you can walk in, get what you need, and get out without having to walk 5 miles to get there. So far, it has been very nice for quick little hardware expeditions when Ive been in a crunch. Would recommend.

I came in because the online inventory said you had a good inventory of an item. You had none of the item. I asked the manager if he could substitute a similar item, (I was looking for 6-8 bags of charcoal) since this is not my home store, and I had driven 40 minutes to this store. A very abrupt no from him, with him walking away. He up to that point I had attempted to be good humored,given the distance I had covered for these items. The item I asked to substitute was apx 20% higher. Its things like this that.people quit hometown businesses. Make it right. Anyone else would.

Went to get a Milwaukee corded drill model 0299-20. Ace had it for $129.99. I asked when I walked in if they would price match another local hardware store that had the same model 0299-20 for 99.99 (wasnt on sale). I was told that they did not price match power tools at this location. I said thank you and walked out and bought it elsewhere. This store is convenient for me due to the location, but youll end up spending more. Ive shopped at other ACE stores that did price match power tools.

They let us come in and shop even though they were going to close in 3 minutes. Thank goodness they did because we were in the middle of a project and had run out of painters tape. They directed us to the painters tape, we grabbed some and headed out. In and out in two minutes. Helpful and kind staff.

They always have the weird stuff you need that HD and L dont have.

I wasnt sure where to find the items I was looking for. I was able to ask a worker and he found it. I even asked if it matched the size bolt I had and he said sure, Ill check it and it was the right size. The cashier up front was also pollite. It was a good shopping experience. Thank you Ace.

Ace is especially good for hard to find items like replacements for outdoor halogen lamps that are hard to find. Their web page is very helpful. My last purchase there was a propane tank exchange. They had plenty in stock.

The best place to buy individual nuts and bolts. Dont forget about spray paint. If you need help, just ask.

Nicely kept store with a little of everything but not a lot of anything. Good paint, yard, tool, electrical, hardware, home and garden sections for their size. Prices are decent. Lacking some things I hoped to find but perhaps a little too specialized. Found a couple items in the wrong places and some things not in stock.

Went looking for patio furniture and found it priced at 119 for a 3 piece set went to purchase and the cashier and 2 other associates told us that it was 299.99 not what was priced on the sign that was clearly sitting on the set.after we complained about the discrepancy in the price the assistant manager came up and said she couldnt do anything about it. So after we left we noticed that they pulled the sign and now it has no price on it at all.

This location was the ONLY place My Husband was able to find, last minute Christmas light Replacements. Btw, they also take, keeping your Personal Information Safe.....Very Important.👌🏾 My Husband couldnt remember his Login to update demographics on his Ace Rewards card and Ace would NOT budge. Until he was able to Prove Who he was, it was NOT happening and Ultimately, we Really Appreciate that......💜

The store manager, Ken, keeps items in high demand due to the pandemic in his office in the back room. He insists that they are removed from incoming freight and kept away from the public.The items include the following:- Lysol wipes- Clorox bleach- Purell hand sanitizer- N-95 respiratorsThe floor staff and most of the lower management is all quite knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. If they do not have the item or service you need/want they can often point you in the direction of someone who can.

Very helpful staff, willing to take their time to answer every question and make sure of total customer satisfaction -- something you dont get from the big box stores.

First time Ive had a less than satisfactory experience here in 15 years. I am a Rewards member, and always try to give some of my business to this convenient hardware store. As you accumulate points you get a $5 reward. Ive always been able to use these with any purchase, in combination with one of their coupons.Tonight the young man said I can only use one coupon. I asked him when that changed. His response was I can only use one coupon. I told him Ive always been able to use this reward. Again, his response was I can only use one coupon.Its only $5, but I didnt feel like he cared if I bought $50 worth of merchandise from him or a big box store or a discount store 100 yards away. If thats is the new normal customer experieince, there are many other places to shop.Update: Was contacted by training manager and issue was resolved. Still a great place to shop - great selection and helpful staff.

We have patronized this business since it opened years ago. It used to employe competent and knowledgeable people who knew where things were and how things worked. They used to have a staff that knew their products and could dispense advice. They used to have people who cared about customers and had some concept of maintaining a base of returning business. Now this place is loaded with nitwits who not only do not know their inventory, they do not even know where anything is. They are condescending and rude. You ask a question and get either a blank stare or get told it might be on aisle 12. Save frustration and time and dont bother with these bozos. This place is a lost cause.

The people there are very helpful and always available. They usually have limited inventory but most the time I get what I need.

