Took my daughters car in for what we knew was a bad water pump. On two different occasions I went in to check on the progress of the repair only to told that the mechanic wasn’t there and only worked 4 hours a day. On my second visit I was told that it wasn’t the water pump but either a cracked block or a freeze plug had popped but still no discussion with the mechanic. No one seemed to know anything. My daughter had her car towed to another shop and now after a new water pump is back on the road. They charged her $80 for a Diagnostic check that probably was never performed. I won’t be using them again for anything.

I was told at 25 minutes to closing they did not have time to balance 2 tires. With 3 employees standing around you would think they would be glad to have the business. Went down the street to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and they fixed me right up.

Technicians offered me synthetic oil, I kindly declined and asked for the manufacturer recommended. All three technicians worked in harmony but pretended to add oil. I had to go to another service center and pay for another oil change because they did not change the oil in my car. They wanted me to sit inside the customer area while they did this but I came back quickly to witness this. I am an African American...

BEWARE, anyone who buys NAPA parts. Pay 456 dollars for a fuel pump but if you have to return it under warranty, they reimburse you 223, the rest is insurance. RIGHTWhen I first went to them with my rv last oct, I was over the moon happy with my experience. The way they took care of me. So nice, friendly and helpfull. BUT when things went wrong ( right away) and they couldnt defend their position, Mr Mark got angry and blamed me for the problem. Now I cant even discuss it with him because when I call, hes unavailable, and now he has even blocked me from FB. Just remember Mark, God sees all, what goes around will come back to you eventually. Have a nice day😁

Great deal on oil changes except for putting in wrong weight of oil, but just had my mothers rear brake pads replaced and have had trouble ever since. Took the car to Hyundai and found that pads were put in incorrectly; outside pads put on inside, and inside pads put on outside. What a waste of money. My mother had to pay Hyundai to fix his mistake. Go to an experienced brake specialist, not D&S.
