I put in my order on application but it went to the other store on the other side of freeway but they informed me that they would make my order this happening on application lately I was grateful for that and it was prompt and good I dont go to Starbucks often but when I do I go to this location I have always had good service at this location.

Pumpkin Scone coffee cant go wrong

Just happened to stop in there on a road trip exploring Washington. The staff there is super nice, Troy was at the register and his attention to detail to the bill I was paying with, along with his pleasant attitude, makes me wish all Starbucks were as clean and efficient as this one. The bathroom was very clean, and despite not being able to sit inside, I found just the little pick-me-up-rest-break before the second half of my trip.

Great Baristas at this clean little Cafe store!They recently changed their hours and close at 5:30pm. There is a drive thru store on the other side of the freeway if you need a coffee later in the evening.

Who doesnt love some coffee? Got our order correct. And always so friendly.

I’m a partner at Starbucks and I was getting coffee while out on vacation and I went here. The staff is really nice and I was able to use my discount at Starbucks here! I didn’t catch the guy’s name who took my order but he asked which Starbucks I worked at and if I liked working at Starbucks. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks and visit this Starbucks again!

Its a Starbucks, so its going to be consistently what you expect from a Starbucks. However, Im fond of this location because the service is consistently above and beyond and the location is very homey. I have nursed my baby there and its no big deal.

If you want to avoid drive-throughs - personally I loath them - this is a good Costco & vicinity Starbucks. It may not be the highest volume store but its very well run and a better experience for me than those stores trying to do both. Well done here!And all you self-proclaimed low-carbon-footprint folks idling your vehicle in line? Take five minutes and get out for crying out loud. 😉

I didnt get her name but the young lady working the register today had phenomenal customer service and exceptional courtesy. These are the types of people businesses need to survive. Thank you for a great start to me day.

Very cozy in here. It is a smaller Starbucks, but instead of feeling cramped, the design feels intimate. Very friendly staff. My only complaint was my wait time. However, I could tell that was due to them sending a Barista on break and then getting slammed with multiple mobile orders.

Starbucks always has great coffee on tap, and a large variety of customizable espresso drinks. They also offer tea and juice based drink options, and assorted food and snacks. The company emphasizes humanitarian causes that give customers the pleasure of knowing their money is going towards more than just coffee.

They are always so nice, but if youre in a hurry dont go here. I have never waited less than 15 minutes (even when I am the only customer) do to the staff making so many orders that are called in.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Its fairly small seating-wise, but always has a good vibe & is drive-through free - always a plus in my view.

The drink was made fast, they forgot about my sandwich order. When asked about it, they got it done fast, but no apologies for poor service.

Good service, drink was quality as expected. With that said, they were out of ingredients. It gets frustrating to run into that.

Convenient location as there is a Fred Meyer and Costco nearby.Most times service was quick but sometimes the person over the counter struggled to take a simple order: venti iced water with two matcha scoops, blended, no room.On two occasions the above order was not blended so most of the matcha powder clumped at the bottom, leaving me with a watered down, nasty tasting drink. A waste of money when Starbucks isnt cheap to begin with.After complaining the issue was rectified, but it wasted my time and kept other customers waiting also.Restroom could be a little cleaner.This location takes orders from your Starbucks app for pickup later. Whenever I used this service the drinks were ready and waiting for me, I just walked in, grabbed them and walked out.

There is no drive-thru. Its super busy with long waits on the weekends. The seating is cramped. The parking lot in the Fred Meyer shopping center is also busy. This shop is the Starbucks outside of the Fred Meyer. Some days when I get my drink its good. Other days its burnt tasting. Most of the workers are friendly and try to remember the names of frequent visitors.

Happy Friday. Great experience. Bought a Starbucks coffee mug and the cap broke 😟 the Tumwater, WA store replaced it. It means the world to me that a business honors their products. Cuz seriously I only had it a month. Thank you to their store, very professional.

Awful customer service. Discovered they made my order wrong halfway to work so returned to get them to fix it. Waited in line again and politely told the lady at the cash register that my coffee was wrong. None of the three ladies working apologized; in fact, they seemed annoyed I had the audacity to come back and request the correct order. They remade my coffee - again, incorrectly (its not a hard order, 2 pumps of white chocolate mocha with nonfat milk but with whipped cream) and also only filled the cup 3/4 full. At this point Im not even bothering to go back and request they fix it. $5+ down the drain.

The gals there are very nice and welcoming! Plus the one that prepared our drinks (two grande frappuccino) did an amazing job on them! Super yummy 🤗

Inside the Fred Meyer Shopping Center,good coffee and donut. But the service was very slow, they were more concerned with opening up than taking care of the people that are in the shop.

This is by dar the worat starbucks i have ever been too. They are slow and rude. And also mixed up my order and had an attitude when i told them. Instead of fixing it thet took off multiple items. Now im off to a different store to complete my order.

Rude. The supervisor (girl with red hair) was on the ground behind the registers and instead of greeting she moved the register down so I couldnt see her. The only barista ringing was cleaning he bathrooms and I had to wait for him to come out. Just got a short coffee because I knew I wouldnt get a quality drink.

I got the ventei chai latte and my friend got a ventei strawberry lemonade. We both liked our drinks and the baristas were friendly and helpful. My friend commented he thought the drink was too expensive, so one star off for that, but overall it is a good Starbucks location.

Worst and most embarrassing experience ever usually I always go to the west Olympia location yesterday after work I decided to go to this Tumwater location after grabbing my coffee I stopped at the trash can to toss away my morning coffee cup when I was approached by a little blond haired worker maybe a manager I don’t know anyways she was screaming at me telling me that using her trash was illegal and I could be arrested 😡😡 like seriously 😳 it was so embarrassing and other customers were around when did it become illegal to use a trash I will never go there again!!!!