I placed 2 online orders one week apart. The first was partially filled with the rest not arriving for 10 days. When it finally arrived along with another item I ordered a week later, I went to curbside pickup and waited for 45 minutes. After 2 phone calls, I gave up waiting. I left because I had my kids with me. The part that bothers me the most is an employee from the garden area walked by me in the dedicated pickup spot at least 5 times and never bothered to offer help.1. Dont offer a service you cant or wont provide (curbside pickup).2. Customer service always matters.3. You will be judged by your worst employee.

Stopped in yesterday with my good friend David. Picked a couple of deadbolts that were in need of for a rental property that was being spruced up.Store was clean, well staffed, a nice assortment of the product we were after.And a fair price for our purchase.

After four stops at the mega stores and no luck we found our much needed piece at ACE. Friendly service and large selection of hardware items as well as home items, grills, patio and garden. If you cant find it - make sure this is your first stop!

They are very friendly and helpful always a smile and usually always carry what i need from grilling to canning jars to lightning!! Customer oriented!

Lots of stuff but a little on the high side price wise. Still, its low enough that its worth avoiding the big box hassle when your just need something for the home, unless you need to weld or do something you only do on your farm/ranch, then you need to go elsewhere.

Needed it as soon as possible but their delivery schedule was booked several day in advance. I am disabled and a veteran so Shannon offered to deliver it tomorrow at no charge. I never go to Ace Hardware but I work in property management and needed to find a fuse for our Ozone Machine this morning.Chad, one of the Managers helped me do so this morning and his customer service was exceptional. He truly represents that store well. I will definitely be going back to this store next time Im in need of anything.

Service is excellent. For a small store, you can usually find what you need. The price is a little high, so I cannot give it a 5. The staff are most often knowledgeable about the store and they are always willing to help.

Love the clean orderly store, and they carry Craftsman tools which I have collected over the last 20 years.I tried the online ordering today for the first time... Yeah not so good! The store had a whopping two people shopping, they left and we were all alone, at the register. First, the clerk radioed to have our 24 level brought up, we waited, and waited and finally offered to go two rows down and get it our selves. All done! Nope then we had to wait for someone in the back of the store to bring our receipt, we waited again. I told the clerk it would have been easier to just get it and pay for it normally then to wait and wait for it again, no comment from the clerk, no thank you from the clerk so I thanked her, you know to set a good example of being polite at the end of a transaction.

Ace is amazing. When you big box home improvement store doesn’t have what you need then Ace typically will. There prices are typically about the same as you would get at your big box store too. Also watch out for there specials as they are always running specials.

Probably over paid for the items I purchased there but its the closest thing to a hardware store that is around anymore. The only thing it didnt have was saw dust on floor and big displays of nails. Promise if they just roughed the place up a bit and lowered their prices, I know Id be found there a lot more often. It was fine until they added the name Westlake.

Very disappointed at this location today. I was greeted by a very unfriendly worker in the parking lot who was yelling at me to move my work vehicle and trailer. I told him I’d take my business elsewhere and he said “Great”. I then called the manager on duty and he didn’t seem concerned and said he’d talk to him again. As a small business owner who has a Business toBusiness account and spends thousands of dollars each year at the Broken Arrow location I’m beyond frustrated with your location and won’t ever be back. Also I was simply stopping by for topsoil and you didn’t have any in stock which is also frustrating and not acceptable. Shame On you Westlake Ace.

While I normally dont give bad reviews. This location ignored me while I was standing at the key counter trying to get a key made. Three employees walked by, looked at me, and never once asked to help me. They just continued on with their day.

I tried to use a gift card, the reader wouldnt read it, the manager on duty was called, he was particularly unpleasant and accusatory. Westlake isnt what it used to be.

Always have good luck finding smaller parts, nuts, or bolts that it doesnt seem the big box stores have. Have good prices and pretty typical tool selection. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great little hardware store, although their prices are usually a little higher but sometimes they have good sales.

Left two screens for repair. No problem we’ll call you in a week. One week, two weeks, three weeks, no call. Finally go in and they haven’t touched them. Tell me oh yea someone should have called you to say these were to big for us to do. Horrible customer service.

Always, always helpful and friendly. They are so much better than the big box stores because of their service, knowledge and availability of items both commonplace and unique. The prices are good too.Plus you can zip in and zip out parking right at the door.

I just stopped in to grab a pair of safety goggles, unfortunately every employee in this store is incredibly rude. I was only in the store for about 5 minutes and witnessed three different employees either say something condescending or roll their eyes at a customer. I left empty handed and won’t be returning, even though this store is less that a mile from my house and is very convenient. Maybe once they hire new staff.
